They are truly wonderful, caring people who treated Ruby as if she were their own. They looked after her every need, from her specific feeding schedule and daily walks to her love for a good belly rub. We received regular photo and updates, which gave us so much peace of mind and showed us a very happy, relaxed Ruby. It was clear she was getting an abundance of love and attention. “We left our boy( dog) with Michelle for 10 days while we were away, and WOW was the best decision to give our dog to Michelle and Ava ( who helped and our dog become attached to her 😊). Michelle kept us updated with pictures and daily messages about our boy. I didnt felt that we left Fidel with a stranger. Michelle and her family and Wilf and Ralf embraced and welcomed Fidel. He felt at home straight away. I will definitely bring Fidel back to Michelle and highly recommend the complete package that she offers.”

About: Hello! We are Dave and Mateja, who live in a house with a large fenced garden with our golden retriever/labrador Luna. She is our first baby who joined us nearly 6 years ago, but we have both grown up with dogs all our lives and we love looking after them, play with them and take them for long walks. Whilst new to Rover, we look after family’s and friends’ dogs part-time and have 10+ years experience of taking care of doggies big and small. I did puppy school with my first dog Nicky (maltese) over 15 years ago and have picked up experience on teaching and training dogs. We live in a house on a private road, surrounded by trees and a big park. We regularly walk the dogs in the park which we can access from our road so there is no danger of any traffic. We have lots of dog toys (well, Luna does but she is happy to share) and plenty of space for ball throwing. I am DBS checked and have pet first aid certificate, available for inspection upon request. If you’re new to Rover too, you can get £15 off your first booking with code MATEJS98402 I am currently on maternity leave and Dave works from home most days so we are both home to look after the dogs. We do at least 2 walks each day, one in the morning and one long one in the evening. We are happy to accommodate more(or less) walks depending on your doggy’s needs. Our garden is fenced off and because we are tucked away from the road, the dogs are safe whilst outside or inside the house. Luna is a friendly dog who loves playing with other dogs, but she is also used to living with older dogs who don’t like to play that much anymore, so she will back off and leave them in peace when they indicate they don’t want to play. Our 2 boys (2 years old and 8months) are used to having dogs around and are very gentle with them. We are always careful and only let the children to interact with dogs under supervision. We are happy for dogs to be in or out of crate and they are welcome in any room of the house where they feel most comfortable.

About: All my life I’ve grown up and handled dogs with all sorts of personalities. From reactive German Shepherds to mellow King Charles Spaniel’s, I am confident to say your fur-babies will be in the most respectable, capable hands around. I work full time from home, so will always be around for those much needed loo breaks, a cuddle to break the day up or even a friendly face for their snack times! In my home, I have an enclosed garden which has a very sturdy fence all around along with hedges for that extra protection. If its preferred, I am more than happy to come along to your home.
About: I have had pets all my life from horses, dogs, cats and smaller animals. I love walking and enjoy the company of animals and joy they bring. I have plenty of time to walk dogs. I have a lovely garden and a peaceful environment for them to enjoy. They would be happy and comfortable with me and my 26yr old dog crazy son. I have a fenced garden and am surrounded by numerous walks for your pet to enjoy. I have had dogs all of my life and would enjoy the company of your pet as unfortunately we lost our beautiful lab 2 yrs ago as miss having a dog.

Bonnie and Clive had the best stay with Gabriela! She is so kind and caring and sent lots of pics and videos! They were so loved and looked after and we were so delighted with how their stay went! Issi and her partner Freddie were friendly with Murphy and seemed to all get on well during his stay. He had big walks with them and returned to us happy. Whilst we didn’t receive photo updates, when prompted we received an update on how things were going which we appreciated as we like to regularly check in on how things are with new sitters/boarders.
Monty had a brilliant stay with Patricia's partner George. Monty can be nervous around people he doesn't know but he warmed to George quickly and seemed to really enjoy his time there. We would definitely book with them again. Thanks for taking such great care of Monty!
This was the first time we have left our dog with anyone. We could not have been in better hands than with Chloe and Brad. They were actually recommended to us by our neighbour. We would also recommend them wholeheartedly. They are calm, great with dogs and very responsive.
Emma was wonderful with my dog, this was his third visit and he was most excited to arrive at her house. It reassured me that he would be settled and comfortable staying overnight. I had several updates and she was able to accommodate my dog even though he got a bit unsettled at night. I had no worries as I knew Emma was able to give my dog lots of attention and she knew how to look after dachshunds. I look forward to his next visit.
I was originally quite apprehensive to leave Ivy with anyone, due to a few health issues and nervousness. Danni made Ivy feel right at home, and sent us daily pictures and updates to keep our minds at rest. Very accommodating around drop off and pick up as we weren’t sure of exact times. I would have no hesitation to leave Ivy with Danni and Vicky again, and their dog Shadow is a sweetie.
Carolina was fantastic. I had a relatively short notice booking for dog boarding for my two dogs Carolina was so helpful and accommodating. She sent me messages and photos to know they were happy and well. I was very happy with the amazing service Carolina gave. Highly recommend.
