They are truly wonderful, caring people who treated Ruby as if she were their own. Winnie had the most wonderful stay with Kim and Sandra — she was treated like a queen! We were recommended by another lovely Rover member, and wow, it did not disappoint. The whole experience was top-notch from start to finish. Communication was quick, efficient, and so warm. Winnie is quite a quiet dog, and Kim and Sandra’s calm, loving energy (and their peaceful home) suited her perfectly. I had absolutely no worries after drop-off — I knew she would be safe and well cared for and happy. Lyn was very good with Rolo. She is an experienced, confident and kind sitter. Lyn reassured us throughout the day and nothing was too much trouble for her. This was Rolo’s first time in a group walk or a group doggy day care. Also, her dog Dexter is a very gentle soul. We will definitely be booking again once he has recovered from a procedure.
Nicola was a great commutator from the start and very accommodating. From the meet and greet I knew Dexter would be happy as both her and her son were obviously dog lovers. On his stay I was sent plenty of photos and videos showing Dexter having lots of lovely walks and curling up having cuddles on the sofa - his perfect day. I’ll definitely use Nicola again and very much recommend her
Nancy was excellent looking after Jasper, could tell he was in great care! Had updates and pictures, reassured he was having a lovely time at his sleepover! Inca is absolutely gorgeous and so friendly, we made sure to do a greet before hand to make sure the dogs got on (which they very much did!) Thank you Nancy - well hopefully see you both soon!
Jakub and Luka and their little French Ivy took fantastic care of Louis. You can tell instantly that Jakub and Luka not only love dogs but are also very experienced dog handlers. They are so friendly and relaxed and made me feel very at ease. Louis had a great time. They provided regular updates and I’ve taken away many tips as well on how to improve Louis’s diet and food! I would thoroughly recommend Jakub and I hope to be able to use them again! Gaby
James is just the best! I feel so relaxed leaving Hudson to stay with him, knowing he is happy and looked after so well. James is a massive dog lover, very responsible, takes time to understand your dog’s needs and goes above and beyond to meet them. We loved the regular updates from James with lots of photos. We feel so lucky to have found James and can’t thank him enough for everything.
Couldn’t have wished for anyone better to look after both my dogs while I came to Kent to work from home a few days. I’ve never left them with anyone before and Patricia couldnt have been more welcoming and reassuring. Her husband was equally as welcoming too. Will definitely be recommending her to friends and booking her up again in the future. Violet and Elsie loved her to bits in just two days! ♥️
