Dog Dad for George, Experienced with Large Dogs
My wife Olivia and I have had our Golden Retriever George for the last 2 years and my family have always had dogs that we have raised from puppies. My wife had a Samoyed and Eurasian whilst she was living at home, and we both have plenty of experience with dogs 35kg+. We also have a retired racing Greyhound in the family so we also have experience with older dogs that want their space.

Bramley had a brilliant day with Jamie and George and Leo – we loved the photo of the three shattered dogs sleeping next to each other on the floor! We had a meet-and-greet with Jamie and George beforehand. Jamie answered all our questions, and we knew Bramley would be in good hands. Would definitely recommend – and hopefully Bramley will be back for another play day soon!
Jamie, Liv and their lovely dog George gave Alfie a great holiday (again) whilst we were abroad. He came back happy and relaxed. Great comms, photo and video updates. We’ll be asking for Alfie to stay again in future I’m sure 😊. Thank you
Jamie looked after our 5 month old puppy, Bruno. First time for us using Rover and we couldn’t be more happy. Got lots of updates of Bruno and George playing. George is such a sweet natured boy, specially to put up with a puppy boxer dog. Thank you! Already booked again :)
Jamie was attentive to Loken, especially during the week of the heatwave which was very reassuring. Loken had lots of fun with his dog George and looked like he very much enjoyed his stay.
Very friendly, helped our nervous puppy settle in really well and sent lots of updates, reassuring us that Pluto was having a great time!
Alfie had a brilliant stay and clearly loved playing with George. Great photo updates and comms and he was clearly cared for as if he was their own. He’s come home from his break very happy. Thank you.

Zeitplan
I work full-time from home but have a lot of flexibility in my days - I often take George out for 4+ walks per day. My wife Olivia runs her own business and is often in the house too - she loves pups just as much as me! We are able to look after dogs overnight on any night of the week as long as we have enough notice to ensure that we don't have other plans, and we can look after dogs during the working day every day.

We have a 2yr old Golden Retriever who will want to be best friends with your pup. Dogs have free run of our house (allowed on beds or sofas). We have a fenced off section of a larger communal garden and very easy access to a small woodland area that George loves to chase the squirrels in.

Ein typischer Tag
We spend more than an hour a day in a local wooded area with George chasing the squirrels and pulling sticks off of the trees. There is plenty of space for chasing a ball although we don't often do this with George since he never learned how to drop the ball and instead just wants to do tug-of-war after bringing it back.

- Main consideration is if your dog is ok with other dogs. George is very chilled after a few minutes but if your dog is super nervous around larger dogs then there are probably better carers for your pup.
