A meet and greet before booking with me is always best. I want to get to know you and your pet(s) so I can provide the best care possible. We can talk about routines they are used to, dietary requirements, favourite toys and treats and so on. I can’t wait to meet you.
A typical day
Wake up, straight to the garden for a quick pee and then breakfast. After breakfast we will go out for an adventure. There are plenty of lovely places to explore nearby including local parks, woods and places to paddle. I will be guided by you with what your dog loves best when it comes to adventures. Some dogs like to run for miles and others like to stop and sniff at a leisurely pace. Just let me know what they love.

Pet care experience
Level 3 pet first aid trained. DBS certified. Insured. Always an animal lover, I have looked after animals for friends, family and neighbours since I was a child. I have had pet dogs, fish and stick insects and we have recently welcomed a rescue tortoise. I have assisted with newborn puppies and have experience with elderly dogs and cats. Giving medication is not a problem. I will care for your pet(s) as if they were my own and will keep you updated with regular messages and pictures if you’d like me to.

Carrie was absolutely fantastic with Winnie and took a real interest in her needs so that she could provide the best care. She sent lots of updates which put my mind at ease and Winnie seemed very relaxed when I picked her up.
Lovely pet sitter, super responsive and sent us many much appreciated photos of our dog clearly having a great time. We felt totally comfortable leaving Rimu there overnight. Would happily use Carrie again.
