“Lorena is very flexible and was able yo accommodate a last minte boarding request. She has a huge garden and great facilities for dogs to run around and play. It looked like our energetic cocker spaniel puppy had a great time playing with all the other dogs. I would not hesitate to book Lorena again!”

“I am thoroughly grateful for the care, attention, kindness and patience that Mariia showed while looking after my little pooch! Stayed in constant touch and let us know exactly what our dog was doing and gave an honest and detailed account of how she was behaving….not to mention all the great pics she sent! Would recommend her to anyone.”

“We couldn’t recommend Clare and Jack more highly! From the moment we met them, they were so friendly and welcoming, making sure both my partner and I felt completely comfortable leaving Bailey, our 2-year-old dachshund, in their care, especially as this was the first time we’d left him over night with someone new. They took the time to listen to all our needs and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. It’s so clear how much they truly love dogs, as the care and affection they showed Bailey was amazing. They kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, which was such a comfort, and it was obvious how happy he was with them. They have a large garden, which was ideal for Bailey to have a run around to burn off energy and he loved having a sniff at all the smells in their garden which helped stimulate his brain. They took him on lovely long walks where he saw horses, cows and sheep, played all of his favourite games as well as enrichment activities, and gave him endless cuddles and attention. Bailey came home a very happy (and tired!) little dachshund, which says it all. We’re so grateful to Clare and Jack for looking after him as if he were their own, and we’ll definitely be asking them again in the future!”

“Sharon took great care of my dog Poppy whilst we were away on holiday. She was attentive and despite the unusually hot weather whilst she stayed Sharon ensured Poppy got out and about taking her out early in the morning and late in the day. I can thoroughly recommend Sharon and hope to use her again in the future.”

“This was Tallulah’s first stay with John-Rob and everything went really well. John-Rob kept us updated with news & photos - Tallulah seemed very happy when we collected her and is looking forward to a longer stay in January!”

“Missy’s second time with Daniel and family and she loves it! She’s always so excited to see them, really enjoys the company and her stays. Great communication and Missy returns a happy girl. She is treated very well there!”

She shared loads of photos showing how happy and comfortable Mango was in her care. Couldn’t have asked for better. We’ll definitely book with her again!”

“Neena and Ray are just wonderful! They welcomed us for a visit before we confirmed the booking, gave us a tour of their lovely home and instantly put us at ease. On drop off Bernie recognised where he was and pulled to get inside! He had a great time staying with them, very content in the big garden and having a pick of sofas to snooze on! Neena kept us updated with photos and we were happy knowing Bernie was being looked after so well. We have already booked again!”

“Honestly couldn’t recommend her enough! She looked after our Kimahri for 5 days and was absolutely brilliant with him 🥰 He’s quite a shy boy but very affectionate once he gets to know you, and she was so lovely and patient with him. Communication was great and we got plenty of photos and little updates, which we absolutely loved and really put our minds at ease while we were away. She even watered our plants and when I messaged asking if she could make Kimahri some treat water because of the heatwave 😂 she was more than happy to do it! Nothing was ever too much trouble and she was just so easy going and lovely. She’s got such a wonderful personality and you can really tell she genuinely cares about the cats she looks after. “We are very grateful to have met Mirela! Our usually-shy rescue cats took to her instantly and she kept our minds so at ease while we were away with great communication and lovely pics! She is a gem 💎”

“Huge thanks to Alexandra for looking after my cat Bear so well. He can be shy around people he does not know, but he took to her straight away. It was reassuring to know that Alexandra was popping in to check up on him.”

“Lizzie is wonderful. Quick responses to messages. Really lovely to meet and did an excellent job of looking after our cat. Daily photos/videos and update on our cat too which was lovely to see. Thank you so much”
“Svitlana is a kind young lady with a big heart for animals. Our cat Alice usually feels uncomfortable around new people but she really enjoyed her time spent with Svitlana while we were away. We were able to see it on the short movies recorded and sent to us by Svitlana every time she visited Alice. We can recommend Svitlana to any pet owner:)”

About: Hey, I'm Victoria! I'm 29 and I’ve loved dogs since I can remember, and have spent the 4 years loving Rover and meeting all the four-legged friends and owners, with a mixture of regular help or a one off! So much so, I've made a complete career change now working for The Kennel Club and studying Dog Behaviourism so I can help improve the lives of dogs and their owners. I’ve just moved to Clapham, having run a successful dog sitting business in Nottingham for 3 years, so building up my client base down here now! I live with a family friend overlooking Clapham Common so not short on green space to run around, play fetch, belly-rubs or even cuddles on the sofa with doggy sleepovers, daycare or a lunchtime walk. Throughout the last 4 years, I've had the joy of looking after dogs of all breeds (from Miniature Toy poodles through to Akitas and Huskies), walked across most of Nottingham countless times and built relationships with clients so much that I'm Auntie Victoria to their dogs, and they're like my own. With my experience and currently studying canine behaviouralism, I do take on many dogs who are reactive around other dogs or struggle with separation anxiety, a new phenomenon since COVID pandemic meant owners were always home. I always insist on meet & greets to make sure that you, your dog and I am comfortable, and it starts to build up familiarity with me and my home to your four-legged friend. I have a very flexible job so can accommodate most requests, don’t be afraid to ask! I love any size of dog and my experience has taught me how to respond to their different behaviours & personalities, and reinforce any training that you're doing! I only take 1 dog at a time so you can trust that your dog is getting my full attention - my motto has always been dog first. I work for The Kennel Club so couldn't be a more accepting workplace for being dog friendly! If they're not joining me and the team on a conference call, I have a very flexible calendar working from home and therefore multiple walks a day and playtime is absolutely fine. Whilst I may not yet have a dog of my own, my home does not reflect that. I have many dog toys, enrichments, treats to keep them happy and stimulated. Living on the Common itself means plenty of room to run around for your dogs, I have flexi-leads & long lines to ensure they’re safe at all times.

About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and caring for them comes very naturally to me. I truly believe pets are family, and I treat every animal in my care with the same love, patience, and respect I would give my own. I’ve spent many years around both dogs and cats of different breeds, ages, and personalities, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet as an individual. Some love long walks and playtime, some prefer quiet companionship and cuddles—and I always adapt to what makes them feel happiest and safest. My husband grew up around dogs and has never gone more than a year in his life without owning one. Ask him, and he'll say a house isn't a home without a dog! We'll welcome your dog into our home and treat them like our own. They're welcome on the furniture and will get as many walks as they need. Our Pepper is always happy to make a furry friend. ***If you’re new to Rover, first-time bookings with me get a £15 discount, and your pet will get plenty of love while you’re away! To claim the offer, simply use this referral link: https://www.rover.com/sit/basakm78087 I'm currently enjoying a career break, which means I have plenty of time to devote to your fur baby! Your dog is welcome to join our Pepper on her daily walks, and I offer boarding 7 days a week. My husband works full-time in the city but is always about to give a helping hand in the evenings and on weekends. Our home is surrounded by beautiful parks that I love exploring with our own dog on daily walks. The flat itself is super pet-friendly, and our dog and three cats are always happy to make furry friends. Our own dog is crate-trained, but there is no need for yours to be. All pets are welcome on the furniture and treated like family as soon as they step through the door.
“This was the first time leaving our 4mth pup so we were a bit apprehensive. However we needn’t have worried as regular updates and photos we received from Diana throughout the day reassured us Maisie was having a great time. Thank you to Diana and her family for such kindness and taking great care of our pup, look forward to booking again very soon!”

About: I've looked after lots of wonderful dogs over the years, and one of my favourite things is getting to know their unique personalities. Every dog is different, from playful and energetic pups to gentle senior dogs and those who need a little extra patience because they're anxious or shy. I understand how important it is to tailor my care to each dog's individual needs so they feel safe, comfortable, and happy while they're with me. I'm truly passionate about making sure every four-legged friend is loved, well cared for, and treated like part of the family when they're away from their owners. I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog in someone else's care, and I always do everything I can to make them feel relaxed, secure, and loved. I'm always happy to chat about any specific routines, preferences, or needs your pup may have, and I look forward to making some new furry friends! I work from home three days a week, so when I'm available for pet care, your dog will enjoy plenty of company, attention, and regular breaks for walks, playtime, and cuddles throughout the day. At weekends, I love exploring the local parks on long walks before relaxing in my little front garden - it's the perfect spot for a furry companion to enjoy some fresh air and sunshine alongside me. A day with me for your pet will always involve lots of love, care, and companionship. I live on my own in a cosy ground-floor flat with a secure garden, providing a calm and comfortable environment for your furry friend.
“Maira took good care of Chester, the pictures indicate how happy he was spending time at Maira's home. She provided details of Chester's day, how many walks he had, his behaviours with kids and their dog Chunks, who seem to get along very well. We are definitely going to book Chester's stay again! Thank you very much for taking such a good care of our little rascal🤗”

“Our dog stayed with Wai and were so caring and wonderful with her. Nothing was a problem and all the photos and updates were a real comfort to know she was in safe hands. Thank you!!!”

About: I’ve owned and taken care of dogs for over 20 years and have gained the necessary skills and knowledge to offer pets the highest level of care. I am first aid qualified and experienced in dealing with dogs in all sizes and temperaments. I am available for dog walking and boarding any time of the week, 7 days a week. Please contact me to organise bookings early to avoid disappointment. I have a lovely home where I allow dogs to relax on the sofa and have full use of our spacious fenced garden. We have a friendly cavapoo dog of our own who loves having company.

About: Hello, I'm Zoë and I share my home with my own dogs. Dogs have been a huge part of my life for many years, and I have experience caring for dogs of different ages, sizes and personalities. As well as owning dogs myself, I have looked after dogs for friends and family and have volunteered with therapy dog visits in care settings. I have completed canine training and education, including Canine Anatomy and Physiology studies, and I am a KAD (Kids Around Dogs) Approved Professional. I have a particular interest in canine behaviour, wellbeing and helping dogs feel safe, relaxed and comfortable. Your dog will be treated as part of the family during their stay. I only accept one guest booking at a time, which allows me to give each dog plenty of attention and helps ensure a calm environment for both visiting dogs and my own dogs. I do have two resident poodles at home, and I'm always happy to tell owners more about them during our meet and greet so you can decide whether my home is the right fit for your dog. Before accepting a booking, I prefer to arrange a meet and greet so we can make sure everyone is a good fit and your dog feels comfortable in my home. I am generally home-based, so dogs in my care can enjoy regular companionship, toilet breaks and supervision throughout the day. Their stay may include walks, garden time, gentle play, puzzle activities, sniffing games, snuffle/scent work and relaxed downtime. I like dogs to have an enriching but balanced stay. Depending on their needs, confidence and owner preferences, we may visit woodland parks where they can sniff, explore leaves, step over logs and enjoy open space at their own pace. If a dog enjoys socialising, they may have calm opportunities to see other dogs and people. If they are nervous, I always give them space and move away where needed. With owner permission, some stays may also include dog-friendly cafés or park café visits. My home has a fenced garden and a separate fenced patio area, so outdoor space can be adjusted depending on each dog’s confidence and routine. Some dogs enjoy the garden, while others may prefer a smaller patio-style space, especially if they are used to yards rather than grass. For safety, I use a porch system when opening the front door, so visiting dogs are kept secure before anyone enters or leaves. I can also use a stair gate when needed, particularly for dogs who are not used to stairs or may benefit from staying on one level during the day. Dogs have regular access to fresh water, toilet breaks and supervised outdoor time. I only accept one guest booking at a time and always prefer a meet and greet first, so we can make sure my home, routine and resident dogs are the right fit for your dog.
About: I have been caring for dogs my entire life, and my love for animals goes beyond just dogs—I’ve had cats as well. What sets me apart is my deep, lifelong dedication. I have a special skill for working with dogs to help them reach a calm, relaxed, and enjoyable state. No matter their age or energy level, I tailor each walk and session to their needs, ensuring every pup feels safe, happy, and loved I only offer pet care on weekends, as that’s when I have the most flexibility. I live right next to the woods, so I can take the dogs out for long, refreshing walks, giving them plenty of exercise and exploration. I care for pets in a secure, fenced garden where they can play safely. My home is child- and dog-friendly, so all the pets feel welcome, loved, and ready for fun!
“Shivani was great with my dog Sydney. She can be a little timid and shy but was clearly at ease as soon as she met Shivani. I received lots of communication and photos throughout the day as well. Would definitely recommend!”

“My miniature dachshund Winnie spent a very enjoyable day with Daniela whilst I went to the office. Winnie suffers from a bit of separation anxiety so it is always nerve wracking leaving her with someone new but Daniela’s warm nature automatically put us both at ease and Winnie settled in record time after I left. Daniela is very communicative and I was assured Winnie was in safe hands - she even managed to get Winnie to go for a walk when she has recently been refusing to go due to getting spooked so it is obvious Winnie felt safe and secure too. Winnie was in great spirits when I picked her up and is looking forward to spending the day with Daniela again! Would 100% recommend Daniela for your dog sitting needs.”

“Sarah was very friendly with Alfie, he looked very comfortable with her. We are very grateful for accepting our last minute request. Sarah also posted some videos of Alfie which was reassuring and thought him some commands to follow. Would definitely recommended her.”

“Emily was wonderful with Colin! Her lovely updates of their plays, walks and Colin’s naps were more comfort than I needed that he was having a great daycare session. Thank you Emily! We will certainly use Emily in the future.”

“Anna communicated really well, was very flexible and got back to me really quickly when I had to change drop off times. My dog was very happy there and I will definitely send him to stay there again.”

“Excellent service! Thank you for looking after Poppy so well, John-Rob! John-Rob is clearly experienced with dogs and it was very straight forward to set up the meet and greet and then booking. He accommodated her need to be on a lead or in an enclosed area when out and about. Lovely photos shared as well. Highly recommend.”

“We couldn’t be happier with the care Rocky received from Sharon! We reached out at short notice, and we agreed a meet and greet the day before. Rocky was very well looked after and came home very happy. We will be booking again ! Thank you.”

About: Dogs have always had a special place in my heart, and I’ve had the joy of raising my own, taking care of every little detail, from feeding times to long walks and lots of playtime together. “Ross and his partner were absolutely amazing with my 3 yo (sometimes very excitable) pointer! Great at keeping in contact, clearly caring towards animals and good at dealing with dogs. Would absolutely recommend :)”

“Missy’s second time with Daniel and family and she loves it! She’s always so excited to see them, really enjoys the company and her stays. Great communication and Missy returns a happy girl. She is treated very well there!”

“Lola had the best time with Arron! She was so clearly very well looked after. I was provided with regular updates letting me know that Lola was okay. She settled in so quickly which shows how well she was cared for! I would highly recommend Arron to anyone needing a pet sitter ⭐️ communication was easy and quick, very flexible and accommodating. Thanks so much!!!”

“Basil had a fab time with Angela and her lovely family in Bickley. Thank you for taking such great care of him and for your flexibility. We'll absolutely book Basil back in for a return visit if you'll have him!”

“Once again Branston had a fantastic stay with Conor & Alex. We received lots of photos & videos of Branston throughout his stay looking happy & enjoying his holiday. Amazing hosts will certainly be booking again thank you for ensuring Branston had an amazing time.”

“Albert absolutely loved Irina. He had so much fun that he didn't want to leave and was crying all the way home! Irina went above and beyond, and we couldn't recommend her more. We'll definitely be back! 🐾”

“Nelefiaa has effectively looked after Champ what’s four weekends in a row! I had a weekend courses back to back and had zero worries leaving Champ with her! Good and clear comms, how much she cares for dogs is extremely clear. I’m really grateful to her - definitely helped me focus on my course because of her wonderful care towards Champ”

“Nicola and her family are brilliant with Rocky. We can leave him and know he is well looked after and loved, so much so he doesn't want to come home! We're so grateful to have found Nicola and cant recommend her enough.”

“Kady was nothing short of amazing looking after our 6 month old pup, Rio, for an overnight stay. It was our first time using Rover, and she instantly put us at ease with her care, updates, and kindness. Rio came back happy, calm, and well looked after. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and will definitely be booking with her again! 10/10”

“Ashleigh was a dream sitter for Finchy's first overnighter. Very communicative and attentive while I was away on a stag do. Kept him comfy and occupied all day and night. You can see how much Ashleigh loves dogs and enjoys the responsibility. Very happy to hear Finchy got on so well with little Lexi as well. We'll be back soon, no doubt. Thank you!”

“Taylor looked after Teddy for a week while we were away and took great care of him. Teddy had a lovely time playing with Taylor’s dogs. Taylor was easy to communicate with and flexible on timings which was great. Would highly recommend.”

“Sally was amazing! Very friendly and went out of her way to send lots of photos and updates. It was clear that Pebbles was calm and content. We would definitely be happy to book Sally again! 🌟”

“Alessia was really quick and clear in her correspondence. Asked all the questions I’d expect her to ask to make sure she knew Astras likes, dislikes and needs. Very friendly and accommodating, she explained how her home would be Astra’s home for the night. Alessia was also very much tuned in to the extreme hot weather, and made sure Astra was exercised early in the morning and, temperatures permitting, again in the evening. She messaged through Astras stay to let me know how she was. I could tell she had a great time given all the licks Astra gave Alessia when it was time to come home : ) Wouldn’t hesitate to have Astra will with Alessia for a sleepover again.”

“Isabelle and her partner looked after our 2 year-old springer spaniel Dexter recently for a day and overnight stay. Isabelle was absolutely brilliant - Dexter can be a bit anxious and overexcited at times, but she made him feel relaxed right from the off, and she also wasn’t phased by his occasionally exuberant lead behaviour! She gave Dexter all the fun and games he needed in the park, and kept us really well appraised with regular updates and pictures so we knew how he was getting on. I can’t recommend her highly enough! Thanks Isabelle 😊”
