About: I took care of our family dog growing up, for about 7 years or so. I have also been a dog sitter for friends and family before. I really love dogs and walking around! I am available for boarding on weekends and Fridays (sometimes Thursday as well). I am a full-time working professional. I work 3 or 4 days from the office and 1 or 2 days remotely, from home. I live in a large flat with all the necessary facilities for taking care of a dog and plenty of space. I am also fairly close to green spaces and parks in central London. My building also has an adjacent well-kept garden.

About: Hi! I'm Dilan and dogs have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up with dogs, currently have two of my own, and caring for them has taught me how important routine, patience and affection are. Currently sadly (for me) my dogs live with my parents because i moved to London and they've become inseperable. (classic dad fell in love with the dogs he didn't want story) I've also previously had a husky that we lost at 17 years old. I am very experienced with dogs and love them so much that I have a small business around dog accessories and dog furnitures :) As a senior dog owner I'm also very experienced in tricking dogs to eat their medicine :) and I work mostly from home, so dogs are rarely left alone for more than an hour or two. Fluffy really enjoyed his stay with Tamara ☺️ She was very accommodating, and we even met the day before to walk Fluffy together so he could get more comfortable with her. Melodie was incredible looking after Miso! Her home is perfect - the garden is awesome and her dog Finch is so sweet, Miso absolutely loved her they got along straight away. Her commination was also brilliant - she kept me up to date, sent me photos and videos, and took excellent care of him. She also administed his meds which is awesome. Charlotte and Elaine were fantastic as always! Kevin loves going to stay with them and always has the best time - he always comes back happy. You can tell they are total animal people, and Kevin gets so much love and attention when he’s there! Stella had (another) great stay with India and Sam. She was straight at home flying around their flat and trying to lick Sam's ears. India was super flexible and helpful when I got my dates muddled. I received regular updates and pics of Stella through the day in various modes (play/walk/sleep). She was completely at home in India's flat. We'll definitely be back soon!
Doriane and Wojtek took great care of Lincoln while I was away for a short trip. He looked comfortable with them straight away and seemed very happy and well looked after when I came back. Communication was great and they were very flexible with pickup time which helped me out a lot. Would happily leave Lincoln with them again some time.
Anna was a fantastic dogsitter for Mazikeen! My fluffy girl had lots of playtime with her new puppy friend Maya, plenty of walks, and lots of love and attention. Every sitter on Rover must pass an identity verification before they can list their services. An identity verification confirms that the sitter is who they say they are based on their documents.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
