Waldo was taken out for plenty of walks every day, and we received regular photo updates while we were away, which really put our minds at ease. It was clear that Waldo absolutely adored both Marcos and his partner – he looked so happy and relaxed in every picture. Marcos also went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, kindly picking Waldo up from a friend’s place and dropping him off at ours at the end of the stay. “Geri was amazing. She looked after our baby Khaleesi so well. Lots of photos, videos and very responsive. We even forgot Khaleesis food but Geri went above and beyond and provided her own food for her, and I dont mean store rubbish - she made fresh chicken and veg for her. Honestly, Geri is an angel, we cannot thank her enough for looking after our doggy. Also, she had so many walks! She follows all caring instructions and goes out of her way to make sure my puppy is happy and his needs are met. Michelle was really good with Naya, given Naya is reactive on walks, she followed all our instructions, always on top of sending updates during the day and I can tell Naya was very trusting with her very quickly! Bianca was fantastic. Alby stayed at her home with her own dogs, which made the whole experience feel so much more natural and relaxed – exactly what you want for a young spaniel. Her communication was consistent throughout and she is genuinely trustworthy and reliable. She also went above and beyond in ways that gave me real peace of mind. Would highly recommend.
Olivia took great care of Nelson for a couple of days and I’d book her again without hesitation. She sent regular updates and photos, which put my mind at ease, and it was clear Nelson was comfortable and happy with her the whole time. He came home relaxed and well looked after. Olive had the time of her life with Helen, Brandon, and their lovely fluffer, Loretta-exploring Hyde Park, swimming in the Battersea Park ponds, and playing together. Filippo looked after my Border Terrier so well. He’s an active puppy and Filippo kept him occupied with lots of play and plenty of walks. Really easy to organise drop off and pick up and whilst I was away I received daily photos, videos and updates of Nico. Filippo is clearly really experienced at looking after dogs and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook. Highly recommended.
This was my first time leaving Ivy for several days with someone I did not know and I was anxious about the whole process. From first meeting Marie she made me feel way more relaxed about the whole process. I explained to her that Ivy can be quite anxious but she was completely understanding and accommodating. Unfortunately Ivy was a bit ill whilst staying with Marie but she was very understanding and caring. Marie was very communicative and responsive every day as well. I could not recommend Marie higher.
