Dog-loving couple with 10+ years of experience!
My partner and I are both massive dog lovers, and have a dog-friendly Golden Retriever & Bernese Mountain dog mix, who would love the opportunity to play with other pups during boarding or daycare! In addition to our dog Koda, we regularly dog-sit other dogs in our area including a local golden retriever and our dogs girlfriend, a very active doodle. In addition, I have spent most of my life doing animal rescue back in the US, where I have worked with countless dogs of different breeds, ages, and needs. Growing up, my parents were always fostering puppies and dogs in addition to our own 4 large, family dogs. I also independently fostered a variety of dogs since I was 18 - ranging from small puppies to large, rambunctious huskies - up until I adopted my dog, Koda. My mom (who is one of the leaders of the animal rescue I worked with), worked closely with vets over the course of my life, giving me a lot of knowledge about dogs medical needs. In addition, we also worked very closely with a variety of trainers, and one of our rescue's trainers taught me many skills and lessons over the years I was fostering and when I adopted my dog.

It was pleasure to meet Isabella and Tom! It was our first time leaving our 13 week old puppy Daphne for the night and she had a wonderful time. After meeting Isabella and Tom, it was so obvious they knew how to care for our little girl and they were so accommodating and understanding of all her needs. We had constant communication and updates which also made us feel at ease during her stay. We will not doubt be using Isabella and Tom again in the future and would certainly recommend them!
Great communication and Nelly seems to really enjoy his time and is friends with their dog! Will definitely have Nelly stay again
Isabella and Tom were fantastic at looking after Lola! We received regular updates and felt very happy knowing Lola went to a loving home! Thank you Isabella and Tom for taking such great care of Lola!

Schedule
Both my partner and I work from home and have extremely flexible schedules. I work part time and do independent research part time for my PhD, and he has his own business and also studies part time - meaning we both chose our schedules. This means we are able to prioritise our dogs needs, and pet care. We would of course do the same with any dog that we are boarding or hosting for daycare.

Safety, trust & environment
I will take care of the dogs by walking them, making sure they have food and water, and petting/playing with them. I am also happy to discuss any requirements that the owners have. It is also mandatory that I can only watch dogs that are dog friendly and neutered if male, as I have a dog myself who will be there when hosting pups.
Pets
A typical day
If the owners are okay with it, some of the fun activities we like to do with our dog include: puzzles, training games, and what we call 'sniff' walks where we let the dogs take in lots of smells on a walk which can be very stimulating for them.
