“I have two cats who had absolutely amazing times being looked after by Jess on her drop-in appointments. To be honest, I have never seen my cats reacting in a way they reacted at Jess - they fell in love with her and trusted her completely immediately on her first visit. She cared after them amazingly, played a lot, petted them and gave lots of love and attention - and I am even a little jealous of how much they have fallen in love with her! I will definitely be reaching out to Jess as the first go to person for all my catseating needs!”

About: Hi! I love animals and have always been raised around them so I’m super comfortable with feeding, walking, and playing with them. I also used to volunteer at an animal shelter & gained more comfortability with dogs of various sizes! I’ve dog sat my friends 2 dogs while her & her family were out of town as well! I’m currently working part-time (mainly only on the weekends) so I do have a good amount of free time during the week now that second semester of Uni is coming to an end. I typically go to the gym Monday-Friday as well but can always plan that around Rover! I don’t mind preparing food & water for your pets as well as taking your dogs out to use the bathroom whenever needed. For cats same thing, I don’t mind feeding them as well as cleaning their litter boxes as well as around the box for any litter that’s come out. My priorities would be to keep your pet happy as well as your space clean!
About: I come from a big dog loving family and have had dogs since I was a kid. We currently have two very sweet german shepards named Kai and Mak! I pet sit frequently when I am back home in San Diego, CA, and I love animals of all kinds! When I was getting my bachelor's degree, I fostered some very sweet cats and we were able to find both of them their forever homes! I am currently getting my masters degree in London, but I am only working on a paper until September so I have a lot of free time this summer to pet sit or do some dog walking! Currently, I am just working on a dissertation, and since I can work on it from anywhere, I have plenty of time for dog walks or just spending time with them! I enjoy going on walks daily so it is easy for me to get good walks in for the dogs! I don't have another job right now, and I enjoy going to the gym for about an hour a day, and might spend some time with friends, but my schedule is very open and I understand the importance of being with pets often while pet sitting! While pet sitting at the owner's home, I typically just spend a lot of time with the pet, whether it is playing with them or just hanging out by them. If the pet is slightly hesitant on my presence due to shyness, I would have no problem with giving them their space until they are feeling more comfortable. I would follow the owner's instructions, for example, stick to their feeding and walking schedules, and if there are any special circumstances like necessary medications, I would work with that. My goal is to make sure the pet feels safe, happy, and well looked after while the owner is away, with lots of attention and affection throughout my visit.
About: I have experience looking after dogs from puppies to 16 year olds. I love being around animals and am very active making me the perfect dog walker! I currently work from home so can be flexible with day time walks and have availability most evenings and weekends! Happy to work around your schedule Open plan space with a closed off balcony. Very close to nearby parks and walks that your dog will enjoy while they’re staying with me!
“From the start, Lara has been great. Punctual and made you feel that she will look after your pet like her own. She treated Sally and my home with so much care. She was very diligent and easy to work with. I loved the pictures she posted during her visits. Would definitely ask her to come look after Sally again.”

About: I’m a reliable, caring and attentive pet sitter who loves being around dogs. I’m comfortable with walks, drop-in visits, feeding, playtime and keeping pets company in their own home. I’m calm, patient and responsible, and I understand how important it is for owners to feel their pets are safe and well looked after. I’m happy to follow each dog’s routine closely and give them loving, gentle care. Pet care fits well into my routine, and as a student I have regular availability throughout the week and on weekends. I’m happy to help with walks, drop-in visits, feeding, playtime, and companionship. I’m organised, reliable, and always aim to follow each pet’s routine closely so they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. When caring for pets in a pet owner’s home, I always aim to keep their routine as normal and consistent as possible so they feel safe and comfortable. I follow all instructions carefully, whether that includes feeding, walks, playtime, or medication if needed. I’m responsible, attentive, and respectful of both the pet’s needs and the owner’s home, and I understand how important trust is when someone is caring for your pet.
About: Hi! My name is Bridget, and I’m a kind, caring, and responsible animal lover offering dog walking and pet sitting services. I’m very flexible with my schedule and happy to stay in your home to ensure your pets are safe, happy, and comfortable while you're away. I’ve grown up in central London so I know all the best parks for engaging and enriching walks. I also have a car and am more than happy to take your dog out of the city for a big countryside walk and a proper adventure. Sadly I can't have a dog where I live, but I’ve had my own cat for over 10 years and have regularly looked after friends' and family’s dogs. I truly love animals and treat every pet like they’re my own. If you’re looking for someone reliable, warm-hearted, and experienced, I’d love to meet you and your pets! I work from home on my own schedule. I occasionally work in a shop where I would be able to bring a dog in and look after throughout the day. I am available every evening and almost every week day in the day time. I have a relaxed cat who keeps to himself and am walking distance from many central london parks. I provide lots of attention and cuddles but allow pets to come to me in their own time.
About: Hi, I’m Luis Andre. I’ve loved dogs for my whole life, and I’d be delighted to give your pup a warm, gentle and loving experience. I have experience with puppies, adult dogs and seniors. My first dog was Roly, a playful Beagle who was with me from the age of six. When he grew older, I dedicated myself to giving him the happiest and most comfortable final years possible. Later on, I helped care for Viena, a Golden Retriever from my partner, both as a puppy and again when she was four to five years old, for almost two years in total. What you can expect from me: ✔️ Individual attention so your dog always feels seen and cared for ✔️ Frequent updates with texts, photos and videos ✔️ Safe walks and fun playtime (if you and your pup are comfortable with it) ✔️ A calm, loving and reliable environment I bring the same care, patience and affection I gave to Roly and Viena to every dog I look after. Feel free to message me anytime. I’ll be happy to answer your questions and get to know your dog. 🐾 I am currently pursuing a full-time master’s at UCL. Although my studies are full-time, my schedule is quite flexible. I usually attend university from Monday to Thursday every two weeks, and when I’m not on campus, I spend my time at home reading and studying. Next year, my schedule will be even more flexible as I focus on my research, allowing me to be at home most of the time and dedicate plenty of attention to caring for your dogs. I currently live in a flat with three rooms, one of which is furnished, providing a safe and comfortable environment for pets. That said, I prefer caring for dogs in their own home, where they feel most comfortable and secure. I make sure to follow each owner’s instructions carefully, maintain a clean and safe space, and give pets plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities.

“Xixi was incredibly attentive and caring throughout the whole experience. She got along wonderfully with all of my cats and clearly took the time to understand their different personalities. I loved the adorable photos and updates she sent—they gave me real peace of mind while I was away. I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful cat sitter.”

“Great service and communication from Filip! He provided updates and photos and was even able to get my cat to play while visiting her. Highly recommend him to others who need a safe pair of hands to watch their pets.”

About: I trained and helped raise my family dog (doodle) since he was a puppy. I’m not ashamed to say I’m his favourite. Unfortunately he lives far away, so I miss him terribly. I’m hoping to put that love to good use by making new dog friends in the city! Currently in-between roles so I can spend all my time taking care of the doggo! I can take last minute request (depending on the difficulty of the ask). I’m the perfect dog sitter because I’m run by guilt and want the give the dog attention always! No bored dogs allowed. I will always follow training/rules instructed by the owner. Nothing worse then undoing work you've done. The dog will get lots of walks but this doesn't mean its idle when we're home. I'm constantly petting, playing and entertaining when able.
“Rosie does a fantastic job with our cats every time, she communicates well, sends helpful and concise summaries of what she does, and good pictures capturing their spirit.”

“We felt totally confident leaving our puppy Zelda with Virginia. She was thoughtful, communicative and clearly has a lovely way with dogs. Zelda was very happy and well cared for. Highly recommend.”

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life, literally for as long as I can remember. My oldest dog lived to 18, and I cared for her closely in her senior years, making sure she was comfortable and well looked after. My current dog is 14, but he lives far away, and I miss him a lot. I’ve also looked after friends’ dogs while they’re on holiday, so I’m used to different routines and personalities. I truly love being around dogs, and taking care of yours would make me really happy. I have plenty of energy and time to dedicate to walks, playtime, and lots of attention. I’ve recently finished my master’s and am currently looking for a job, so I am full time available to dedicate to your dog, following their routine and making sure they’re happy and loved. There’s a lovely courtyard in my building for fresh air and playtime, and a cozy flat to rest in afterwards if your dog gets tired. Regent’s Park is only a 5 minute walk away, perfect for nice walks! I’ll make sure your dog always has company, cuddles, and lots of attention.
About: As a passionate pet lover, I have spent many years caring for a variety of pets personally and professionally. My experience includes volunteering at animal shelters and working with various rescue organizations. I have also had the pleasure of pet sitting for several families over the years, including dogs, cats, birds, and even small animals like hamsters and rabbits. I understand that every pet has unique needs and personalities, and I always take the time to get to know them and their individual needs. Whether it's administering medication, feeding, walking, or just providing cuddles and playtime, I am committed to providing the best care possible for every pet under my watch. As a responsible and reliable individual, I take the safety and well-being of your pets very seriously. You can trust that I will provide the highest level of care and attention to detail, giving you peace of mind while you are away from your beloved pets. I am always available during the weekends and in the evenings, and work from home a lot during the week. I therefore have plenty of time to give attention to your adorable pet! In my home, I provide a loving and nurturing environment for pts to feel at home. I have an entirely fenced garden that provides plenty of space for pets to play, exercise, and explore. Additionally, I have no other pets, which means that your pet will receive my undivided attention and love during their stay with me. I also take great care to ensure that your pet's dietary and exercise needs are met, and that they are comfortable and happy during their stay in my home. Whether your pet needs a temporary home while you are away or a place to stay while you're at work, you can trust that they will be well-cared for and loved in my home.
About: Why have one sitter when you can have two!? We're a reliable, fun and outdoorsy couple who work from home 5 days a week, so your pet will always have company, care, and be entertained to their heart's content! We live with Xanthe’s mum in a bright, spacious home with an enclosed garden, close to four parks including Ally Pally 🦮 We've both grown up with animals but now, living in London and about to turn 30, Rover lets us spend time with animals while we’re not quite ready for our own <3 Doing Rover as a duo means double the time with added reassurance. As well as twice daily walks, we can bring your pet for shop runs and, if they like to hit up sunny parks and cafes at the weekend that can be arranged 😉 Each pet we’ve cared for has had their own personality and needs whether it’s extra walks, grooming, or calming nervous pups, we’ll make them our top priority during their stay and are great at understanding animals needs ❤️

About: I grew up with 2 dogs in my house and always been passionate about them. Started to work as a dog sitter in 2019 in Sydney Australia and continued doing it on ad off for the next years in Mexico City during 2022\23 and also here in London I take care of a family friend's dog when she's out of town. I simply enjoy bonding with pets and I feel I don't just take them for a walk or spend time with them but create a connection. I'm currently modelling full time so my schedule is pretty free during the week if not for some castings or jobs that will be scheduled before, but usually always free during the weekends. I live a 3 minute walk distance from Haggerston park, so will provide walks and park runs daily. In the flat is only me and there is a spacious living room connected to the bedroom where their bed can be placed, and can be supervised all the time. Will give the dog only the food provided or told by the parents.
About: What sets me apart is my patience, attention to detail, and genuine love for animals. I take the time to understand each pet’s routine and personality so they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Please do not hesitate to contact me for any question. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I plan my schedule around bookings to make sure pets get consistent attention, walks, playtime, and care throughout the day. When pets stay in my home, I create a calm, safe, and comfortable environment. I follow their usual routines for feeding, walks, playtime, and rest so they feel at home. Pets receive plenty of supervision, affection, and exercise, and I make sure they’re never left alone. Clean spaces, fresh water, and a stress-free atmosphere are always a priority.
About: Hi! I’m Tony. I live in East London (E3, near Bow Church) and I am a Certified Public Accountant working as an Auditor for one of the Big4 Auditing Firms. I work remotely most of the time so my schedule is very flexible for accommodating petsitting requests. We’ve always had pets growing up, so I’m used to be around them and playing with them. I recently moved to London and because my flat does not allow us to have our own pets, let me just take care of yours. I work as an accounting professional on a WFH setup in one of the Big4 Accounting Firms. I’m available to house sit and pet sit in a very flexible schedule as long as it’s communicated at least a day before (especially if far from where I live). 1. My priority is the furbaby's well-being and safety so it is key for me to have a really good communication with the furparent (feeding schedule, diet, do’s and don’ts, etc). 2. I am commited to maintain the furbaby’s routine while the furparents are away. 3. I will keep a watchful eye on the furbaby’s behavior and health and ensure that everything will be timely reported and updated to the furparent.
London dog owners share their Rover experiences
Blaise was very flexible and able to stay over at mine very last minute to care for my dog and two cats. As usual she was absolutely amazing. Blaise is kind and genuinely goes above and beyond to ensure your pets are feeling loved and cared for in your absence! I received lots of photos and videos of playtimes and cuddles in bed. My shy cat who is scared of his own shadow even warmed to her and slept in next to her which just made me feel so happy. It’s such a reassurance that she’s a vet nurse and is there if anything were to happen. I came home to a clean house, clean litter trays and 3 very happy pets. Couldn’t have asked for more! Exceptional service and highly recommend!

Amazing again thanks Ella! We booked Ella at short notice after some plans changed, and she had to let herself in to our house to feed Sparrow and take her for a walk, and then lock up again behind her. All went smoothly and she kept us informed along the way, which put my mind at rest. Highly recommended

John has been absolutely wonderful with Cookie. He is reliable, caring, and always kept me updated, which really gave me peace of mind while I was away. Cookie recently had surgery, so I was quite anxious about leaving him with someone else, but John was very patient and attentive with all of his needs. I genuinely felt very reassured knowing Cookie was in such good hands. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and thoughtful dog sitter 😊

I couldn’t be happier with the care Tess receives! She is treated with so much love, attention and patience, and it truly shows. I always feel completely at ease knowing she is in such good hands. It’s not just about looking after her, it’s the genuine care and affection that makes all the difference. Tess absolutely loves her time there, and that says everything. Highly recommend!

Matilde did a fantastic job with Zelda during her hour drop-in. She was punctual, reliable, and clearly very confident with dogs. Zelda was relaxed and content in her care, which was lovely to see. She followed all instructions carefully and kept us updated, which gave us real peace of mind while we were out. We’d happily recommend Matilde and would absolutely book her again.

Louise popped over to let Flash out and hang out for an hour when I was at work. I’m always worried about leaving him on work days but she totally put my mind at rest. She’s kind, communicative, punctual and most importantly FLASH LOVES HER. highly recommend and will book again.

Charlotte is wonderful with our puppy! She is responsive, warm, and clearly comfortable with puppies. She is incredibly professional and structured — takes him out for regular walks, makes sure he has his meals on time, and keeps to his routine diligently. We feel completely at ease leaving him in her care. We highly recommend her to any puppy owner!

Emma has been fantastic. She’s very polite, trustworthy, and incredibly flexible, making everything easy from the start. Communication has been smooth throughout, and she’s been really attentive, making sure my dog has everything he needs and even proactively checking things I might have missed, like confirming if anything should change in the warmer weather. Most importantly, my dog has taken to her really well, which says a lot given how stubborn he can be. I’d highly recommend Emma to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter.
