About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life, so caring for dogs has always been a natural part of my life. I regularly pet sit for family dogs and have experience looking after their different personalities, routines and individual needs. I’m comfortable with walks, feeding, playtime, cuddles and making sure dogs feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I’m patient, caring and responsible, and I understand how important it is to treat every dog as an individual. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs and would love to provide your pup with plenty of attention, exercise and companionship while you’re away or busy. At the moment my schedule changes from week to week so I will update this when needed. But I will be available full days at least 2 days a week. I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and regularly pet sit for family dogs, so I’m very comfortable caring for dogs with different personalities and routines. Dog walking is my preferred service, and I’ll make sure your dog gets plenty of exercise, attention and care while keeping them safe at all times. I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual routine and any specific instructions you provide, including feeding, treats, playtime and medication where appropriate. I can also provide pet sitting in your own home if needed, helping your dog feel comfortable in their familiar environment while you’re away. I want every owner to feel confident that their dog is in safe, caring and responsible hands.

Jessica is great! She is very straight forward in her communication. The first time we meet she asked all the questions about the cats to understand their routine and needs. She kept me updated and sent pictures while visiting. When i got home from holiday cats where call and well taken care of. Definitely recommend her.

I’m so incredibly grateful to Matthew for helping with my puppy at the very last minute. He was very kind and understanding ,and even stayed twice as long as I had booked and paid for. He took such thoughtful care of him, helped him eat, use his toilet spot properly , and kept him calm and comfortable. You can really tell how much he knows about how to look after puppies . Mishkin clearly adored him and felt safe with him right from the start. It couldn’t have gone better. I’d recommend to anyone looking for someone caring, reliable and wonderful with puppies

About: My passion - and respect - for pets, especially dogs and cats, started very early...actually since i was born i have shared my life with these amazing creatures. This has allowed me to learn more about our friends. I've always considered them as relevant part of my existence and have always been rewarded with the same love. Looking after a pet, going together for long walks, playing games in open doors is one of the most satisfying things in life. Vegetarian, animals lover. I’m currently not working and have plenty of time I can spend looking after pets. So I’m available to cover different owners needs and hours At mine there are several spots that can be dedicated to different pets, depending on the person needs. Water, some treats and walks. When sitting at a pet’s owner I would follow the instructions provided by the owner case by case.

About: Hi all! I have grown up with animals and since moving away from home am missing the comfort that comes with having a dog and cat with me all the time. I have experience living with small dogs as well as giant breeds, and think all of them deserve love and attention. I love the personality that cats being to the table as well. Feel free to message me with any questions! :) I’m currently working full-time, but I spend my afternoons/evenings at home as well as every thursday and my weekends are usually spent going for a walk to the local shops which I would love to have a companion for. About: What sets me apart is a lifetime of dedicated dog companionship combined with hands on, specialised senior care. Having been raised around dogs my entire life, I intuitively understand canine behaviour, body language, and routines. Most recently, I lovingly cared for my own pug through their golden years. This experience taught me the patience, gentle handling, and close monitoring required for senior pets, especially flat faced breeds. Whether your dog is an energetic adult needing a watchful eye or a sweet senior who requires a slower pace and medication administration, I provide the tailored, nurturing care they deserve. I currently offer dedicated pet care on evenings and weekends, making me the perfect fit for after work check ins, dinner feedings, or weekend getaways. Because my schedule is highly flexible during these times, your dog will receive my full, undivided attention. Please note that I am actively transitioning to full time, open availability in the near future! If you have a specific weekday request or a recurring schedule you would like to discuss for the coming weeks, please feel free to message me so we can plan ahead. Safety and trust are my absolute highest priorities. Since I provide care exclusively through drop-in visits and walks in your local area, I treat your home and your pet with the utmost respect and vigilance. During walks, your dog will always remain securely leashed. I focus entirely on them, staying alert to traffic, stray animals, and changing weather conditions. For drop-in visits, I strictly follow your entry and locking instructions to keep your home secure. I always double-check that doors are locked, security systems are armed, and fresh water is topped up before I leave. With a lifetime of dog experience, I am skilled at reading body language to keep your pet calm, safe, and happy.

About: My name is Renata, and I'm originally from Brazil, but I've been living in London for the past two years. I absolutely love animals, and this app has given me the perfect opportunity to be closer to them. Anyone with a pet knows the joy of coming home to their warm, excited welcome, filled with kisses and happy jumps. Back in Brazil, I had two small dogs who now live with my grandfather, and I miss them dearly. I’m eager to share all the love I have by walking and caring for your pet, making sure all their needs are met. ✨ I adore all kinds of animals and can easily adapt to their unique personalities. 🐕🐶🐱🦮🐩 Morning Care**: I usually start my day by checking in on the pets, whether feeding them, taking dogs for their morning walk, or providing some playtime to get their energy flowing. Midday Activities**: I often spend part of my day doing longer walks, engaging in active play, or handling any special needs like administering medications or attending to grooming needs. If I have multiple pets to care for, I schedule each visit so they get dedicated attention. And by 3pm I go to work and my sister helps me to look after. I stick to their usual feeding, walking, and play routines to make them feel at home. If they have special diets or medications, I handle those with care.

About: I absolutely love dogs as you can see in all my pics cuddling with them! I live in a spacious house in Angel with a fenced garden where your dog can roam inside and outside. They’re of course welcome on the furniture too! I’ve been to puppy yoga five times just so I can spend more time with pups! Before moving here, I looked after a sweet cocker spaniel for three years, taking him on two walks a day, played fetch, and every evening I brushed him to get rid of twigs and mud (and stop his fur from matting). I’m also good at tick removal so your dog’s safe with me. On walks I match the pace and route to what your dog likes, whether that’s a jog, a sniffy stroll, or a game of fetch. I love giving lots of pats and praise so walks are always fun. For sitting and boarding your dog gets loads of love and I stick to their usual routine, feeding, meds, naps, all of it. My home is chill and dog friendly, perfect for pups full of energy or older dogs who like to relax. Drop in visits are great if you just need someone to pop by for feeding, walks, playtime, or belly rubs 🐾. I always send updates and pics so you know they are in safe hands. Whether it’s a long walk, overnight stay, or quick visit I’m here to make sure your dog feels happy, comfy, and loved every step of the way ❤️. I currently hybrid work where on Tuesdays and Thursdays I need to be in the office , so most days I can work and stay at home with your dog and my weekend availability is always flexible! I can also dog sit in the evenings if you want to go out for the night and don’t want your dog home alone! Happy to also house your dog in my home in Angel that has a lovely garden. I will always ensure your dog has a fresh bowl of water and making sure they drink especially in the summer. I am very careful with dogs on the road and cautious of the surroundings but also more than comfortable with letting them have their fun in the park!

About: Hey! My name is Claudia, I am a 23 year old young professional in London, originally from Barcelona, Spain.

I've been passionate about animals my entire life. Growing up, I had dogs and cats as part of our household, which taught me the importance of patience, care, and understanding when looking after them.

I also have experience dog sitting in London, where I’ve cared for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. Whether it’s an energetic pup that loves long walks or a senior dog that needs gentle care, I always tailor my approach to suit their unique needs.

As a remote worker, I’m flexible and can provide plenty of attention and care throughout the day. I pride myself on being very communicative with owners, sending regular updates and pictures so you can feel reassured while you’re away.

Your pet’s comfort and happiness are my top priorities, and I’d love the chance to make them feel safe, loved, and truly cared for! I work from home every day, so I can easily accommodate my schedule to any dog's needs! I have an hour long lunch break for longer walks, and no problem with taking shorter breaks during the day! I love to go out for walks. My home is walking distance to multiple green spaces. If we're staying indoors, I love to play any ball games or spend some time with their favourite entertainment form. And my favourite time, some cuddles!

About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life, with my family growing up with dogs of various breeds and taking care of neighbours and friends pets as well. Have experience training puppies and in senior animal care, and would be excited to meet your furry friend and provide them with the care they need whilst you are away. Although working full-time, I am able to work from home most Fridays and would be able to take your dog to a local park to relieve themselves and get rid of some energy, before a longer walk (suited to your pets needs) during lunch time. The rest of the day would consist of relaxing, playing and puzzle games for your pet, before another evening walk to make sure they are tired out by the end of the day. Naturally since not all pets are able/want to go outside, this will depend on your dogs needs and wishes, with a relaxing and quite environment suitable for every pet, and loads of activities for those who want it. I have lots of experience with pets of all ages, and am happy to adjust to your training methods and your pets needs. I have personally crate trained puppies until they are old enough to not cause mischief but am happy to continue with this method, or not, depending on your preference. Pets would be allowed in every room of the house, with windows and doors being secured well during their stay. I would not have any guests over during your pets stay, unless advised that they would not mind this, as your pets comfort is of top priority. For house visits, I would make sure your pet is well fed and watered, has been eating and has not made a mess anywhere, as well as check up on their condition visually and physically as much as is possible. I will also send up frequent and detailed updates on what your pet has gotten up to, with loads of cute pictures!

About: I've cared for dogs of every kind since I was 10 - neighbours, friends and family have long relied on me to check in on, feed, walk and play with their pets. I'm just as comfortable with cats, from daily drop-in visits and feeding to litter changes and keeping shy ones company. I'm reliable, calm around nervous animals, and I'll always send photo updates so you know your pet is happy and settled while you're away. I'm currently working full time but in a very flexible job in the middle of town - so more than happy to make adjustments as and when they are needed. Also lends itself well to stopping off on my way back from work. I am unable to provide care and attention for your pets inside my own home as I do not have the capabilities for it - my focus is on your pets in your home

Thank you Mila for looking after my 2 cats, Norman & Bo. They both looked so happy in all the videos you sent me, I was really able to relax and enjoy my holiday. Having just moved to a new house , I was so worried as the cats were just settling in, you really helped this process whilst we were away. We are excited to book more time away knowing we have someone we can trust to come take care of our precious babies.

Blaise was very flexible and able to stay over at mine very last minute to care for my dog and two cats. As usual she was absolutely amazing. Blaise is kind and genuinely goes above and beyond to ensure your pets are feeling loved and cared for in your absence! I received lots of photos and videos of playtimes and cuddles in bed. My shy cat who is scared of his own shadow even warmed to her and slept in next to her which just made me feel so happy. It’s such a reassurance that she’s a vet nurse and is there if anything were to happen. I came home to a clean house, clean litter trays and 3 very happy pets. Couldn’t have asked for more! Rover makes it easy to find sitters who are available whilst you work. To find sitters who fit your schedule, select which days of the week and the time slots you'd like a sitter to visit. The search results will populate sitters whose calendars match your needs. You can also search for sitters by location, whether that’s a sitter near your office for day care drop-off or a sitter close to your home. Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in London choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a key safe or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes dedicated customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement programme for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to £25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to £25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit our Trust & Safety page .

Emergency support is available by phone or email in English, French, German, and Spanish from Mon-Sat 9am to 6pm. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a qualified vet or offer other resources to help.

If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s booking protection means Rover Support will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. On Rover:

  • 89% of sitters can help with special care needs
  • 89% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 97% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
