Med-alert dog trainer + fenced yard
Experience training my own dog to become a registered service / medical alert dog. I can help with any training you are working on. Finch (my 2 year old mini golden doodle) would love a play date. I have a long history of loving and helping animals- I fostered 27 cats when I volunteered for shelters, having to domesticate ferals sometimes!

Melodie was lovely and caring to our dog, she is trustworthy and our dog had a great time. Melodie was great at communicating throughout the weekend with lots of pictures and mesages sent.
Melodie was incredible looking after Miso! Her home is perfect - the garden is awesome and her dog Finch is so sweet, Miso absolutely loved her they got along straight away. Her commination was also brilliant - she kept me up to date, sent me photos and videos, and took excellent care of him. She also administed his meds which is awesome. Miso clearly loved her - he did not want to leave! Thank you so much from us both and see you next time!
Melodie was friendly, acommodating, and constantly made me feel like my fluffy friend was getting personal care with lots of updates throughout the day. She even found the time to do some training with him. Top notch.
Melodie is extremely patient, responsible, and attentive. She took great care of my pet and is someone I feel I can completely trust. She is also very polite, kind, and a real pleasure to interact with. I would definitely book with her again next time.

Schedule
I work from home and have a lot of spare time. I also spend time training my medical alert dog everyday and would be happy to help with whatever you are working on/ let me know if there are any behaviours you want me to look out for. I am a positive trainer so will never use negative reinforcement!!

I have a fenced garden and lots of space in my house. I also have a friendly playful dog called Finch. I trained my dog from a pup and am very aware of what they like to chew on/ what is dangerous for pets. I also looked after cats for years for shelters which were often very ill, pregnant or feral so am used to caring for sick or vulnerable animals.

A typical day
I have scent trained a service dog so I know lots of fun games that will keep your pet mentally stimulated! I am also great at teaching dogs tricks. I also have a range of kongs and different snacks and puzzles that will keep your pup busy.
