Cats are not allowed on the balconies, but they enjoy a safe, cozy indoor environment with full access to furniture, including beds and sofas. I also have a very friendly cat who provides calm and social company to visiting pets. When caring for pets in the owner’s home, I strictly follow all provided instructions regarding feeding, treats, and medication. I always ensure that toys are put away, litter boxes are clean, water is fresh, and the home is left tidy and secure before leaving.
About: I love dogs. I have been dealing with dogs since I was a child. I have been working as a dog walker for 5 years. During that time, I have walked more than 30 dogs We walk the dogs five times a day. Gladstone Park is nearby. We go there for walks. We feed them at the request of the owners. We play during walks and try to satisfy the dogs' need for exercise. It is safety flat. Closed they wont'be able to go anywhere. After walk I will wash them if needed . Remove plants from their fur, check their paws.

“This was the first time I had used a Cat sitter as opposed to a cattery and did have some reservation but in the initial stage Sherwine (Sherry) fully explained how it would work and what I needed to do which eased my initial concerns. While I was away she then kept me up to date on how he was doing and even sent a couple of videos. He had plenty of room to run around, far more than he would have had at the cattery and when I came to get him he didn't want to go. Unfortunately I am moving away from London but would most certainly have used Sherry again rather than a cattery”

Anushka and Adam were absolutely fantastic with Bailey. We received regular updates throughout his stay — complete with photos and videos — which really put us at ease which was great as this was the first time we’d left Bailey with a sitter for this long. Bailey looked like he was having the best time socialising with the other dogs, and it was clear he felt comfortable and happy in their home. When we collected him, he was relaxed, cheerful, and even freshly bathed, which was such a thoughtful extra touch. You can tell they genuinely care about the dogs they look after and pay attention to every detail. Highly recommend Anushka and Adam — Bailey will definitely be visiting again.
We met with Chloe and her flatmates before the sit, and we could see how much they like dogs, and have a great garden space too. Chloe was very responsive and flexible with our timings, and we loved the photos she shared with us afterwards. Scarlett will definitely be wanting to visit again.
Fantastic experience of boarding with Nicole. It was Aramis’ first time and we left him for more than 2 weeks. We had a prior meeting at Nicole’s house to make sure Aramis will be comfortable there. Nicole took fantastic care of him and sent regular and detailed reports. Aramis came back happy and healthy. Nicole also has a great house with a big garden, very convenient for doggies. I wholeheartedly recommend!
Radhika is perfect for Bailey. He is a very anxious little boy who is 6 1/2 years old. He has never stayed away overnight in fact never been left alone for long at all. Especially out of the house. For me it was a nerve racking process. Finding Radhika’s profile she stood out to me for many reasons. Our meet and greet went extremely well. She has a wonderful calming yet assertive approach to Bailey. A beautiful home with lots of space and a safe garden. Definitely everything you read is very true about her. We had our first overnight stay on Sunday. We all expected it to be very challenging for our little man. Radhika kept us updated throughout which put our minds at ease. Lovely reassuring pictures and videos. As predicted he was very anxious and my trust and faith in her was justified. She looked after him with great care. They have a brilliant connection. On picking Bailey up he was calm and even went back in looking for his new friend. I have booked a 5 night stay for August to attend my son’s wedding in Estonia. I know my nervous little boy will be in great hands and extremely well looked after and safe. Radhika is all she presents on her profile. This will be the first of many bookings to come. And yes! I would most definitely recommend her to family and friends. I am so happy I have found the perfect person for my Chihuahua Bailey. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
