Tatiana took such amazing care of my puppy Crumble! ❤️ I was a little nervous as it was my first time using rover, however Tatiana quickly put me at ease, sending lovely updates, photos and videos! I even received the cutest videos of my puppy playing with another dog! I wouldn’t hesitate to use Tatiana again, Crumble had such a happy time and I was able to enjoy my trip knowing she was in safe hands. Thank you Tatiana ❤️

About: I love dogs. I have been dealing with dogs since I was a child. I have been working as a dog walker for 5 years. During that time, I have walked more than 30 dogs We walk the dogs five times a day. Gladstone Park is nearby. We go there for walks. We feed them at the request of the owners. We play during walks and try to satisfy the dogs' need for exercise. It is safety flat. Closed they wont'be able to go anywhere. After walk I will wash them if needed . Remove plants from their fur, check their paws.

Tun is amazing. Communication with him has always been easy and smooth. He is so professional, we didn’t have to worry about anything when he was taking care of our dog. He is, of course, a dog lover, and somehow more importantly, he knows so well how to interact with dogs. Not only was our dog taken good care of during his stay with Tun, but Tun also always managed to keep him calm and stable as much as possible. That kind of experience is so, so precious for dogs yet to be mature or still under training. Overall, fascinating experience (for us and for our dog, who unfortunately couldn’t write his own review) and would definitely recommend.

About: I'm passionate about dogs of all kinds and have been involved with dogs (& cats) one way or another my whole life. I grew up with dogs and learned first-hand the real-life care they need and deserve. Recently I've been involved in rescuing, fostering and dog-sitting in my home for my local community and have enjoyed it so much I decided creating a profile on Rover would be an excellent idea. But even in my 20's I used to dog-sit in clients' homes regularly, sometimes for up to a month at a time. I'm also a volunteer for the Advanced Dog Ownership Initiative, a new scheme developed by my dog professional colleagues, to help encourage and support responsible dog ownership, which has helped me improve my own understanding dog interaction and ownership. I've also previously worked as a volunteer for a London-based animal rescue which has contributed to my passion for animal welfare. I'm able to adapt to each dogs personality, size and breed, having looked after everything from big unneutered, untrained Huskies & Bouviers, all the way down to active Jack Russels and Scottish Terriers. I take into account each dogs sensitivities, for example, some dogs do not like contact with other dogs while out on a walk, and some need a good 2 hours out in the park, whereas some only need 2 shorter walks a day. Some dogs need stimulation during the day and others just need a good chunk of downtime to decompress. Each dog is different and I accommodate their needs accordingly. The only reason my partner and I do not currently have a dog is that we would prefer to improve our finances before making the commitment to bringing home a dog. My experience in fostering and owning dogs in the past has helped me understand fully what an important decision it is. So helping others care for their beloved hounds is the next best thing! I am a freelance creative who largely works from home, and only rarely has to work on-site. If that is unavoidable, my partner who is also experienced with dogs will be able to be home. However, if I know I'll be caring for a dog at the time I'll prefer to be home for the entire period, and I will try to arrange it that way. In the mornings, I think it's important to immediately let the dog out into the garden. I also think a walk first thing in the morning is ideal for most breeds as the nights can feel long for dogs. I'd follow their usual feeding routine but if they are fed in the morning I'd do that before the walk as usually they like to do their business after a meal! I can walk a dog up to 1,5 hours to 2 hours at a time if they require it. During the day I keep an eye on them and provide a space they can have to themselves to decompress. If they need a bit of stimulation, I can engage in a few games with them in the garden. My partner and I are "home bodies" so I'm usually home for the whole day except for a short outing to the local shop, and in most cases my partner will also be at home working. A late afternoon/early evening walk is also possible if they need it, sometimes this can be a short walk around a couple of blocks in the neighbourhood or further afield depending on the dog. Evenings are usually very quiet and relaxing but the dog is let out into the garden multiple times before securing the house and heading to bed. The dog is welcome to sleep in our bedroom on their bed if that is needed or in our living room. And finally, if the dog enjoys affection and human interaction then I have cuddles available by the truckload! I think it's important to follow a routine that feels healthy, comfortable and safe for the dog. Understanding their needs for diet, sleep, interaction and walking is important. In hot weather I would be sure to walk a dog outside of the hottest times of the day especially for dogs with thick coats. I carry a water bottle with me on walks at all times to ensure the dog is properly hyrdated. Before walking your dog for the first time, I'll check with you if they are comfortable around other dogs and people, or if they prefer not to interact at all. Some dogs are nervous of other dogs, and senior dogs often prefer to be left alone, especially by younger dogs. I'm careful to avoid any interaction that may not be comfortable. Giving a dog plenty of time to stretch their legs and also take in the scents and sounds is important and often the best way to keep them relaxed and content for the whole day ahead. Our home has a fenced garden, no other pets and no children so it provides a relaxing environment for any dog. I'd dedicate a space to put their bed which can be theirs for the duration to sleep and decompress.

About: I have lifelong experience caring for cats and dogs through my own home and the pets of friends and family. I provide reliable pet sitting, dog walking, and daily pet care, always adapting to each pet’s personality and needs. I am comfortable with small to medium dog breeds and focus on calm, attentive care in a safe and positive environment. I am available for walks, playtime, feeding, and general pet care to ensure pets feel happy, secure, and well looked after. I run a home-based tapestry studio, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to pet care, one of my main passions. Aside from a few planned trips each year, I have excellent availability, especially with advance bookings. I live in a pet-friendly apartment with two spacious balconies and access to a designated outdoor area for walks within the building. The home is bright, comfortable, and enriched with toys and stimulation. Cats are not allowed on the balconies, but they enjoy a safe, cozy indoor environment with full access to furniture, including beds and sofas. I also have a very friendly cat who provides calm and social company to visiting pets. When caring for pets in the owner’s home, I strictly follow all provided instructions regarding feeding, treats, and medication. I always ensure that toys are put away, litter boxes are clean, water is fresh, and the home is left tidy and secure before leaving.

About: I’ve grown up with pets, I’ve had cats of my own, Guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, buggies. And I have been surrounded by pets in my immediate family as fell as friends. My boyfriend owning a cat and a dog which I house sit. My auntie 2 dogs and 3 horses and which I help sit when I visit and other friends who have dogs who I’ve had the privilege of sitting and walking. I love animals, love being surrounded by them and taking care. When I see dogs on the street I am keen to pet them, owner approved. Same with cats if I see them roaming I will try and pet them if they let me. Always drawn to animals and vids versa. I have experience with puppies, as well as grown/ older animals. I work part to full time, however my work is flexible i choose what days and hours i work. Therefor Im able to navigate that, and if I know I need a day off Im advance enough I am able to not work that day/ specific hours. I have my own space, it’s not huge but it’s a two room space, minimal furniture, minimal things in the way. It is my own space it’s not shared with anyone else. And I do have small garden space also. It’s clean and neat, and would definitely work for a smaller size pet.

Radhika is perfect for Bailey. He is a very anxious little boy who is 6 1/2 years old. He has never stayed away overnight in fact never been left alone for long at all. Especially out of the house. For me it was a nerve racking process. Finding Radhika’s profile she stood out to me for many reasons. Our meet and greet went extremely well. She has a wonderful calming yet assertive approach to Bailey. A beautiful home with lots of space and a safe garden. Definitely everything you read is very true about her. We had our first overnight stay on Sunday. We all expected it to be very challenging for our little man. Radhika kept us updated throughout which put our minds at ease. Lovely reassuring pictures and videos. As predicted he was very anxious and my trust and faith in her was justified. She looked after him with great care. They have a brilliant connection. On picking Bailey up he was calm and even went back in looking for his new friend. I have booked a 5 night stay for August to attend my son’s wedding in Estonia. I know my nervous little boy will be in great hands and extremely well looked after and safe. Radhika is all she presents on her profile. This will be the first of many bookings to come. And yes! I would most definitely recommend her to family and friends. I am so happy I have found the perfect person for my Chihuahua Bailey. I hope my review is as helpful as all the reviews I myself read that led me to lovely Radhika.

We had such a wonderful experience with Pei looking after our dog, Hugo. From the very beginning, Pei was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful. They kept us updated throughout Hugo's stay with regular photos, videos, and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind. What really stood out was how observant they were—they paid close attention to Hugo's behaviour, how he was adjusting, and even the smallest changes, keeping us informed whenever something new came up. It was clear that Hugo was genuinely cared for and treated with so much patience and affection. He came home calm, relaxed, and happy, which says everything about the care he received. We felt completely comfortable leaving Hugo with Pei and wouldn't hesitate to do it again. We're already looking forward to the next time. Thank you so much for taking such great care of him!

I couldn’t recommend Tatiana enough! Vic had such a lovely stay with Tatiana and her family. She had a great time enjoying the garden and was clearly very happy and well looked after. What really stood out to us was how Tatiana introduced Vic to the other dogs. Vic can be quite reactive and doesn’t always find it easy to be around other dogs, so we were a bit nervous at first. Tatiana took the time to do the introductions properly, and everything went so well. Vic spent a whole week happily with other dogs, which is something we’ve struggled with before, so we were absolutely delighted. Tatiana also sent us lots of photos and updates, which we really appreciated. It gave us real peace of mind while we were away and made it so much easier to enjoy our holiday knowing Vic was in such good hands. Thank you so much, Tatiana. After meeting a couple of potential sitters, I immediately felt at ease with Meropi. She sent daily updates and photos, took him out on adventures, and just fitted him into her everyday life while still maintaining his usual routine. FAQs for Dog Boarding - Wembley

Frequently asked questions about Rover

As of June 2026, there are 16,040 sitters on Rover offering Dog Boarding across Wembley. Enter your postcode to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Finding the right boarding environment is all about peace of mind. Boarding with a sitter on Rover helps you find a cosy experience in a real home for your dog.

When searching for a host, look for a sitter who:

  • Offers a secure, home-like environment that is clean and welcoming
  • Adheres to your dog’s established routine for meals, activity, and rest
  • Possesses relevant experience with your pet’s specific breed, size, and personality
  • Maintains clear communication regarding the frequency of photo and message updates

Don’t skip the Meet & Greet! The free Meet & Greet is the best way to see where your dog will sleep and who they might play with.

If you would like updates while you’re away, you can discuss with your sitter how many or how frequent you’d like those updates to be. The Rover app allows sitters to send photos, videos, and messages about your pet, including how many pee or poo breaks occured. You can message your sitter at any time through the app and our support team is available for dedicated customer support by email or chat if you have concerns.

The personalised, in-home nature of pet care through Rover can mean more individual attention for your pet.

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog's vaccines is the best way to be 'boarding ready'. Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Sitters in Greater London may request that your dog be up-to-date on core vaccines, such as Canine Distemper, Canine Parvovirus, Canine Adenovirus (also known as DHP or DHPPi), Leptospirosis and Kennel Cough. Cats may be required to have Feline Panleucopenia Virus, Feline Herpesvirus, Feline Calicivirus, and Feline Leukaemia Virus up to date.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes dedicated customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement programme for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to £25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Every sitter on Rover must pass an identity verification before they can list their services. An identity verification confirms that the sitter is who they say they are based on their documents.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to £25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit our Trust & Safety page .

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.

We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
