“Tun is amazing. Communication with him has always been easy and smooth. He is so professional, we didn’t have to worry about anything when he was taking care of our dog. He is, of course, a dog lover, and somehow more importantly, he knows so well how to interact with dogs. Not only was our dog taken good care of during his stay with Tun, but Tun also always managed to keep him calm and stable as much as possible. That kind of experience is so, so precious for dogs yet to be mature or still under training. During that time, I have walked more than 30 dogs We walk the dogs five times a day. Gladstone Park is nearby. We go there for walks. We feed them at the request of the owners. We play during walks and try to satisfy the dogs' need for exercise. It is safety flat. Closed they wont'be able to go anywhere. After walk I will wash them if needed . Remove plants from their fur, check their paws.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs all my life and while I am unable to have one of my own at the moment, I have years of experience dog-sitting for parents and family friends during their holidays, and always jump at the chance to look after them! I especially adore smaller dogs, and am experienced in taking care of both younger energetic dogs, as well as elderly dogs that need a slower and more relaxed lifestyle. Chris was so great with Bella and Rosie. He sent many photos and updates throughout the stay and kept open communication. They got along great with his dachshunds and came back home happy. Because Chris has his own dachshunds, he completely embraced Rosie and Bella’s personalities and understood that Bella can be a bit reactive. I will certainly be booking again.

Tofu had a wonderful time on holiday with Ben and Beatrice. In fact, we think he was quite disappointed to come home... Ben was super accommodating of some potential last min changes, sent loads of updates while we were away, and overall provided a lovely place for Tofu to stay while we were away.
We are so grateful to Anushka and Adam for taking such wonderful care of Puddles. This was the longest he’s ever been away from home - almost two weeks - and, as always, he came back happy, relaxed, and settled back in very quickly. We loved receiving frequent updates throughout his stay, with lots of photos and videos showing him playing, enjoying his walks, and happily running around the garden. It was lovely to see how much fun he was having and how well looked after he was. This definitely won’t be Puddles’ last stay with Anushka and Adam. We had a wonderful experience and couldn’t be happier with the care Charlie received. Tsvetelina was incredibly kind, attentive and thoughtful, taking the time to understand his needs and routine. Before his stay, she kindly arranged a meet-and-greet so Charlie could get to know her and her lovely dog, Alfie, which really put us at ease. When we dropped Charlie off, she showed us around her home, which was lovely, clean and well looked after. Charlie had access to the whole space and immediately seemed to feel at home. He and Alfie got on brilliantly and spent lots of time playing together. We received regular updates, photos and videos throughout his stay, which was very reassuring. Charlie was clearly happy, relaxed and very well cared for. A genuinely lovely experience and we will definitely be using her services again. Highly recommended!
Tunnachai was superb. Maya is a rescue dog who was not socialised, never mixed with other dogs or people. Tunnachia prepared Maya for her stay by taking her for walks and an overnight stay so she was familiar with both him and her change of environment. He gave her regular exercise, which she loves and cared for her brilliantly. She enjoyed her time with him and we will certainly use him again.

Jo is fantastic. A thoughtful and caring person, putting Bonzo first throughout his stay. Her communication is great and she isn’t worried about asking questions and checking things with you. She arranged for Bonzo to meet her at her place ahead of his stay to familiarise himself with his surroundings and came along also on one of our dog walks (we live locally to her). Bonzo is a typical vizsla and Jo was able to accommodate him brilliantly and thoughtfully. We would definitely recommend.
Such a pleasant experience with daily updates, reliable and prompt comms and generally caring for our Charlie as we would at home. Booked last minute and Nicole was really accommodating, and we got exactly what we paid for and more! A personalised certificate and dog tag were an added bonus. If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
