Before the booking even started, she took the time to come and meet my cat, which made both me and my cat feel much more comfortable. It was clear from the beginning that she genuinely cares about the pets she looks after. During every visit, she completed everything I asked, including changing the water, refilling the food, cleaning the litter box, and making sure everything was tidy. She also paid attention to the little details, like checking if the weather was too hot and making sure my cat was comfortable. I especially appreciated the detailed updates after every visit. She always sent videos and messages, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. She also spent time playing with my cat and was incredibly patient and friendly, rather than just stopping by to complete the tasks. I truly felt that my cat was in the best hands.
