“Amazing cat whisperer! I have used Terri’s services a couple of times now and always satisfied with the level of service provided. Even Mimi ‘my not so sociable cat’ loves her!”

About: Hello! I’m Shanshan. I live in Wembley with my husband, we have a 5-year-old rescue dog, Badun. My passion for dogs started in Beijing, where I spent several years as a volunteer at a dog rescue station. I’ve worked with dogs of all shapes and sizes, helping them recover and find new homes. In fact, I rescued Badun myself from an abandoned construction site! She has traveled with me across three countries—Beijing to Tokyo, and now London. Badun is very calm and loves having new friends come to stay! Why Pick Me? • Patience & Behavioral Expertise: I have a "calm energy" and am highly observant of dog body language. Having worked with many rescues and puppies, I am incredibly patient with dogs and always willing to go the extra mile to help a dog feel safe. • Scientific Care & Respect for Routine: I believe in "Scientific Dog Raising" (Positive Reinforcement) and understand that a consistent routine is a dog's "safety net." My professional background makes me deeply responsible; I will follow your feeding, walking, and nap schedules with 100% accuracy. • Constant Companionship: Since I am currently based at home full time, I can provide your pet with constant attention and companionship. Your dog won't be left alone and will have my full focus throughout the day. I am currently preparing for my exams, which means I am home almost every day. This allows me to provide constant companionship and plenty of playtime for your dogs. I am very flexible with my schedule and can accommodate boarding during the week and on weekends, ensuring your pet is never left alone for long periods. I live in a secure environment in Wembley where your dog’s safety is my top priority. I have my own dog, Badun, who is very calm and friendly. Your pets can play and rest anywhere—the sofa, the bed, or in a crate if they prefer. There is a small garden and a dog-run area right below the apartment which is perfect for toilet breaks, and the neighborhood is very friendly for longer dog walks.
“Suzanne has taken care of our cats, Jiojio and Guanzhang, for the second time now — and once again, we couldn’t be happier. Both little ones absolutely adore her! She is always punctual and follows our care routine with great attention to detail, making sure they get both their dry and wet food on time every day. Not only does she handle the litter box with care, but she also takes the extra step of tidying up our home afterward, which we really appreciate. We truly enjoy working with Suzanne and feel completely at ease leaving our pets in her care. If we have the chance, we would love to work with her again in the future!”

About: I have lifelong experience caring for cats and dogs through my own home and the pets of friends and family. I provide reliable pet sitting, dog walking, and daily pet care, always adapting to each pet’s personality and needs. I am comfortable with small to medium dog breeds and focus on calm, attentive care in a safe and positive environment. I am available for walks, playtime, feeding, and general pet care to ensure pets feel happy, secure, and well looked after. I run a home-based tapestry studio, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to pet care, one of my main passions. Aside from a few planned trips each year, I have excellent availability, especially with advance bookings. I live in a pet-friendly apartment with two spacious balconies and access to a designated outdoor area for walks within the building. The home is bright, comfortable, and enriched with toys and stimulation. Cats are not allowed on the balconies, but they enjoy a safe, cozy indoor environment with full access to furniture, including beds and sofas. I also have a very friendly cat who provides calm and social company to visiting pets. When caring for pets in the owner’s home, I strictly follow all provided instructions regarding feeding, treats, and medication. I always ensure that toys are put away, litter boxes are clean, water is fresh, and the home is left tidy and secure before leaving.
“Victoria is an amazing cat sitter who created a special bond with my cat Sushi whilst I was on holiday. Having Victoria come in and send regular updates gave me piece of mind that Sushi was in safe hands. It looked like Sushi had a lot of fun and at times wanted Victoria to stay longer and play with her. Would highly recommend Victoria”

“I was incredibly anxious about leaving Banshee, as I’m very particular about who looks after her and I rarely feel fully comfortable being away. However, Ingryd was absolutely amazing from the very beginning and made the entire experience so much easier for me. Her communication was exceptional throughout, very responsible, clear, reassuring, and consistent. She checked in properly every day, kept me updated without me having to ask, and made sure everything was documented carefully with detailed report cards and plenty of photos. It was obvious that she genuinely cared about Banshee’s wellbeing and routine, which gave me a huge sense of relief while travelling. By the second day, I felt completely at ease and was finally able to enjoy my trip properly without constant anxiety or worrying about home. That level of trust is very rare for me, so it really says a lot about how reliable and attentive Ingryd is. When I returned home, the apartment was also spotless and tidy, which I really appreciated after a long journey. Banshee was calm, happy, and clearly well looked after. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely trust Ingryd again in the future. 💖✨”

“Lah was great. This was my first time having a dogsitter and she was extremely fast at coming back to my initial inquiry and messages. On the day she provided me with lovely pictures - will definitely book again. Thanks again x”

“Pei has been wonderful with our mini Labradoodle, Cali. She’s reliable, caring, and incredibly sweet with Cali. We really appreciate all of Pei’s visits and highly recommend her to other dog owners.”

About: When I talk about the animals I look after with people, they initially assume it’s a person I’m referring to because of the way I talk about them. Like the caption says I prefer Animals to many people. I’ve take care of family and friends animals for years and want to broaden the range. Currently house sitting in Northolt for a family of 4 cats and a beautifully fluffy rescue dog. I also regularly dog walk and sit for friends when they’re low on help. I work from home w/ flexible hours and can do most timings, I also drive and walk w/ or without pets as I love nature so can incorporate them in to my daily life/routine easily, I always have wellies and treats/water. I am also an early riser so tend to walk 645am, 12-3pm and then again in the evening also. I am confident with animals and will defer to owners judgement when it comes to all things relating to their animals. I have house sit experience and am also used to storing multiple sets of keys. Also happy to walk w/ other dog walkers locally.
About: I’ve had pets in my family since I was young and am from a family of animal lovers! I am renting and so unfortunately cannot have pets of my own and so I relish any opportunity to spend time with animals :) I have a lot of experience feeding and caring for a range of pets from dogs and cats to small animals. People in my life have trusted me to walk, feed and sit with their animals whilst they were away. I have recently returned to Rover after a long break. I am available on weekends, evenings and some weekdays to walk, feed or sit with pets. I have some flexibility across the week and work from home regularly. I’d be better suited to someone looking for a sitter here and there rather than someone looking for a regular walker/sitter as my schedule is changeable and I’m in full time work. My job is pretty emotionally demanding and so sitting is something I do for enjoyment to connect with animals :) I will be very mindful of any instructions you leave for pet care and will follow your lead on this. I always endeavour to be respectful of peoples space and boundaries and so as long as I know the expectations I will provide great care to your pets and can’t wait to meet them :)
About: I've taken care of dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments since I was 10 years old. Friends, neighbours, and family have regularly trusted me to walk, feed, bathe, and care for their dogs—whether for a few hours or overnight. I now live in a dog-friendly flat with my 2-year-old toy poodle, so your pup will always have a gentle companion to play and relax with. I'm experienced with small breeds, senior dogs and I always tailor my approach to each dog’s personality and routine. I provide a calm, affectionate environment where dogs feel right at home. I work from home and have a flexible schedule, which means your dog will never be left alone and will get lots of attention throughout the day. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, or boarding during weekdays, except Mondays and all day on weekends. Whether it’s cuddles, playtime, or a stroll around the park, I’ll make sure your pup feels loved and cared for. Your dog will be cared for in a calm, dog-friendly home with a secure fenced garden and my sweet 3kg toy poodle for company. I always take the time to understand each dog’s needs and personality to ensure they feel safe and comfortable. I never leave dogs unsupervised and I can easily crate your pup if that’s what they’re used to. My home is clean, cozy, and a peaceful space where dogs can truly relax.

About: My family always had dogs since I can remember and at some point we also had a cat, a myna and a parrot. I was always surrounded by animals growing up and I wouldn’t have had it any other way. I am also a children’s nurse so I can quickly pick up on and cater to any medical needs for your pet. I work full time and do shift work but on my day offs, I would love to spend time with some furry friends and give them all the love they need! I live in a flat with another girl who loves animal as well. I can cater to your pet’s specific needs as I do know that every pet is different and would needed to be communicated clearly.

“A well deserved 5-star rating to Kaela & JM. They provided exceptional care for my cat, showing genuine love, care and attention. They went above and beyond. I felt at ease knowing that my cat was in safe hands. Thank you Kaela and JM! ”

About: What sets me apart is how personal I make every dog’s care. I don’t just watch dogs, I build a bond with them. I take time to understand each pup’s personality, routine, and quirks so they feel safe, loved, and genuinely happy. I keep owners updated with photos and messages, so you always know your dog’s in good hands. With years of experience and a calm, caring approach, I treat every dog like they’re my own. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I plan my schedule around walk times, feeding, and play, so every dog gets consistent attention and care throughout the day. Whether it’s morning walks, checking on food during the day or evening cuddles, there’s always time for your pup. In my home, dogs get a safe, clean, and relaxed space where they can play, rest, and feel comfortable. I stick closely to their normal routines so same feeding times, walk lengths, and any rules the owner sets. When I’m caring for pets in their owner’s home, I make sure to respect the space and follow all instructions carefully also keeping things tidy and ensuring the dog feels secure in their familiar environment. Either way, every dog gets plenty of love, attention, and regular updates sent to their owner.
“We couldn’t be happier with the care our two cats received. She took a calm, respectful approach—giving them space to get used to her rather than forcing an interaction—and it made all the difference. She played with them, fed them on schedule, kept their water fresh, and cleaned the litter box every visit. Communication was excellent: friendly messages and thoughtful Rover updates with great photos that put our minds at ease. Reliable, kind, and genuinely cat-savvy—highly recommended!”

About: I have taken care of my elderly neighbours dog as a child. Taking him for walks, helping with feeding and playing. I have owned a cat for 8 years who I have fed, bathed and cared for after a major accident ensuring medication was given daily. I am currently working 3 days a week so I am flexible the rest of the week to cat sit/ house sit, take your dog on walks and play with your pets! I have a fenced garden with a cat flap which can be locked or kept open. Only opens to the cat using a magnet lock system. Ensure a clean, open space and designated eating/litter areas to be aware of the whereabouts of the pets

Viv did a great job of looking after Lena and Poppy while we were away for a few days. She took a lot of care to follow all the instructions we gave her before and during our trip, and kept us up to date with plenty of pictures and videos every day. We came home to relaxed happy cats, and are super grateful!

This was my first time leaving my 7 month old Siamese for nearly a week. I was nervous to leave her alone for a long time especially as she was recently spayed. Atena did two 1 hour drop in visits a day and I was sent so many quality photos and videos where it's clear they got on well and Sansa was very happy and well looked after throughout. My expectations were exceeded and I will be happy for Atena to care for Sansa in the future ☺️

Supritha is absolutely adored by my two kitties! Even my more timid cat, who is usually very wary of strangers and tends to hide or run away, warmed up to and cuddled with her. She took wonderful care of them, spending lots of time playing with them, grooming them, and making sure they were happy and comfortable. Throughout the stay, she sent plenty of photos and videos, which was incredibly reassuring and helped me feel connected to my cats while I was away. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about animals, and I could see how relaxed and content my cats were in her care. I feel completely at ease leaving them with Supritha and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and attentive pet sitter. :)

I cannot recommend Stuart highly enough. He has looked after my cat on several occasions and has always been reliable, professional, and genuinely caring. From the very first meeting, it was clear that Stuart understands cats and their individual personalities. He took the time to learn about my cat's routine, preferences, and any specific needs – which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away.

Lucille and partner took amazing care of my three cats. They shared twice daily videos and photos from their visits which showed the cats were so happy. They also kindly administered gel onto the gums of the two younger cats who had infected gums. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
We had Erica and Louie look after our cat for 3 days and couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were professional, attentive, and sent regular updates so we always knew our cat was in good hands. We came home to one very happy cat. We’ll definitely be booking again!
Annalisa could not have taken more care and given Banjo more attention and love than she did! Nothing was too much trouble for her and although I had to give her many instructions for her first time looking after him she took it all in and everything went smoothly. I got lots of updates on her daily visits, photos and messages and knew that Banjo was being well cared for and was happy while we were away. She played with him and gave him lots of affection, she clearly loves cats so much. We will definitely book Annalisa again and I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone else needing cat visits while they are away from home or at work.

Maria was absolutely amazing for our daytime housesit / dogsit from 12-10pm, and both our dogs loved her 🥰 She is such a kind, bubbly person they warmed to her straightaway, plus she knows so much about dogs with lots of experience too! She checked in the perfect amount with photos and pupdates! Also left us a little thank you note and tiramisu 🥹 and even offered to stay later which was really kind. Thank you Maria 🫶

Rory has been brilliant. He was flexible in adjusting to my dog's quirky personality and they got on well. Due to his great communication skills, I received frequent updates and was completely confident that my dog is being looked after by a genuine animal lover. I would 100% recommend Rory for your pet care needs.

Luciana is the most fantastic dogsitter I've ever had the pleasure to leave my pup with. Her Goldie Bella is so friendly and great with a younger energetic pup, and also matches another dog's more chill energy. I received frequent updates and communications, thanks so much!

Thank you Bilqis for looking after Coco while we were away!!!! Our cat Coco is pretty old and we were away during the heatwave, so I was a little worried leaving her - but Bilqis has been so helpful, and has gone over and beyond helpful. I saw Bilqis personally recommended by a few ppl on our local FB page, so I was less nervous about booking essentially a stranger on an app - but as soon as I started messaging Bilqis, and when I met her I felt totally relaxed!!!!:) I'm really happy and will 100% be asking Bilqis again to feed Coco or house sit!!!:)

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Emergency support is available by phone or email in English, French, German, and Spanish from Mon-Sat 9am to 6pm.
