Availability
I am a freelancer, so work on a contractual basis. During times when I am contracted, I will work on a hybrid model, so sometimes will be in the office and sometimes working from home. I can fit in daily drop-in visits for cats both before and after work, so anytime before 8:30am, and then anytime after 6:30pm. I can stay for up to an hour for each drop-in visit. When I am between work contracts and not working, I can fit in drop-in sessions up to three times a day for up to an hour, so could fit in a morning visit, a lunchtime visit and an evening visit, or adjust as required for the cat's needs.

About Samita S.
Cat skills
Safety, trust & environment
In my past experience doing cat-sitting drop-in visits for friends and family, I've cared for both solo and multiple cat households. During each drop-in visit, I'll feed the cats as detailed to me. I'll ensure they have fresh water, clean out the litter tray, as well as administer any medicine the cats might need. I'll also do a quick inspection of the home, to ensure nothing is amiss and to ensure the cats are not showing signs of stress, such as being sick, pooping outside the litter tray or turning on anything they weren't supposed to. And of course I will spend some time playing with the cats and giving them lots of attention! I'll also take daily photos and videos to provide you with an update on how the cats are doing.
Information Samita S. would like to know about your pet
Let me know your cat's general daily routine, for example ow much time they spend outside if they have access to outdoors, how often do they use the litter tray, or where do they like to sleep, so that I can keep an eye out for anything out of the ordinary. Let me know of any special needs and medical needs, or any behaviours I need to look out for, like if they are keen hunters and like to bring in things they catch. Additionally, if in a multi-cat household, let me know if there are any particular methods you have for feeding them.
A typical day
A typical day might see me doing a morning drop-in where we'll give the cats plenty of affection and give them a good brushing session. We'll have plenty of playtime with their favourite toys (if the cats want to of course)!

Reliable and Caring Cat Sitter
Cat care experience
I am a lifelong lover of cats who has grown up owning cats, and has regularly looked after solo and multi-cat households, from kittens to senior cats, for friends and family members. I am the proud owner of a diabetic senior cat, so have experience administering insulin injections and adhering to time-sensitive feeding schedules. I am also well aware of the signs of hypoglycemia and lethargy, so senior cats or cats with medical conditions can be left in my capable hands. As every cat has their own unique personality and needs, I'll always take the time to understand their nature and ensure that they are comfortable and happy during their time in my care. Whether your cat is a playful kitten or a gentle senior, I'll make sure to treat them with the love, care and affection!
Reviews
Samita has looked after our 2 cats on many occasions, feeding and changing water, and tackling the litter trays. She has an obvious genuine love and understanding of cats and ours respond well to her. She is a capable, kind and conscientious cat carer who also takes time to play with her chargers. She takes and sends those all-important photos at every visit. Samita also cleans-up bowls so that we come home to a tidy kitchen, as well as very contented cats.
