Viv looked after our cat, Penelope for 4 days while we were away on holiday. As it was our first time leaving Penelope, we were a little anxious as she's quite a shy , nervous cat, but Viv completely understood this from the beginning. She came in twice a day to feed her, clean her litter box and just spend some time with her. She kept us updated with lots of photos and videos and we felt completely reassured that Penelope was in good hands! We will definitely book Viv again for future trips!

Viv did a great job of looking after Lena and Poppy while we were away for a few days. She took a lot of care to follow all the instructions we gave her before and during our trip, and kept us up to date with plenty of pictures and videos every day. We came home to relaxed happy cats, and are super grateful!
