About: I have been a proud cat owner for many years and currently have three cats, all over 10 years old. Caring for senior cats has taught me patience, responsibility and how to understand each pet’s unique personality and needs. I have also looked after my friends’ dogs during Christmas, holidays and weekends, and they trust me to provide a safe, loving and comfortable home while they are away. I enjoy spending time with animals, whether it’s playing, walking, feeding or simply keeping them company. I will treat every pet as if they were my own and make sure they feel happy, relaxed and well cared for. I run my own business, which gives me a very flexible schedule. I spend most of my time working from home, so your pet will have plenty of company and attention throughout the day. I am available on weekdays, weekends and most holidays. I can easily follow your pet’s usual routine for feeding, walks, playtime and rest, making sure they feel comfortable and settled while you are away. I live alone in a clean, quiet apartment and always keep my home tidy and pet-friendly. There is a lovely park nearby where dogs can enjoy regular walks and exercise. I have many years of experience caring for my own three senior cats, and I have also looked after friends’ dogs during Christmas and holidays when they needed someone they could trust. I always follow each owner’s instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walks and any special requirements. I will also send regular photo and video updates, so you can relax knowing your pet is safe, happy and receiving lots of love and attention.

About: Hello! I am a newly qualified veterinary surgeon with a lifelong love of animals. Alongside my veterinary degree, I worked for almost three years in an out-of-hours vet practice. During this time I supported the clinical team in treating dogs and cats with a wide range of conditions, giving me invaluable experience with pets of all ages, breeds and personalities. I understand that every pet is different. Whether your dog likes a long walk, your puppy is still finding its feet, or your older pet just prefers plenty of cuddles, I'll tailor my care to their individual routine and treat your pet as if they were my own. I'm also confident administering medication if required. My priority is to always make sure your pet feels safe, relaxed and loved while you're away. I can appreciate how important communication is, so I keep owners updated with regular messages, photos and videos, giving you complete peace of mind. I'm currently taking a short break before starting my role as a veterinary surgeon in September, so I have plenty of flexibility and am available throughout the week during the day and in the evenings. Once I begin work, I plan to continue offering pet care alongside my veterinary career because I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals outside of the clinic. I'll always keep my calendar up to date and only accept bookings that I know I can fully commit to, ensuring every pet receives the time, attention and care they deserve. Your pet's safety, comfort and happiness are always my top priorities. I live in a spacious flat on a quiet residential estate that backs onto a beautiful nature reserve, providing plenty of opportunities for enjoyable walks in a peaceful environment. I always follow each pet's normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, exercise and any medication they require. With my veterinary training I can recognise signs that a pet may not be feeling well and can respond appropriately if any concerns arise. I understand how important trust is when leaving your pet with someone else, so I'll provide regular updates, photos and videos throughout their stay or visit if wanted/needed, giving you complete peace of mind while you're away.

“Hetvi is the best dog sitter a dog owner could ask for! We visited her twice before boarding and I was confident after the first visit my Dachshund would love her, I was right, the second time we met up he ran straight to her! On day of boarding I was updated with lots of photos and videos and when he came home he slept like a baby-so tired from all the fun! Honestly couldn’t recommend Hetvi enough, she listens to everything I tell her and looks after him like he’s her own. Thank you so much, love me and Hugo❤️”

“Vesela and her family offered a welcoming environment for our dog, who had a great time with them. Updates were provided during the day and photos taken of the day's activities; it was clear that our dog enjoyed herself. I look forward to using Vesela again in the future and would recommend her.”

About: Hello! I’m Shanshan. I live in Wembley with my husband, we have a 5-year-old rescue dog, Badun. My passion for dogs started in Beijing, where I spent several years as a volunteer at a dog rescue station. I’ve worked with dogs of all shapes and sizes, helping them recover and find new homes. In fact, I rescued Badun myself from an abandoned construction site! She has traveled with me across three countries—Beijing to Tokyo, and now London. Badun is very calm and loves having new friends come to stay! Why Pick Me? • Patience & Behavioral Expertise: I have a "calm energy" and am highly observant of dog body language. Having worked with many rescues and puppies, I am incredibly patient with dogs and always willing to go the extra mile to help a dog feel safe. • Scientific Care & Respect for Routine: I believe in "Scientific Dog Raising" (Positive Reinforcement) and understand that a consistent routine is a dog's "safety net." My professional background makes me deeply responsible; I will follow your feeding, walking, and nap schedules with 100% accuracy. • Constant Companionship: Since I am currently based at home full time, I can provide your pet with constant attention and companionship. Your dog won't be left alone and will have my full focus throughout the day. I am currently preparing for my exams, which means I am home almost every day. This allows me to provide constant companionship and plenty of playtime for your dogs. I am very flexible with my schedule and can accommodate boarding during the week and on weekends, ensuring your pet is never left alone for long periods. I live in a secure environment in Wembley where your dog’s safety is my top priority. I have my own dog, Badun, who is very calm and friendly. Your pets can play and rest anywhere—the sofa, the bed, or in a crate if they prefer. There is a small garden and a dog-run area right below the apartment which is perfect for toilet breaks, and the neighborhood is very friendly for longer dog walks.

“Beatriz has looked after my Benji a couple of times and is great with him even though he is a handful! She kept me updated throughout and sent lots of pictures, highly recommend”

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals for as long as I can remember, my grandad used to have a farm so my contact with animals started from very early on in life. To teach me to love and care for an animal, my grandad gave me the responsibility to care for our farm dogs from the age of 4. Ever since, I’ve been looking after neighbours, friends and family pets. Since I was a teenager, I started getting more people asking me to look after their dogs as they could see that I did it for the love, passion and responsibility I have for animals. Since I was young, I wanted to be a Vet so I focused on my studies and i got myself in Vet school in which I am currently studying. As a vet student, I know most animal anatomy, ability to identify disease and can identify any behavioural change with your pup. I am able to administer any medication to your pup if needed. As a previous owner of a senior dog, I’m happily to dogsit senior dogs as I know what their needs require. I will feed your pup with whatever feeding requirements they might have as long as I have the instructions from the owner. Above all of it, I will make sure that your pup gets all the care, love and cuddles they get from you at home! ☺️ I work full time but my partner works from home so he will be home with your furry baby keeping them company. Any walks or feeding will be done by him when I am not home. Please note, I also have 2 cats that are friendly with dogs. When me or my partner are not home, I make sure that everyone stays separated, they only interact when under supervision. Therefore, I can only take dogs that are cat friendly or tolerate cats. However, I can guarantee that whenever your pup is here, we will give it our undivided attention. I will make sure they get all the exercise and nutrition they need whilst in our care. I live in a 1 bedroom flat in an estate so therefore I have unfenced communal gardens. Whilst in my care, your dog will always be on leash unless owners tell me otherwise. Safety is my number one priority while your pup is in my care. I live with my partner, so it will just be us and your pup in a quiet and safe environment. There is no smoking or drinking in the house, and there nothing laying around the house that could be a hazard to your dog.

Dog owners share their Rover experiences - Wembley
Lupin was so well looked after, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We received multiple updates and photos throughout his stay, which honestly made my day while I was at work and gave us so much reassurance that he was happy and settled. They’re such a lovely family who clearly took the time and effort to read up on Lupin beforehand and follow all of his instructions, which we really appreciated. It was obvious they genuinely cared about making him feel at home. We’d be more than happy to book with Vesela again. In fact, I think Lupin is already missing them, he seemed to refuse to leave when we came to pick him up! Thank you so much for taking such great care of our boy.

Lavinia was absolutely amazing with my teenage Labrador Arthur - she was incredibly understanding about some timing changes, provided really quick replies to my messages and handled Arthur on his walks really well even though he pulls a lot! Arthur was really excited to see her and really relaxed and happy afterwards - thank you so much again!

We are on holiday in London with our dog and booked Hetvi to take care of our dog while we were at a concert at Wembley. She was so welcoming and friendly and my dog had a great time. She sent lots of photos and videos. Hetvi kept in touch to let us know how Raja was settling. Highly recommend and would use her again when we come back to London with our dog.

Joanne is great. She was really understanding with our dog, who is often nervous and guarded with strangers. She made him feel comfortable in her home and gave him exactly what he needs. He seemed to really love her by the time we came to pick him up. I’m sure we’ll be back!

Was very happy with Kateryna’s service. She was very attentive, welcoming to our pup and just seemed to have an overall overwhelming love for dogs. Kept us updated all day with pictures of her which was nice. My pup seemed very very happy when we picked her up and even cried when we walked away from Kateryna. Will definitely be using her services again. Thank you!

I received photos throughout the day, which gave me peace of mind that he was in great hands. She followed my care tips and I found him happy and well cared for. Will definitely book again 💖

Last minute booking with Adrianna and Miguel, they were great, Mochi loved them and was sad on the ride home after spending the evening with them! Great comms beforehand, and during the booking process. Speedy and fantastic comms throughout the day, lots of pictures and video to keep updated, which was really appreciated. Would definitely recommend them!!

Alexa and John were both took amazing care of Arthur again - Arthur was really calm and happy at the end of the day again, and settled down very quickly, so I know he had a fantastic time with them both. They provided great updates and quick replies - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
