“Yiwa was really great with Paco he clearly enjoyed his time with her and bonded with her quickly. I received lots of photos keeping me up to date and giving me peace of mind while I was away. The organisation with Yiwa was quick and easy, I’ll definitely use her again for my Maltese and I would recommend her to anyone in need of a great sitter.”

“Hetvi is the best dog sitter a dog owner could ask for! We visited her twice before boarding and I was confident after the first visit my Dachshund would love her, I was right, the second time we met up he ran straight to her! On day of boarding I was updated with lots of photos and videos and when he came home he slept like a baby-so tired from all the fun! Honestly couldn’t recommend Hetvi enough, she listens to everything I tell her and looks after him like he’s her own. Thank you so much, love me and Hugo❤️”

“We used their daycare service twice for our 4 month old Cavapoo puppy Chewie. Lah & her partner were incredibly nice to Chewie and he really enjoyed the time spent at their house. Their dog Lily is lovely & Chewie enjoyed playing with her. This was Chewie’s 1st daycare experience & it was great! We will definitely be using them again in future!”

I make sure to plan my schedule around the needs of the pets in my care, including regular walks, feeding times, and playtime. I am organised and flexible, which allows me to give pets the attention and consistency they need throughout the day. I also make time for updates to owners, so they always know how their pet is doing. The safety and wellbeing of pets are always my top priority. In my home, I make sure the environment is safe, clean, and calm, so pets feel comfortable and free from any risks. Additionally, there is a park just behind my home, which is perfect for walks and exercise

About: Hello! I’m Shanshan. I live in Wembley with my husband, we have a 5-year-old rescue dog, Badun. My passion for dogs started in Beijing, where I spent several years as a volunteer at a dog rescue station. I’ve worked with dogs of all shapes and sizes, helping them recover and find new homes. In fact, I rescued Badun myself from an abandoned construction site! She has traveled with me across three countries—Beijing to Tokyo, and now London. Badun is very calm and loves having new friends come to stay! Why Pick Me? • Patience & Behavioral Expertise: I have a "calm energy" and am highly observant of dog body language. Having worked with many rescues and puppies, I am incredibly patient with dogs and always willing to go the extra mile to help a dog feel safe. • Scientific Care & Respect for Routine: I believe in "Scientific Dog Raising" (Positive Reinforcement) and understand that a consistent routine is a dog's "safety net." My professional background makes me deeply responsible; I will follow your feeding, walking, and nap schedules with 100% accuracy. • Constant Companionship: Since I am currently based at home full time, I can provide your pet with constant attention and companionship. Your dog won't be left alone and will have my full focus throughout the day. I am currently preparing for my exams, which means I am home almost every day. This allows me to provide constant companionship and plenty of playtime for your dogs. I am very flexible with my schedule and can accommodate boarding during the week and on weekends, ensuring your pet is never left alone for long periods. I live in a secure environment in Wembley where your dog’s safety is my top priority. I have my own dog, Badun, who is very calm and friendly. Your pets can play and rest anywhere—the sofa, the bed, or in a crate if they prefer. There is a small garden and a dog-run area right below the apartment which is perfect for toilet breaks, and the neighborhood is very friendly for longer dog walks.

“What a lovey family, they were very warm, welcoming and provided exceptional care for Luffy for the day. He returned happy having had lots of playtime, walks and fed onetime.”

“Tenny did an amazing job with day care for my boy Sloane. We first did a meet and greet where Tenny came on a walk and she was attentive and asked all the right questions and got to see Sloanes temperament meeting all different types of dogs. He had a fun day filled with play and walks where Tenny was able to keep him close even off lead. I got regular updates to get me through my day at work. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking with Tenny again!”

“Beatriz was absolutely wonderful with Nala! She took great care of her, and I could tell that Nala had a lovely time while I was away. Dog owners share their Rover experiences - Wembley
Last minute booking with Adrianna and Miguel, they were great, Mochi loved them and was sad on the ride home after spending the evening with them! Great comms beforehand, and during the booking process. Speedy and fantastic comms throughout the day, lots of pictures and video to keep updated, which was really appreciated. Would definitely recommend them!!

Alexa and John were both took amazing care of Arthur again - Arthur was really calm and happy at the end of the day again, and settled down very quickly, so I know he had a fantastic time with them both. They provided great updates and quick replies - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

We couldn’t be happier with the care Broly received. From the moment we met her, it was obvious she genuinely loves dogs, and Broly took to her straight away. She was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me so much helpful advice and reassurance. She really took the time to understand Broly and his personality, and as first-time Golden Retriever owners, I really appreciated her experience and guidance. She kept us updated throughout, and Broly came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well looked after. I honestly feel like we’ve struck gold finding her. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about their dog.

Echo absolutely loves going to Tati's! And it is peace of mind for me that she is somewhere safe, where she gets the attention she needs and is cared for to the highest standards! Tati is so caring and sends lovely photo updates of whatever the pups are getting up to during the day! Thank you Tati!

Gracie, the cockapoo, had the loveliest stay with Dan and Louisa for four days. She had stayed with them for individual days and seems to have bonded very well. She's keen to get to the front door when we arrive and smothers Dan with cuddles. As it was our first time leaving her overnight, they understood our anxiety and kept us up to date with how she was getting on. Gracie had a great little holiday and as always we are very happy with the care they give.

Pumpkin had a wonderful day at daycare with Justine! He came home so happy, and throughout the day Justine kept me updated with regular messages and photos, which gave me great peace of mind. I'm so pleased with the care she provided and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable individual. Thank you, Justine!

Beth is really great. I don’t know what she does with my Nancy, but Nancy absolutely adores her. This time, as soon as we turned into Beth’s road, to drop Nancy, she started pulling until we reached Beth’s door, and then she sat right in front of the entrance waiting for me to ring the buzzer. Nancy was so keen.

Meropi was incredible looking after our dog, Velvet! He absolutely loved spending time with her, and the regular updates and photos gave us complete peace of mind knowing he was happy, comfortable, and having a great time. It’s clear that Meropi genuinely cares about the dogs she looks after, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be using her services again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter. 😊

Joanna looked after our Golden Retriever, Broly, incredibly well and he had a fantastic time staying with her. Her kind nature and obvious experience with dogs gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We received updates throughout his stay and it was clear he was happy, well cared for, and treated like one of the family. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Joanna again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter.

- Food and treats portioned for the day, with feeding instructions
- Your dog's lead and collar (ensure tags are up-to-date)
- Any seasonal gear, such as paw-safe wax for winter or a cooling vest for the summer
- Medication, if applicable, with clear dosage notes

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee. Read more about our requirement for following local licensing requirements .
