We were so pleased to find Dominika, who has now looked after our 20-month-old Chihuahua, Donnie, a couple of times for the day. Dominika is responsive, communicative, friendly, and clearly loves dogs. From the moment we met her, we felt completely at ease leaving Donnie in her care. Each time, Donnie has come home happy, relaxed, well exercised, fed, and thoroughly looked after. It’s clear that Dominika spends quality time with him, making sure he gets plenty of attention, play, and care throughout the day. Ballu had a lovely stay with Elsa and Albi! Elsa’s communication has been excellent and really putting my mind at ease to leave Ballu with them for the day. Their place is lovely, very easy for the dogs, and so close to the park for walks.. I really felt the care she has for dogs, and sensitivity to their needs. I booked very last minute after I was let down by a friend and I am so grateful to have met Chloe! She was brilliant at communicating, sharing photos and updates. She took all of my dog’s complex needs into account (he is reactive and has a back issue so not for a novice handler). She even asked whether I had all I needed on my return from a long, challenging day. I will not hesitate to book again
Eddie had a great day with Lauren, she was able to accommodate a last minute daycare request when I had to be in the office. He was initially nervous when dropped off and meeting someone new but didn’t want to come home at the end of the day, he obviously had the best time. Lauren was easy to communicate with and sent regular updates through the day. Eddie is looking forward to his next stay already.
