About: Me and my partner Carlo have loved and looked after pets from a young age. I work from home, so I’m around throughout the day and can easily follow your pet’s usual routine, including walks, playtime, and feeding schedules. Keeping pets comfortable and sticking to the routines they’re used to is really important to me. I love looking after both cats and dogs and providing a safe, calm space where they can relax while you’re away. I always aim to make pets feel at home and give them plenty of attention, care, and affection so their stay feels like a little holiday. I’ve had experience caring for both cats and dogs through having my own pets and looking after those of friends and family. I also cared for my senior cat for many years, so I’m very familiar with understanding cats’ individual personalities and needs. I’m calm, attentive, and always focused on making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and well looked after. I work from home and have flexible schedule that allows me to give regular walks and spend time with your pets throughout the day. I also live near good walking spots for dogs with plenty of space to run around I am happy to cuddle your pets, play with toys, give walks in the park near my home and provide any care necessary to the pet.
About: I’m a genuine animal lover and currently share my home with both a cat and a lovebird, so I understand the patience, care and attention that pets need every day. I know that every pet has their own personality and routine, and I always take the time to help them feel safe, comfortable and loved. Whether it’s feeding, cleaning, playing, keeping them company or following your pet’s normal schedule, I’ll treat them as if they were my own. I’m reliable, organised and happy to provide regular updates and photos, so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands. I mostly work from home, and my husband’s work schedule complements mine, so there is usually someone at home throughout the day. This means your pet will receive plenty of attention, regular companionship and care. I always do my best to follow your pet’s usual routine, including feeding times, walks, playtime and any specific instructions you provide. Our home is calm, clean and pet-friendly, with a secure private garden for supervised outdoor time where appropriate. We have separate rooms, which allows us to safely introduce pets gradually or keep them apart if needed. We always prioritise each pet’s comfort and safety, and we’ll carefully follow any routines or instructions you provide. As pet owners ourselves, we understand how important it is to create a safe, low-stress environment.

“Ellie is an amazing and trustworthy pet sitter. She looked after our 2 kittens while we were away and she was genuinely loving and caring for them. She kept us updated with pictures and messages everyday and she kept their spaces clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend her to everyone. Thanks Ellie 💖🙏✨”

“Our regular cat sitter was away when we needed to travel for 3 weeks. Luckily, we found Evie to take care of our cats at short notice. Evie is certainly experienced and very responsible. Our cats were a bit shy in the beginning, but gradually they began looking forward to her visit every day. Besides feeding and cleaning, Evie played with and petted them to cheer them up while they were all by themselves. We are very grateful that we returned home to our healthy and happy cats. We will continue to rely on Evie’s professional care when we are away next time.”

About: I have grown up with dogs since I was a kid - from German Sheppards to Golden Retrievers, Mastifs and Dachshunds. I am a huge dog lover and always making doggie friends everywhere I go! I have experience with anxious and nervous dogs, elderly dogs, administering medication, dog physio and hydrotherapy and have done dog nutrition consultations. I rescued my own dachshund cross Shaden in Slovakia when I was 17 and moved to England with him.He was my best friend and at the age of 16 passed away last year. He had a few special needs towards his senior years including daily medication, physio and hydrotherapy, a pram to get around due to his arthritis as well as a special home cooked diet due to his kidneys. I also have experience dog sitting anxious dogs as Shaden could get scared of loud noises and fireworks and I would often look after other rescues with anxiety. I also shared a house with a Mastif and 2 bulldogs for a number of years so have experience will all kinds of breeds and needs :). I absolutely adore dogs and cannot imagine my life without one! I am not quite ready to get my own dog just yet after Shaden but would love to have a buddy to take out and have some fun with while you are away! Please let me know and if your dogs are used to being in an office I can also take them in for longer stays and be flexible. I commute by train and it is about a 20min commute on the train and a 20min walk each side of the station. *At the moment during the summer until end of September I am fully wfh :) * I work from home on Mondays and Fridays. I have just moved into my own house in Kingston recently so am home most weekends doing some gardening or exploring the local parks and area. During Tues-Thurs I work in a dog friendly office at Google and I come home around 2-3pm (if I am dog sitting I can go in for 2-3 hours only) so can do afternoon or evening dog sits. I can be flexible during the week and work from home if requested during the weekdays too - I just need a bit of notice for this :). I have my own fenced garden and am close to Richmond and Bushy park but also have a lot of lovely walks around me. I live on the ground floor so it is easily accessible for small dogs as well as I had planned to be here with my elderly sausage dog. Dogs are my buddies and I absolutely adore them so they are allowed on any and all furniture including the bed and sofa for extra snuggles :).
“Natali is a fantastic cat sitter. I felt so relaxed being away, with the care she gave my cats! She did all the basics plus played with them so they didn’t get bored. I got so many videos and photos and my cats clearly loved her.”

“I’m so lucky to have found Georgiana! My pets and I loved her from the moment we met! She is super responsive, on time and keeping me in the loop with details and photos of my pets. Would recommend her to anyone and definitely book her again! Thank you so much for taking such great care of my pets!”

“Sam and Coco were amazing. Very detailed and thoughtful visits and reports. They clearly cared for Oreo during what turned out to be an eventful and at times difficult sitting. I very much appreciated their going the extra mile. Communication was above and beyond. Will definitely use again and will highly recommend.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was 11. I walk all the time and love to take dogs with me. I often house sit for friends when they go on holiday and need their pets looked after! I’m working part-time at the moment so I have plenty of time on my hands to take care of pets. I go on long walks for photography and I love nature and a little furry company never hurts. A night in with a book and a pet by my side is my ideal night. I try to make pets feel comfortable by keeping to their usual routine. I make sure they’re fed, exercised, played with, and given lots of attention and care. I’m happy to follow any specific instructions and keep owners updated while they’re away.

About: I am an experienced dog walker, and have been responsible for walking my heavy boxer George through varied terrains. I would often walk more than one dog, as I have cared for my neighbors dogs before, who are a bit smaller than my boxer. I was responsible for my dogs behavior training, medication management (including regular and important medications now my George is an older boy) and trick training. I’ve also cared for my cat Izzy since she was a kitten, ensuring her well being and understanding feline behavior. I have also volunteered at my hometown animal shelter, walking and feeding dog all of different sizes, aswell as dealing with dogs that aren’t trusty of people or trained due to being abandoned. Although I don’t live with my pets anymore, I still see them as they live with my parents. I am currently fully flexible, so I am able to look after your pets this summer regardless of your needs. I am willing to come to any location and adapt to your needs. From ensuring my cat and my dog stayed safe and in the house in my hometown, which was a mountainous where a pet can easily be lost, i can assure I am a trustworthy attentive person.
About: I’ve been around animals my whole life, growing up with both cats and dogs, so looking after pets has always come naturally to me. I now have a corgi of my own, so I’m very used to daily walks, playtime, and making sure pets feel happy and comfortable. What sets me apart is how much I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I love playing with both dogs and cats, but I’m also happy to just keep them company and help them feel relaxed while you’re away. I work from home, which means your pet will have company throughout the day and won’t be left alone for long periods of time. I always try to treat every pet like my own and pay attention to their individual needs and personality. I also have experience giving medication if needed, so you can feel confident your pet is in safe hands. I work from home, so I’m around throughout the day to give pets plenty of attention, playtime, and regular walks. I already have a routine with my own dog, so adding another pet feels very natural. I’m able to be flexible with walks, feeding times, and any specific needs your pet has. Whether it’s a quick check-in, longer walks, or full-day care, I can adjust my schedule to make sure your pet is well looked after and not left alone for long. I have a fenced garden, so pets can enjoy safe outdoor time and toilet breaks. I make sure to follow your pet’s usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding times, walks, and any special care instructions.
“Ada was fantastic and took care of my two beloved cats really well. We had a series of messages after her drop in visit, she sent me lots of photos of the cats and answered all my questions promptly and in detail. I met her previous to looking after my cats and she is just lovely! I felt that my cats were in very good, safe hands. I would definitely use her again. Thank you so much Ada!”

About: Howdy, y'all! I grew up in central Texas where I helped rescue and re-home 6+ dogs from kill shelters in San Antonio -- walking, feeding, bathing, introducing dogs to new environments, and finding two of them their furever homes. 🏡 I've handled everything from bouncy puppies to senior dogs who just need a calm presence and a good longgg, slow walk. 🐕 Now based in Kingston, I specialize in dog walking and drop-in visits. My schedule is remote & flexible, so I can work around yours -- mornings, mid-afternoons, evenings, whatever your pup needs! I treat every walk like it matters, because it does :) For regular clients I already know and trust, I'm also happy to discuss boarding in my private top-floor room, which is calm, quiet, and fully separated from the rest of the house. 🐾 🐶 I work flexibly from home, which means I'm around most days and can fit walks and drop-ins into my routine without stress. The occasional commitment aside, my schedule is adaptable for mornings, afternoons, and evenings -- just let me know what your dog needs. In fact, I look forward to having an excuse to get out of the house! I'm based in a house where there's already a resident dog, so any pup coming to stay would be entering a dog-familiar environment, though I keep my solo top-floor room completely separate if you'd prefer your dog to have their own calm space away from the household. I'm experienced at introducing dogs to new environments and other animals from my rescue work, so I'm confident in managing the meet process carefully. Since I work remotely and flexibly, I genuinely love having a dog around on my Rover days -- whether that's a pup chillin' under my desk, hangin' out by my piano, or giving me the perfect excuse to take frequent walking breaks throughout the day! 🐾 🐶
“Repeat booking for me: she’s fantastic! She always sends tons of photo and video updates, which I really appreciate. It’s so reassuring and makes being away from my cat much easier. Highly recommend!”

“Thank you Trung for responding to my urgent drop-in visit request promptly. When I was aboard and realized I hadn't received notification from my pet camera for a while, I was in a panic. It was late night in London. Trung confirmed he could go in 20 minutes, and he arrived as promised. He quickly confirmed my cat's safety, and provided me with peace of mind. I highly recommend Trung for his responsiveness and reliability!”

We couldn’t recommend Grace highly enough! She looked after our two cats, Chester and Duke, while we were away, and we came home knowing they had been in the best possible hands. Grace was incredibly caring, reliable and attentive, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about our cats. She went above and beyond what we expected, not only taking great care of Chester and Duke but also cleaning out the bins and even dealing with a rather unpleasant maggot situation! It’s such a relief to have someone you can completely trust with your pets and your home. Grace did an amazing job, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use her again. Thank you so much, Grace! 🐾❤️

I was worried about finding someone to look after our kitty cat for a week while we were away on holiday. I came across Jaqueline on this platform, and I can honestly say upon our meet and greet Pumpkin and I instantly felt at ease. Jaqueline sent photos everyday of Pumpkin playing, being brushed and petted by herself. It made our hearts melt each time. We would highly recommend Jaqueline. We certainly have found our cat sitter. Thank you so much Jaqueline, you’re the best!! 😻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤗

Our regular cat sitter was away when we needed to travel for 3 weeks. We will continue to rely on Evie’s professional care when we are away next time.
Sophie was absolutely amazing looking after my two kitties, Apollo and Artemis, while I was away. She is incredibly trustworthy, highly responsive, and built a wonderful bond with them. She kept me updated on their every move and even left my flat completely spotless. We really liked her and will definitely book her again! Thanks a million Sophie :)

Olivia has been great (again! Olivia has looked after my cat a few times). She let me know how my cat was doing each day which was very reassuring. I felt happy that she really was looking out for him. Even though I had been away for a while, my cat looked well and content on my return.
Sam was euch a brilliant sitter for our cat Arlo. You can see how much she loves cats and lives to be around them. She sent me every day pictures and videos and let me know how he is doing. She is very reliable and kind. I can highly recommend her and will definitely book her again! 😻

Juste has been a brilliant cat sitter for our girl, giving her the love and attention she needed while we’re away. Juste came to meet us before the cat sitting began and the cat took an immediate liking to her! She has even watered my plants for me which is greatly appreciated. I definitely recommend Juste and will be using her again in the future 😃

Frangelica is really great professional! She took a good care of our cat Mina. Mina has a very shy character and not an easy cat to establish the contact with, but Frangelica managed to win her trust! She kept updating us with photos and messages, which gave us a great peace of mind. We are very grateful and would definitely recommend Frangelica to anyone looking for a reliable and caring cat sitter! We would happily book her again!

Caroline is fantastic! From the start she managed to make our shy cats feel extremely comfortable, even managing to give one of them a treat on the first visit! She sent daily updates whilst we were away along with pictures and videos. We cannot recommend Caroline enough, she's fantastic at what she does.

Gabriela has completely changed my view on pet sitters. In the past, we have not had good experiences and have found finding a sitter to be very stressful. Gabriela has been so reliable and we enjoyed our holiday so much more knowing our cats were well looked after. We received daily updates with pictures and videos and our nervous cats really loved and warmed up to her so quickly.

Lexi took great care of Mango, our cat, for a few days of our trip. She was incredibly punctual, reliable, and followed all of our feeding instructions perfectly. She kept us updated throughout her visits, and it gave us complete peace of mind knowing Mango was well looked after. I highly recommend her!

During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
