About: I have a 4 year old Italian Spinone Truffle, 12 year old main coon cat Boris and 2 Rabbits. I regularly look after pets for friends and family and also host pets in our house which has a secluded garden. “When I say Robert really went above and beyond I mean it - he was so knowledgeable about animals in general and just brilliant with our cat Jolene. He took excellent care of her over the Xmas period, sending frequent updates, pictures, and administering her medicine and all care. She absolutely adored him and seemed happy and relaxed when we returned. I really can’t recommend Robert highly enough. He was also really flexible and patient with us when we were unsure whether to leave her for Xmas or not (due to health issues). We’ll definitely use him and again and also plan to hire him for help with dog care too. Excellent experience all round, thank you Robert!”

I’ve worked with agility trainers, scentwork trainers and Thames Valley police K9 unit so plenty of experience handling a variety of dogs. I can walk dogs that pull, runaway or have other annoying habits. I’m happy to work with puppies socialising them and working on basics. I can work on loose lead walking, recall, motivation and fun games like agility, searching and tug to build confidence. This means you don't need to worry about your dogs training whilst they’re being walked. I only work one day a week on a Wednesday so available to walk your dog at any other time. I am able to walk your dog on a Wednesday from 4pm or anytime during the week. I am available for weekend walking too. I am DBS checked and have done a pet first aid course. I am trusted by many friends to care for their dogs whilst they’re working or on holiday.

About: For as long as I can remember I’ve had dogs. My first dog was Snoopy, a greyhound saluki cross, we got him when I was about 2. We then got an ex racer greyhound called Babs. When they both passed at the age of about 16, we then got a Springer called Bella, who’s now 8. I’ve always had dogs around me, they’re such a constant in my life. I love caring for dogs and have a lot of experience caring for big dogs and for small dogs, puppies and cats. I can drive and love going for long walks, or just hanging out with a dog on a cosy rainy day :) Im currently working 30 hours a week as a posty from 8am till 2pm 5 days a week , so I’m frequently available for dog walks and dog sitting. In my home I have a fenced garden, so usually leave the door open for my dog to feel free to go outside whenever, but if the door is shut I’m always conscious to make sure they’re okay, or need to go out, or am visibly bored and need some attention or a walk.
