Olivia has been great (again! Olivia has looked after my cat a few times). She let me know how my cat was doing each day which was very reassuring. I felt happy that she really was looking out for him. Even though I had been away for a while, my cat looked well and content on my return.

I work as a HR manager and commute to london once a week and the rest of the week I work at home so can be flexible.
