About: I have over 3 years of dedicated experience caring for a wide variety of dogs and cats. My neighbours and family trust me because I am punctual, communicative, and treat every pet as if they were my own. I’m happy to provide daily photo updates so you can travel with peace of mind. I am a student currently in class from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday. Outside of these hours, my schedule is completely dedicated to pet care! I am available for late afternoon walks, evening check ins, and have full availability on weekends for boarding or sitting. Because I am home all evening and night, your pet will receive plenty of focused attention, playtime, and supervised socialization with my own dogs. Safety is my top priority. My home features a fully fenced, secure garden where dogs can play safely. I have a friendly dog of my own who love making new friends, but I always supervise interactions to ensure everyone is comfortable. For pets that prefer their own space, I can easily use crates or separate rooms as needed. When sitting at an owner's home, I follow all house rules strictly, ensure all doors/gates are locked, and provide regular photo updates so you know your pet is safe and happy

Vanessa was absolutely perfect. She made my rescue shorthair feel comfortable and gave space until they both became best buddies. I am well impressed by Vanessa’s calm and patient demeanour to Gucci, professionalism and friendly manners. What I also appreciated is that she took the time to come and meet Gucci first and didn’t force Gucci to interact. She just gave her time and space and ultimately she won Gucci’s heart and trust. I have no doubts I’ll book her again and again 🥳💕

About: I regularly look after dogs for my neighbour and family as well as for a number of customers via Rover - doggy day care, housesitting, taking them for walks, dog sitting, toilet breaks and more. Also love cats and often have feline visitors to the house and have looked after cats for Rover customers. My sister's dogs are rescue dogs from a puppy farm and rescue centre - they are wonderful and it's great to see them coming out of their shells and becoming the dogs they are meant to be. My neighbour's dog is a rescue dog from Romania. I understand how to work with their foibles and make sure they are safe and well taken care of as they each have their own personalities. I am used to looking after single dogs and pairs of dogs and will make sure they get the individual attention that they need. I am semi-retired so have time to devote to your pet and can adapt my day to suit your pets' needs as well as be flexible to suit you, I make sure I get to know the dog or cat and understand its personality as that's so important. Every animal is different so I talk to the owners about what they need. Meet and greets are very important.

About: I have had pets the last 30 plus years. Until recently I had 2 massive ginger toms, TJ and Boo and a border collie called Dino. Sadly, my last furry friend passed away. I miss them. I plan on getting a dog at some stage but it’s early days so in the meantime my daughter suggested I register with Rover. I’ve always looked after dogs and cats for my friends and neighbours since I was a child. I love animals - my best thing is going for a walk in nature with a furry friend. I even took my cats for walks round our very large garden - well they would follow me! I’m semi-retired and work from home. We have had pets in the house for years - we are relaxed about beds and furniture and are happy for pets to sleep in the bedrooms either in their bed or on the bed! I have a very large garden and a small woods. I always go out into the garden with any pets I look after. I live on the river so may not be suitable for any dog that’s crazy about water - as soon as they see it they dive in! Dino, my border collie, would only go in if he could see the bottom! Obviously happy to have getting to know you visits beforehand. Before going on walks I do a recall assessment so I can gauge how responsive they are. I trained Dino with lots of positive reinforcement - am happy to use treats too if permitted by owner.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I got my first dog which was 4 years ago. I love caring for them and I am great at including some training with the dog or puppy as I trained my dog when he was a puppy. Im currently working full time as a teacher however I have weekends off as well as the school holidays off which means I can focus my full attention during those times. I ensure I follow what you (the owner) has mentioned and always putting the dogs/cats safety at the centre of everything. Also gaining a relationship with the dog will help.

Emma was friendly and accommodating. She was reliable and sent photos and feedback after every visit. I decided to stay on holiday an extra night and Emma was able to feed my cat for an extra visit. She also kindly brought over more cat food because id run out. Emma also offered to feed my other pets in a cage despite them not even being on the booking. Overall I’m very happy and I will definitely ask Emma to feed my cat again !

I’ve never used a cat sitter before and was quite nervous about leaving my fur babies in the hands of a stranger, but Camille was absolutely wonderful. She put my mind at ease instantly with her calm and pleasant nature and sent me daily updates with photos and videos. One of my cats is quite timid and usually takes a while to warm to strangers, but Camille is like the cat whisperer and had him quite literally eating out of the palm of her hand within seconds. I’ve never felt so comfortable to go away and would highly recommend Camille to look after your pets and home. I’ve already put a request in for future dates as my cats loved her so much.

I cannot recommend Leyla enough! The friendliest of people who genuinely loves animals! Our gorgeous girlie cat Edie became unwell before our holiday which meant someone needed to check in during the day. Leyla was available last minute, arranged to meet us (and Edie) and was fantastic whilst we were away. Thankfully no meds were needed, but the cuddles and tap time was a blessing. Thank you so much!!!
