😺Hello :) My name is Miya. I love animals and truly understand that pets are not just animals, they are family. That’s why I always provide loving and attentive care, treating every pet as if they were my own. I currently live with my 10 year old Norwegian Forest cat 🐈 Momo. She came to me when she was 8 months old, and I’ve cared for her ever since. When I first got her, she was shy and preferred a calm environment, so it took patience to earn her trust. Now she is affectionate and loves being close to me. Because of this experience, I am especially comfortable and patient caring for shy, timid, or cautious cats, always respecting their pace and personality. I have years of experience caring for cats with different routines, temperaments, and needs. I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well looked after while their owners are away. I work from home running a leathercraft studio, where I also share videos on YouTube, often with Momo by my side. I’m used to calm environments and attentive routines, something many cats appreciate. I live in Chertsey and have a very flexible schedule. During each visit, I will send photo and video updates, along with a message when I arrive and leave, so you always know how your pet is doing 🤝🏻 I’m happy to answer any questions you may have, and I look forward to meeting you and your furry friend! 😸🐶

When visiting a pet owner’s home, I always prioritise safety, trust, and respect for both the pet and the space. I understand that trust is essential when allowing someone into your home, and I treat every home with the same care and respect as my own. I carefully follow all instructions provided, including feeding routines, portion sizes, and any specific care requirements. I make sure doors and windows are secure at all times to prevent any escape risks. I also keep the environment clean by maintaining litter boxes and feeding areas, and I always double check everything before leaving. During each visit, I take time to observe your pet’s behaviour, appetite, and overall condition. I know how important it is to feel reassured while you’re away, so I provide regular updates and photos/videos after each visit. If I notice anything unusual, I will inform you promptly so you’re always kept in the loop.

Miya looked after the cats well, kept me updated with videos and photos while I was away. Came back to happy cats, would recommend.
Miya was wonderful. She looked after our elderly cat for 5 days. She was very kind and spent time fussing her when she came to fed her. We would receive photos and videos of our cat which was very reassuring. We will definitely book her again!
This was our first time using a cat sitter, and Miya was perfect! She was patient, caring and very professional. We will definitely try to use her services again next time we are away! Highly recommend.
I could not say enough good stuff about Mia, she was incredibly kind and patient with Lady and managed to give her her meds every day. I would highly recommend Mia to anyone!

Miya is such an amazing beautiful soul. I asked her to come as a drop in visit to check on my two cats while I was away and we met beforehand and I showed her around and introduced her to one of the cats as the other is very shy around new people, however, the update photo's and videos Miya sent were of both of the cats which reassured my trust in her even more. She played with them and made sure their litter was clean while I was away. Amazing experience to know they were in such safe hands. Definitely rebooking with Miya for all of my trips and holidays 🥰🥰

Pet care is an important part of my routine. I plan my day to ensure I can visit on time, provide proper care, and spend quality time with each pet. I always take time to observe their behaviour and wellbeing, and I will inform you promptly if I notice anything unusual.
