Marshall was excellent from the very beginning. Communication was clear, friendly, and reliable throughout the whole process. He even took the time to visit beforehand to meet Lola and Nina, which really helped put us at ease, and he arranged to pick up the key in advance without any issues. During the visits, he kept us updated with thoughtful messages about how the cats were doing, which we really appreciated. It was clear he genuinely cared about them and paid attention to their needs. He also handled everything responsibly, including cleaning up and making sure they had fresh food and water. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
