Caring sitter based in Mitcham
Before I introduce myself, I want to state: my fee is £14 + the Rover fee of £3. This is per visit, NOT per cat. There is an extra fee for holidays. Hi, I live in Mitcham by mitcham Eastfields station and I'm a crazy cat lady (sorry I only look after pussycats). 2026 is my 11th year as a cat sitter with Cat In A flat, so I have lots of experience in caring for cats. I charge per visit and don’t add any extra fee for more than one cat. My visits are normally 30-40 minutes, but if I can see that your cat is feeling lonely or just wants to sit on my knee a little longer, then of course I’ll hang around. I know how hard it is to find someone that will care for your furriend in the same way you would, and can assure you whilst looking after yours I will follow your instructions to the letter and ensure everything is as 'normal' as possible. I will treat them as if they are my own, making sure they get plenty of cuddles, strokes, (or not depending on their preference), love and play time. I'm a mature lady, and very responsible, so you can be assured that your home (and your keys) will be treated with the utmost respect. I have been DBS checked, so you know I have no criminal convictions (happy to show you the certificate, if you wish to see it). I'll send you daily photos of your fur pal/pals, to reassure you that they are OK in your absence. I have given medication to my own cats, but I wouldn't say I'm expert in it, but am willing to try with your cat if needed. I have also been a cat mum for many years. My first cat companion passed in 2015 after 18 years of complete devotion (from me to her and visa versa). I then adopted Dilly who passed in 2025 of heart disease. Being cat less just doesn’t work for me and so I adopted a my current companions Miss Bop and Oobydooby from Cats Protection. My family have always had cats, and I love being around them… If you are looking for a reliable cat mad sitter, I'm your lady! I have been doing the 'best job in the world' since 2015 and feel blessed to have been allowed me to hang out with some of the most adorable cats…Thank you to all the cat humans that have (and continue) to book me. I love cat sitting and am looking forward to hearing from you.

I will make sure your cat is happy. Ensure all the usual things are dealt with: cleaning litter, Feeding, brushing long haired cats, bring in mail, pulling bins out on bin day.

Lyn always does a great job looking after our cat, but this time she really went above and beyond. Our flight home was cancelled at the last minute and we weren’t able to get another one until the following day. Thankfully, Lyn always holds onto our house key until we let her know we’re safely home for exactly this kind of situation. She was able to step in and feed Norman twice more until we finally made it back, which took a huge amount of pressure off us during an already stressful time. We’re incredibly grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
Thank you so much for watching Nelson while we were away. Your updates and special attention gave us total peace of mind, allowing us to truly enjoy our trip. We appreciate you!
Lyn is the best cat sitter you could wish for, our cats are quite shy, but Lyn always brings out the best in them, spending lots of playing with them, giving them treats and taking amazing photos to show us what a lovely time they’re having!
Lyn always does a brilliant job of looking after our cat, Norman. He loves her visits so much that he tries to sit in front of the door to stop her leaving!

Schedule
I’m available to take sittings any time of the day, whatever suits your cats daily routine, as I can work my other commitments round them.

- As an experienced sitter I know each cat is an individual and some have quite ‘quirky’ special requests. Please let me know if your cat has any special requirements
