About: I am delighted to be able to offer dogs a home from home experience in my family home. I have always cared for animals. From feeding strays on holidays as a child to volunteering in rescue centres. In Great Bookham, I have my two Weimaraners Cybill and Ollie, but still have bags of energy to look after your beloved dogs! I offer overnight stays in the comfort of my clean and tidy and spacious house as well as daytime care for you. Apart from the school run, I am at home nearly all day every day to lavish attention in your pets. I have a large fenced in garden. Downstairs there are four spacious rooms the dogs can roam around in and a large sofa for them to lounge around on or there are lots of dog beds on the new laminate floor. The kitchen floor is ceramic tiles which longer haired dogs appreciate on a hot day!

Your pet will stay in our large detached Surrey home, with plenty of space to relax, play, explore, and make themselves at home, as well as a secure garden complete with additional safety netting for those particularly talented escape artists! Many of our guests settle in remarkably quickly, enjoying the important business of being a thoroughly pampered pet, many of our guests make themselves at home remarkably quickly. Some arrive ready to explore. Some prefer to observe proceedings from a comfortable distance. Others conduct what can only be described as a thorough inspection before deciding whether we meet their standards. Pet care fits very naturally into our routine — largely because we’ve built our routine around it. Between the two of us, there is almost always someone at home, so your pet won’t be left alone for long periods or feel unsettled in a new environment. We’re available for day care, overnight stays, and flexible drop-ins or walks throughout the week and weekends. Whether your pet thrives on structure or prefers a more relaxed day (with strategic naps and snacks), we adapt to their usual routine as closely as possible. We have a very friendly, easy-going dog and cat who are both used to other animals and have mastered the art of being welcoming without being overwhelming. That said, your pet’s comfort always comes first - we have a large home with plenty of space, so pets can be easily separated if needed. Whether your pet loves company or prefers their own space, we can fully accommodate that. We’re experienced with a wide range of animals, including large dogs and more particular (or slightly dramatic) cats, and we’re confident handling different behaviours and needs. We follow your pet’s routine closely - feeding, walks, rest, and any specific instructions - because we know the little details matter. With two of us present, there’s always an extra level of supervision, awareness, and care. We don’t just “keep an eye” on pets - we actively engage with them, making sure they’re comfortable, settled, and happy. If separation is part of your pet’s routine, we can absolutely accommodate that. Otherwise, they’re free to relax, explore, and make themselves at home (within reason - we do draw the line at them fully taking over the house… usually).

About: Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up with a Bichon Frise and regularly caring for a Poochon gave me a great foundation in attentive, detail-oriented care. For the past three years, I’ve been a proud dog parent to my Miniature Dachshund Gigi, which has taught me everything from managing high energy play to the importance of structured routines. While I have a soft spot for smaller breeds, I am a true dog lover at heart and am completely open to and comfortable with dogs of all shapes and sizes. About: I have had dogs my whole life some from puppies some rescued. I am at home in the day and offer a warm environment with fabulous local dog walks. Our children are all at school so I am available term time during the week. Plenty of time for walks and play. Overnight stays may be possible. We have a large fenced garden on a private road with good walking. I have a large kitchen with an aga so nice and warm!

About: I have experience caring for a variety of dogs through volunteering at a greyhound rescue, where I regularly walked and handled rescue dogs with different temperaments. I’ve also looked after multiple family friends’ dogs and am very comfortable around cats, having cared for my own cat for many years. I’m friendly, calm, and reliable, and I genuinely care about making sure each pet feels safe, comfortable, and well looked after while in my care. I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos throughout bookings for peace of mind. My availability is mainly weekends, though I’m also happy to offer evening drop-ins during the week if required. About: Hi all, After growing up being surrounded by dogs, I’ve found myself missing the company of a four legged friend. My Mum has two dogs I look after often, as I work from home in a flexible role. Because of this, I’m in the perfect position to look after your dog whatever the day or time. They'll be keeping me company as much as the other way round! I'm responsible and experienced, having mainly grown up around large and sometimes problematic dogs, such as Dobermans and German Shepherds, so I’m very comfortable with antisocial/muzzled dogs. Your dog will get a walk every day, and daily routines, medication or special arrangements will be discussed in full detail prior. I live in a ground floor apartment in Dorking, with a good sized private fenced garden. There are plenty of lovely walks in my area too! I do hope to meet your doggo soon :) I currently work from home, and I have plenty of flexibility. I’ll easily be able to fit my day around your dog and ensure their needs are met. Prior to meeting your dog, I will always discuss your dogs needs and daily routine. This ensures minimal change and therefore reduces any possible stress. I always follow the rules set out by you. About: I started out by walking dogs for my neighbours after school, about 22 years ago. I was paid £1 per week, which increased to £2 eventually! For the last 10 years, I have been providing reliable pet care for dogs and cats of different sizes and breeds. My priority is not only in guaranteeing the necessary nurturing for a pet but also building a strong emotional bond with them and ensuring safety. I have been a cat owner for most of my life. My animals are so loved and cared for, and yours will be too. I believe quality pet care is a combination of comprehensive essential care, safe environment and building a strong emotional bond, where pets feel loved and secure. I am available to house sitting, walks and visits. I can take lots of walks in the day with your dog, play games, work on commands, stick to schedules if needed. My day rate reflects full responsibility, routine care and availability, rather than hourly time. This also includes one 30 minute walk. If your pet requires more/longer walks in that time, this will be an additional charge which i am happy to discuss. I can be available 7 days a week and can work remotely most of the time. I also manage my own work diary so I can be flexible around your dogs schedule and needs. I may need to run our for work errands, but most of the time, pets under my nurturing are never left alone for long. While sitting your pet in your home, instructions will always be kept to. Just as much respect will be given to your home as your pet. Security of your home will be maintained. Your pet's needs will always come first.

About: Hi, my name is Emily and I am 26 years old. I have a family dog and two cats, and I used to work at a dog kennels when I was younger so have experience with a wide range of breeds. Additionally, I have owned house rabbits, hamsters and guinea pigs. I understand how important it is for animals to remain in their home environment when you go on holiday to reduce their stress, so hopefully I can help with this. I hope to hear from you! About: I have taken care of a number of dogs over the last 10 years for my friends and family. This has included taking dogs for walks to housesitting for a number of days. I have 3 dogs of my own at my home in Sri Lanka that I rescued from the street. They are ages 6 and 3 years. I have trained all 3 of them to sit, stay and 1 can do paw. I come back from Sri Lanka in the summer and have plenty of time to dog sit as i work freelance as a yoga teacher. I would make sure to take care of your pet carefully and follow the instructions that you will give to me to ensure they are safe and comfortable. This is also to ensure they stick to the same routine that they are used to.

About: Hello! My names Sophie and I am a graduate working from home. I’m reliable and flexible and can adjust to any of your pets needs. I love my pets and know how much they mean to us and would always treat them as if my own. A little bit about me and my pets: I have two dogs of my own, both cockapoos. I got my first dog, Poppy, as a puppy 15 years ago so I have grown up around dogs and I have always loved looking after and caring for dogs and other animals. My other dog, Tiggy, is 6 years old, both are very friendly and sweet. I love my own dogs and other and I thought this would be the perfect way for me to make some pocket money while doing something I love! I am currently working from home so I am available all day in my own home and available in the evenings and weekends aswell. I care for my own two dogs with walks everyday around lunchtime and attention and cuddles all day long. Working from home gives me a lot of time with my animals, as well as time for drop ins before, during and after work. It also allows me lots of free time in the evening as I do not need to commute. I have a large, completely fenced garden in my family home and two other friendly dogs. It is important for animals to have attention and time to play throughout the day, as well as going outside for fresh air and exercise, and frequent wees etc. In my home my dogs are part of the family so they are very spoilt, which I believe all of our dogs should be! I would treat another’s dog how I would treat my own or how I would like my dogs to be treated if I was away.

Alongside looking after Elsa, I’ve also had experience walking and caring for other dogs, so I’m confident with different breeds and personalities. I’m currently on a placement year working full time until I return to university next September. I’m in the office Tuesday to Thursday and work from home on Mondays and Fridays, which gives me some flexibility for walks and visits.
