About: We’re a family of four with twin 6 year old girls who absolutely adore spending time with dogs. Caring for animals has always been a big part of our lives. Jinxy was in such caring hands again! This was the second time Shima looked after Jinxy, and we couldn’t have been happier. Really can't recommend Isabelle enough after she looked after my two rescue cats Dylan and Daisy while I was away for a week. Daily updates and photos were lovely to receive and the house was perfect on my return. Will definitely be using Isabelle for drop ins in the future.
First time I've used an app so I was a bit nervous. My cat is 20 and needs a special person to look after her. Amanda was absolutely wonderful and Biddy was relaxed and happy in her care. Biddy and I are both so happy we chose Amanda and look forward to her helping us again.
Jemma was very reliable and attentive to our cat. When our cat was not in one evening or morning, she came in earlier the next evening to make sure she could give her a good brush. She also gave us regular updates and sent photos of our cat, which was very reassuring. Jemma was very flexible and willing to do some extra jobs, feeding the fish in the pond and putting our bins in/out.
Hannah was amazing! Our cat is normally scared of everyone but Hannah did such a great job in gaining her trust really quickly. She also reassured us with frequent reports and photos. We even felt a bit silly as we’d made quite a big deal telling Hannah not to worry as our cat dislikes everyone and will probably just hide - but no… our cat decided very quickly that she liked Hannah, making us look like paranoid parents. In all, we came back and found a very happy and well looked after cat!

Darcy impressed us right from her "getting to know you" visit, with her calm, reassuring approach to our two elderly cats. She made sure to ask for all necessary information about their medications, and provided us with updates on how they were, with photos, while we were away.
