Jemma was great with the cats - it was a last minute booking and all very easy to sort out. Jemma was friendly and very understanding of our cats and their need to play!

Jemma was very reliable and attentive to our cat. When our cat was not in one evening or morning, she came in earlier the next evening to make sure she could give her a good brush. She also gave us regular updates and sent photos of our cat, which was very reassuring. Jemma was very flexible and willing to do some extra jobs, feeding the fish in the pond and putting our bins in/out.
