About: I have always had a genuine love and respect for animals and understand how important it is for pets to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for when their owners are away. Having grown up with two cats and a dog, I’ve always enjoyed the companionship and unique personalities that make every pet different. Over the summer, I’ve also had the pleasure of boarding a few dogs, which has given me valuable experience caring for dogs in my home and helping them settle into a new environment. I really enjoy getting to know each dog’s individual personality, routine, and needs, and making sure they feel happy, relaxed, and at home. I’m a reliable, patient, and caring person who genuinely enjoys spending time with animals, whether that’s going for walks, playing, providing companionship, or simply being there to make them feel comfortable and settled. I understand that every pet has their own routines and preferences, and I’m happy to take the time to learn what works best for them. My priority is to provide a safe, loving and reassuring experience for both you and your pet. I’m currently working full time, however I am free after 5pm on weekdays and free on the weekends for boarding/walks/looking after for the day. I currently have the summer holidays off work and Christmas/half terms off work so will be available to look after your pets then too :) I have lots of garden space for your pets to play in and run around in including a secure front and back garden with gates, giving pets a safe and comfortable environment to enjoy. I live next to a farm with lots of green space and beautiful walking routes, perfect for dogs who enjoy exploring and getting fresh air. I don’t have any pets or children, meaning your dog or cat will receive my full attention, care, and companionship during their stay. I will make sure they feel relaxed, happy, and well looked after while they are with me.

Between the two of us, there is almost always someone at home, so your pet won’t be left alone for long periods or feel unsettled in a new environment. We’re available for day care, overnight stays, and flexible drop-ins or walks throughout the week and weekends. Whether your pet thrives on structure or prefers a more relaxed day (with strategic naps and snacks), we adapt to their usual routine as closely as possible. Our home is a large, tranquil, calm, secure, and pet-friendly environment designed to feel like a genuine home-from-home rather than a temporary stop. We have a very friendly, easy-going dog and cat who are both used to other animals and have mastered the art of being welcoming without being overwhelming. That said, your pet’s comfort always comes first - we have a large home with plenty of space, so pets can be easily separated if needed. Whether your pet loves company or prefers their own space, we can fully accommodate that. We’re experienced with a wide range of animals, including large dogs and more particular (or slightly dramatic) cats, and we’re confident handling different behaviours and needs. We follow your pet’s routine closely - feeding, walks, rest, and any specific instructions - because we know the little details matter. With two of us present, there’s always an extra level of supervision, awareness, and care. We don’t just “keep an eye” on pets - we actively engage with them, making sure they’re comfortable, settled, and happy. If separation is part of your pet’s routine, we can absolutely accommodate that. Otherwise, they’re free to relax, explore, and make themselves at home (within reason - we do draw the line at them fully taking over the house… usually).

About: Growing up with dogs and now owning my own Greek rescue, I understand that every dog has their own unique personality, routine, and individual needs. Alongside my experience as a dog owner, I've also worked abroad with a street dog charity, caring for rescue dogs from a variety of backgrounds. This taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement in helping dogs feel safe, confident, and happy. I'm committed to providing your dog with plenty of love, attention, and care tailored to their needs. I'll maintain the routine they're used to and provide regular updates, so you can have peace of mind. As a dog owner myself, I know how important it is to find someone you can trust. That's why I'll care for your dog as if they were my own, ensuring they feel comfortable, secure, and well looked after while you're away. My current work schedule is flexible, however I am not available on Friday evenings (17:00 - 20:30) and Sunday evenings (15:30 - 19:00) When caring for your dog, I aim to keep their routine as consistent as possible. I'll follow any instructions provided regarding feeding, walks, medication, playtime, etc to help them feel comfortable and secure. I'll also keep you updated with regular messages and photos.

About: I have taken care of a number of dogs over the last 10 years for my friends and family. This has included taking dogs for walks to housesitting for a number of days. I have 3 dogs of my own at my home in Sri Lanka that I rescued from the street. They are ages 6 and 3 years. I have trained all 3 of them to sit, stay and 1 can do paw. I come back from Sri Lanka in the summer and have plenty of time to dog sit as i work freelance as a yoga teacher. I would make sure to take care of your pet carefully and follow the instructions that you will give to me to ensure they are safe and comfortable. This is also to ensure they stick to the same routine that they are used to.

About: I’ve had a family dog for about 15 years, Yorkshire terrier, plus looked after my boyfriends dog whenever him and his family where away I will only be able to look after your dogs on weekends as I work a 9-5, but looking to be busier on weekends I do not currently have a garden in my house but I live by a big park where dogs can run around free if allowed!

About: I started out by walking dogs for my neighbours after school, about 22 years ago. I was paid £1 per week, which increased to £2 eventually! For the last 10 years, I have been providing reliable pet care for dogs and cats of different sizes and breeds. My priority is not only in guaranteeing the necessary nurturing for a pet but also building a strong emotional bond with them and ensuring safety. I have been a cat owner for most of my life. My animals are so loved and cared for, and yours will be too. I believe quality pet care is a combination of comprehensive essential care, safe environment and building a strong emotional bond, where pets feel loved and secure. I am available to house sitting, walks and visits. I can take lots of walks in the day with your dog, play games, work on commands, stick to schedules if needed. My day rate reflects full responsibility, routine care and availability, rather than hourly time. This also includes one 30 minute walk. If your pet requires more/longer walks in that time, this will be an additional charge which i am happy to discuss. I can be available 7 days a week and can work remotely most of the time. I also manage my own work diary so I can be flexible around your dogs schedule and needs. I may need to run our for work errands, but most of the time, pets under my nurturing are never left alone for long. While sitting your pet in your home, instructions will always be kept to. Just as much respect will be given to your home as your pet. Security of your home will be maintained. Your pet's needs will always come first.

About: I have experience caring for a variety of dogs through volunteering at a greyhound rescue, where I regularly walked and handled rescue dogs with different temperaments. I’ve also looked after multiple family friends’ dogs and am very comfortable around cats, having cared for my own cat for many years. About: I truly care about making pets feel safe and loved. Even though I’m newer to pet sitting, I’m very responsible and take the time to follow each pet’s routine carefully. I’m patient with puppies who are still learning and gentle with older pets who need extra attention. I always make sure they get plenty of playtime, and care while you’re away. I work within the Film & TV industry and work remotely 4 days out of 5 and so can be around locally for short notice requests. I have a fenced garden with side access. Plenty of green so that they can stretch their paws. The back of garden is guarded off with a brick wall so it's very secure.

I understand that every dog is different and that some need a little more patience, reassurance and time to feel comfortable. At this time I am only able to offer walking as we live in a flat. In limited circumstances I may be able to look after your pet at my home.
