About: We have spent over 20 years living with and caring for animals - from large, high-energy dogs to confident (and often very opinionated) cats. Caring for them isn’t something we “do” - it’s simply how we’ve always lived. Your pet will stay in our large detached Surrey home, with plenty of space to relax, play, explore, and make themselves at home, as well as a secure garden complete with additional safety netting for those particularly talented escape artists! Many of our guests settle in remarkably quickly, enjoying the important business of being a thoroughly pampered pet, many of our guests make themselves at home remarkably quickly. Some arrive ready to explore. Some prefer to observe proceedings from a comfortable distance. Others conduct what can only be described as a thorough inspection before deciding whether we meet their standards. Pet care fits very naturally into our routine — largely because we’ve built our routine around it. Between the two of us, there is almost always someone at home, so your pet won’t be left alone for long periods or feel unsettled in a new environment. We’re available for day care, overnight stays, and flexible drop-ins or walks throughout the week and weekends. Whether your pet thrives on structure or prefers a more relaxed day (with strategic naps and snacks), we adapt to their usual routine as closely as possible. Our home is a large, tranquil, calm, secure, and pet-friendly environment designed to feel like a genuine home-from-home rather than a temporary stop. We have a very friendly, easy-going dog and cat who are both used to other animals and have mastered the art of being welcoming without being overwhelming. That said, your pet’s comfort always comes first - we have a large home with plenty of space, so pets can be easily separated if needed. Whether your pet loves company or prefers their own space, we can fully accommodate that. We’re experienced with a wide range of animals, including large dogs and more particular (or slightly dramatic) cats, and we’re confident handling different behaviours and needs. We follow your pet’s routine closely - feeding, walks, rest, and any specific instructions - because we know the little details matter. With two of us present, there’s always an extra level of supervision, awareness, and care. We don’t just “keep an eye” on pets - we actively engage with them, making sure they’re comfortable, settled, and happy. If separation is part of your pet’s routine, we can absolutely accommodate that. Otherwise, they’re free to relax, explore, and make themselves at home (within reason - we do draw the line at them fully taking over the house… usually).

About: Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up with a Bichon Frise and regularly caring for a Poochon gave me a great foundation in attentive, detail-oriented care. For the past three years, I’ve been a proud dog parent to my Miniature Dachshund Gigi, which has taught me everything from managing high energy play to the importance of structured routines. While I have a soft spot for smaller breeds, I am a true dog lover at heart and am completely open to and comfortable with dogs of all shapes and sizes. I can provide your pet with consistent company and exercise, ensuring their home routine remains completely uninterrupted while you're away. When house sitting, I prioritise maintaining your pet's familiar schedule and home security. I provide consistent companionship, stick to their feeding and walk routines, and ensure they feel safe. For walks, I focus on engaging, safe routes that suit their energy levels.

About: I have experience caring for a variety of dogs through volunteering at a greyhound rescue, where I regularly walked and handled rescue dogs with different temperaments. I’ve also looked after multiple family friends’ dogs and am very comfortable around cats, having cared for my own cat for many years. I’m friendly, calm, and reliable, and I genuinely care about making sure each pet feels safe, comfortable, and well looked after while in my care. I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos throughout bookings for peace of mind. My availability is mainly weekends, though I’m also happy to offer evening drop-ins during the week if required. With prior notice, I may also be able to accommodate weekday stays.

About: Growing up with a golden retriever gave me a lifelong love of dogs that has never left me. I also have my own two year old miniature poodle at home and she is honestly my whole world. I FaceTime my mum all the time just so she can show me her. That is how much I love dogs. As a university student I have a really flexible schedule and I am more than happy to work around yours, whether you need a regular dog walker or someone to pet sit every now and then. I used to walk my neighbours’ dogs all the time and loved every second of it. Being away at university means I miss my girl every single day, and that is exactly what inspired me to sign up. I get to do something I genuinely love while making sure your dog gets all the walks, attention and cuddles they deserve. Your dog will be in the happiest hands, I promise you that! Being a university student actually makes me one of the most flexible sitters you will find! Most of my days are completely free, with only the odd hour or two of lectures dotted throughout the week. This means I can easily fit walks and pet sitting around whatever schedule works best for you, whether that is early mornings, afternoons or evenings. I am also a driver, so if you are ever unable to drop your dog off or need them picked up, I am more than happy to come to you. Honestly, spending time with dogs is not a chore for me at all. It is genuinely the best part of my day! When caring for pets in my home, I make sure they are fed, walked, given plenty of treats and kept entertained. I love trying to teach dogs new tricks too, it is such a fun way to keep them stimulated and happy. In terms of trust, I think my own dog speaks for herself! I have a two year old miniature poodle who is, to put it kindly, an absolute handful with zero recall. Yet I have never once lost her. If I can handle her, I can handle anything. You can feel completely confident leaving your dog in my care!

About: I have had dogs my whole life some from puppies some rescued. I am at home in the day and offer a warm environment with fabulous local dog walks. Our children are all at school so I am available term time during the week. Plenty of time for walks and play. Overnight stays may be possible. We have a large fenced garden on a private road with good walking. I have a large kitchen with an aga so nice and warm!

About: I have taken care of a number of dogs over the last 10 years for my friends and family. This has included taking dogs for walks to housesitting for a number of days. I have 3 dogs of my own at my home in Sri Lanka that I rescued from the street. They are ages 6 and 3 years. I have trained all 3 of them to sit, stay and 1 can do paw. I come back from Sri Lanka in the summer and have plenty of time to dog sit as i work freelance as a yoga teacher. I would make sure to take care of your pet carefully and follow the instructions that you will give to me to ensure they are safe and comfortable. This is also to ensure they stick to the same routine that they are used to.

I always ensure their litter tray is clean and fresh, and I provide lots of love and attention, tailored to their preferences. About: I started out by walking dogs for my neighbours after school, about 22 years ago. I was paid £1 per week, which increased to £2 eventually! For the last 10 years, I have been providing reliable pet care for dogs and cats of different sizes and breeds. I am available to house sitting, walks and visits. I can take lots of walks in the day with your dog, play games, work on commands, stick to schedules if needed. My day rate reflects full responsibility, routine care and availability, rather than hourly time. This also includes one 30 minute walk. If your pet requires more/longer walks in that time, this will be an additional charge which i am happy to discuss. I can be available 7 days a week and can work remotely most of the time. I also manage my own work diary so I can be flexible around your dogs schedule and needs. I may need to run our for work errands, but most of the time, pets under my nurturing are never left alone for long. While sitting your pet in your home, instructions will always be kept to. Just as much respect will be given to your home as your pet. Security of your home will be maintained. Your pet's needs will always come first.

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was 5 years old. My family pets were German shepherds and labradors. I am experienced managing strong dogs on lead and am very reliable. Happy to meet and go through needs prior to booking if needed. I have 2 indoor Maine Coon cats, both 9 years old. Commonly known as the dogs of the cat world! We’re Holly and Agustin, a Dorking-based cat-sitting team. We both work from home, which gives us good flexibility for morning, afternoon and evening cat visits. For overnight stays, we can work from your home where Wi-Fi is available, helping your cat keep their normal routine with calm company, feeding, litter care, medication if needed, and regular photo updates. We always prefer a meet-and-greet before a first booking so we can understand your cat’s routine, personality, home setup and any special care needs. We take safety seriously, especially with indoor cats, shy cats and cats who may try to escape. We follow feeding, litter and medication instructions carefully, check doors and windows, and pay attention to changes in appetite, drinking, litter use or behaviour. We also treat your home with respect. Keys, alarms, bins, post, lights and basic security checks can all be handled as instructed.

About: Hello! My names Sophie and I am a graduate working from home. I’m reliable and flexible and can adjust to any of your pets needs. I love my pets and know how much they mean to us and would always treat them as if my own. A little bit about me and my pets: I have two dogs of my own, both cockapoos. I got my first dog, Poppy, as a puppy 15 years ago so I have grown up around dogs and I have always loved looking after and caring for dogs and other animals. My other dog, Tiggy, is 6 years old, both are very friendly and sweet. I love my own dogs and other and I thought this would be the perfect way for me to make some pocket money while doing something I love! I am currently working from home so I am available all day in my own home and available in the evenings and weekends aswell. I care for my own two dogs with walks everyday around lunchtime and attention and cuddles all day long. Working from home gives me a lot of time with my animals, as well as time for drop ins before, during and after work. It also allows me lots of free time in the evening as I do not need to commute. I have a large, completely fenced garden in my family home and two other friendly dogs. It is important for animals to have attention and time to play throughout the day, as well as going outside for fresh air and exercise, and frequent wees etc. In my home my dogs are part of the family so they are very spoilt, which I believe all of our dogs should be! I would treat another’s dog how I would treat my own or how I would like my dogs to be treated if I was away.

About: Hi, my name is Emily and I am 26 years old. I have a family dog and two cats, and I used to work at a dog kennels when I was younger so have experience with a wide range of breeds. Additionally, I have owned house rabbits, hamsters and guinea pigs. I understand how important it is for animals to remain in their home environment when you go on holiday to reduce their stress, so hopefully I can help with this. I hope to hear from you! About: I have looked after and helped take care of animals for many years and I absolutely love it. I really enjoy the process of building a connection with an animal and getting to know them. During my travels over the last couple of years I have looked after a whole variety of dogs and cats. I am always very active and so love taking dogs for walks, runs or hikes. While I also love to relax, play and cuddle with them too. I would say I particularly connect with bigger more active dogs but the smaller ones also have a place in my heart. I brought up a Labrador puppy and have gained more experience with training all sorts of dogs, finding it easy to have the patience required to train them. I have built my best connections with cats over the last five years, also looking after stray cats along my travels whenever possible. I find connecting with them and really understanding a particular cats personality comes naturally to me. I’m always more at peace with them around. I am just coming back from travelling the last two years and have decided to just pet sit for the rest of this year. This way I can keep my schedule flexible and spend as much time with animals as possible when I am looking after them. I’m always one to get up and out early especially if the dogs need more than one walk.In my spare time I’m playing music and learning new instruments which keeps me flexible to walk and give attention to pets throughout the day. I love to exercise outdoors, take walks and go for runs, dogs can join for all of these. It’s always a pleasure to have the company and go for extra walks! I have a fenced garden so dogs can spend as much time outside as they like, roaming between here and indoors. There is a good size park across the road for small walks and running around off the lead. Cats can also venture around here safely. From home I can walk to Epsom/Ashtead common for longer walks and more time off the lead. Within a 10 minute drive I can be on Epsom Downs or Horton Country Park, while slightly further there is Headley Heath. This makes it easy to give them a whole variety of walks. If I am to be staying at your place I will be just as keen for many walks. With this being my primary work I will find it easy to give your pets the attention and love they desire. I don’t currently have any pets so at mine your pets would have the place to themselves with me.
