About: I’ve had a pet cat my entire life, her name is pearl and she’s 21. As I’ve had her my whole life i know how to take care of pets very well and know what they need while also enjoying spending time with them very much. As my cats quite old I also understand the importance in care elderly pets need. I’m currently a student at university, hence during summer Im completely free to spend time with your pets and to give them all my attention. I have an elderly cat who I attend most of the time at home to make sure she’s healthy & happy. If that means fun with toys, giving food or medicine, cleaning or anything else, I can do it.

About: What sets me apart as a pet sitter is my hands on experience caring for pets of all ages and my genuine love for animals. I have looked after both young and senior dogs, so I'm comfortable adapting to different needs, whether that's keeping an energetic puppy entertained or providing gentle, patient care for an older dog. As a pet owner myself, with two cats and one dog, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for your pets as if they were their own. I'm reliable, attentive, and committed to making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. I always take the time to get to know each pet's routine and personality so they receive the best possible care. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine as I have a very flexible schedule and am available every day of the week. This allows me to accommodate your pet's usual routine, whether they need early morning visits, midday check-ins, evening care, or overnight stays. I understand that every pet has different needs, so I'm happy to work around what suits you and your pet best. I can also provide care in your own home, helping your pets stay comfortable and relaxed in their familiar environment while you're away. My goal is to provide reliable, loving care that gives you complete peace of mind. When caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, loving, and comfortable environment where they can feel relaxed. I have a secure garden for dogs to enjoy supervised outdoor time, and I also have a friendly, well-socialised dog who gets along well with other dogs. I always make sure introductions are done carefully and that every pet feels safe and comfortable. When caring for pets in an owner's home, I understand the importance of keeping their routine as normal as possible. I'm happy to adapt to your pet's usual schedule, including feeding times, walks, playtime, medication, and any specific instructions you have. I believe every pet is unique, so I'll provide personalised care based on what works best for you and your pet, ensuring they feel happy, secure, and well looked after while you're away.

About: I’m a reliable and caring dog lover with over 20 years of hands on experience. I grew up in a home full of dogs, including a Shih Tzu, Working Cocker Spaniel, Cairn Terriers, and a Rhodesian Ridgeback, so I’m comfortable with a wide range of breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I have recently brought my first home, and have the space and flexibility to accommodate to whatever your dog needs. To make sure I get my dog fix regularly (as I can’t be without them!), I still walk our family dogs as well as being the family designated dog sitter for any holidays, so I stay actively involved in caring for dogs and understand the importance of routine, exercise, and attention. Whether your dog needs a relaxed stroll or a more energetic walk, I’ll make sure they’re safe, happy, and well looked after. I’m patient, trustworthy, and genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs, treating every one as if they were my own. I also have a passion for photography too so you’ll never be short of photos sent to you whilst I’m looking after your furry friend 😊🐶 Fully insured ✅ Whilst working from home, I’m available to walk your dog in my lunch break. I’m also available early mornings and evenings in the week and very flexible on the weekends. Your dog’s safety, wellbeing, and happiness are always my top priorities. I take the time to understand each dog’s individual needs, routines, and temperament, ensuring they feel comfortable and secure on every walk. I am attentive, responsible, and always keep dogs on suitable leads or in safe, appropriate areas. Building trust is really important to me, not just with your dog, but with you as an owner. I aim to be reliable, communicative, and consistent, so you can feel confident your dog is in safe hands. I treat every dog with the same care and respect as I would my own. I also care about the environment we walk in. I am mindful of other people, dogs, and wildlife, always following local guidelines, cleaning up responsibly, and choosing safe, enjoyable routes. My goal is to provide a positive, calm, and enriching experience for every dog while respecting the surroundings we share.

“Hayley was absolutely brilliant with Rascal. She sent me photos and a video of him playing with his ball and he looked very happy. She put his food down and locked up just as I requested. I would definitely recommend her.”

“Jessica is a wonderful dog walker, reliable, trustworthy and great with animals! She is kind, considerate and a great communicator. You can tell immediately by her approach that she grew up around animals and knows them very well. I am very happy and content knowing my little one gets her walks every day - if you're looking for a great dog walker, could not recommend Jessica enough!”

About: Your dog deserves more than just a sitter - they deserve a second home. Choosing someone to care for your dog is a big decision, and we never forget they’re a cherished member of your family. We know you’re trusting us with someone who means the world to you, and that’s a responsibility we’ll never take lightly. Our goal is simple: for your dog to feel completely safe, loved and at home, while giving you complete peace of mind from the moment you book until you’re reunited. ⭐ What makes us different 👥 Two dedicated, experienced carers – Your dog benefits from constant companionship, individual attention and attentive supervision throughout their stay. 🏡 A spacious detached Surrey home – Featuring a large, fully secure garden (complete with additional safety netting for talented escape artists!) and beautiful countryside walks right on our doorstep. 📸 Beautiful professional-quality photographs, personalised daily updates and videos – So you’ll never have to wonder how your dog is getting on. You’ll feel part of every adventure while you’re away. ❤️ Limited numbers of dogs – We intentionally keep our bookings low so every guest receives genuine one-to-one care in a calm, relaxed home environment. 🛁 Complimentary spa freshen-up for first-time boarding guests – Before heading home, first-time boarding guests receive a complimentary bath using our premium grooming products (where suitable), so they return home clean, fresh and smelling wonderful. ⭐ Trusted by returning Rover families – Many of our guests come back to stay with us again and again, something we’re incredibly proud of. We’ve spent over 20 years living with and caring for animals; from energetic working breeds and playful puppies to gentle senior dogs and wonderfully opinionated cats. Caring for animals isn’t simply something we do; it’s part of who we are. From the moment they arrive, your dog becomes part of our daily life - not a kennel routine. Whether we’re working from home, relaxing in the garden, heading out for a countryside adventure or winding down for the evening, they’re included as part of the family. Every dog is wonderfully different, which is why we take the time to understand their personality, routine and all the little quirks that make them unique. Some can’t wait to explore every corner of the house. Others prefer to quietly observe proceedings before deciding whether we’ve earned their approval. (Thankfully, we usually pass the inspection!) Whether your dog loves countryside adventures, enrichment games, playing in the garden or simply curling up for an afternoon snooze, every stay is tailored around what makes them happiest. We are particularly experienced with: • Puppies and young dogs • Senior dogs • Larger breeds • Nervous or sensitive dogs • High-energy breeds • Dogs who thrive with routine, patience and consistency Our services • Home boarding • Doggy day care • Individual countryside walks tailored to your dog’s pace and personality • Drop in visits for pets happiest in their own home One of the things owners tell us they value most is our communication. Some love receiving beautiful photographs, videos and little stories throughout the day. Others simply want a reassuring message knowing their dog is happy, relaxed and having the best time. We’ll always tailor our updates to whatever gives you the greatest peace of mind. Above all, we don’t believe dogs should simply be looked after. For the time they’re with us, they become part of our family, cared for with the same love, patience and attention we’d want for our own pets. Our aim is simple: for every dog to leave happy, relaxed and excited to come back… and for every owner to return home knowing they made exactly the right choice. We can’t wait to welcome your four-legged family member into our family. ❤️ Pet care fits very naturally into our routine — largely because we’ve built our routine around it. Between the two of us, there is almost always someone at home, so your pet won’t be left alone for long periods or feel unsettled in a new environment. We’re available for day care, overnight stays, and flexible drop-ins or walks throughout the week and weekends. Whether your pet thrives on structure or prefers a more relaxed day (with strategic naps and snacks), we adapt to their usual routine as closely as possible. In short: your pet gets consistency, attention, and a suspicious amount of enthusiasm from two people who genuinely enjoy their company. Your pet’s safety and comfort are our top priorities. Our home is a large, tranquil, calm, secure, and pet-friendly environment designed to feel like a genuine home-from-home rather than a temporary stop. We have a very friendly, easy-going dog and cat who are both used to other animals and have mastered the art of being welcoming without being overwhelming. That said, your pet’s comfort always comes first - we have a large home with plenty of space, so pets can be easily separated if needed. Whether your pet loves company or prefers their own space, we can fully accommodate that. We’re experienced with a wide range of animals, including large dogs and more particular (or slightly dramatic) cats, and we’re confident handling different behaviours and needs. We follow your pet’s routine closely - feeding, walks, rest, and any specific instructions - because we know the little details matter. With two of us present, there’s always an extra level of supervision, awareness, and care. We don’t just “keep an eye” on pets - we actively engage with them, making sure they’re comfortable, settled, and happy. If separation is part of your pet’s routine, we can absolutely accommodate that. Otherwise, they’re free to relax, explore, and make themselves at home (within reason - we do draw the line at them fully taking over the house… usually).

Dog owners share their Rover experiences - Reigate
Hayley was absolutely fabulous! She kept me informed with regular updates and photos and videos of my two pups being very well looked after. She took onboard what I had told her about each of my dogs and adapted the walks to suit both of them. Both of my dogs loved her, very thankful for the love and care she gave them!
Louise took Ruby out for another great walk and everything went really smoothly again. Communication was excellent throughout and she kept me updated, which I really appreciate. She followed all the instructions I’d left and returned the key exactly as requested. Ruby was clearly happy and relaxed when I got home, which is always the best sign. Louise is reliable, easy to coordinate with, and clearly great with dogs — I’d happily book her again.

I can’t tell you how thrilled I am to have found Hayley. Amazing communication, fitting me in last minute and so reassuring. I find it’s hard to get a dog walker comfortable with a bigger dog but Hayley has been an absolute star even supporting us with his training to not jump up by ignoring him until he calms. Thanks again honestly can’t express how glad I am to be in touch😊
