Louise did an excellent job of looking after Willow whilst we were out for the afternoon. She is very calm and competent and Willow was perfectly relaxed and happy when we arrived home. We will certainly book her again.

Louise was excellent with Ruby and I’d happily book her again. She came for a meet-and-greet beforehand and was very attentive and calm, even when Ruby got over-excited — she was clearly confident and experienced with dogs. Communication was great throughout, with clear updates and photos, which was really reassuring. On the day, she took Ruby out for a lovely walk (even longer than booked), followed all the instructions and safety notes I’d left, and handled everything highly professionally. She was friendly, gentle, and it’s obvious she genuinely loves dogs. She even wiped Ruby’s paws afterwards and posted the key back as requested. Ruby came back happy and relaxed — which says it all. Highly recommended.
