In advance of us leaving, Marty had been seriously ill and was on three different medications that were administered four times a day so it was a relief that Neve wasn't at all fazed and was more than capable. As I’ve had her my whole life i know how to take care of pets very well and know what they need while also enjoying spending time with them very much. As my cats quite old I also understand the importance in care elderly pets need. Lucy was truly excellent. Fantastic communication from start to finish, including visiting us at home for a Meet and Greet. She was immediately very comfortable with both dogs and was kind enough to keep us updated while she was looking after them. Highly recommend.
