As our cats are house cats they are used to having company and love lots of attention but sometimes (mostly Lemon) take a little while to get used to strangers, but all I can say is Andrea is a born Cat Whisperer. Both Cats fell in love with her and even our shy little girl Lemon was out from her hiding place enjoying brushing and cuddles. Andrea kept us updated with photos, videos and messages, she is a super special young lady and will definitely use her again in the future.”

She takes time to understand both of their needs and training requirements and makes them both feel safe, secure and happy. About: Hi! I'm a lifelong animal lover who grew up in a home filled with pets, including dogs, rabbits, parrots, ducks, hens, and many others. This experience has given me confidence caring for animals with a wide range of needs and personalities. More recently, we've helped care for our neighbours' pets, including an 18-year-old senior cat, tropical fish and a hedgehog. We also regularly look after our aunt and uncle's 4-year-old Cocker Spaniel, giving us hands-on experience with dog walking, playtime, and maintaining a dog's daily routine. My 10-year-old daughter shares my love for animals and enjoys helping with supervised playtime, brushing, and giving pets plenty of attention and affection. All pet care responsibilities, walks, communication, and supervision are handled by me as the adult account holder. I take the time to learn each pet's routine so they feel safe, comfortable, and happy while you're away. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, active play, quiet companionship, or lots of cuddles, I'll provide reliable care, regular updates, and treat them as if they were my own. We look forward to meeting you and your beloved pets! As I work from home, I'm able to pop in and check on pets during the day, though my main availability is in the evenings from 5pm onwards. I have a car, so I can get around the Wimbledon/Raynes Park area (within about 2 miles) quickly whenever needed. If anything comes up, I'm easy to reach on WhatsApp and will respond promptly. For house-sitting, I visit the pet owner's home at pre-agreed times and follow their pet's normal routine as closely as possible — feeding times, walks, playtime, and any specific care instructions. Suzanne provided an incredible service. She was very attentive and considerate when learning about our dog Winnie who has a few behavioural issues. Suzanne kept us well informed and was a fantastic house sitter - keeping everything clean and very kindly watering the plants for us. She also built up a great rapport with Winnie which is very difficult to do, We are so grateful to Suzanne and can’t recommend her enough.
This was our first booking with Isabel but will definitely book again. The dogs loved her even our nervous one. Isabel was calm (which Pablo appreciated) and asked the right questions. Shared pics with us and kept us informed about how they were doing. Thanks again Isabel :)
Kirsten took excellent care of Theo. She responded quickly to communication, was very professional but also friendly, kept us updated (including with lots of photos) throughout our trip, she looked after our flat and followed all instructions. No complaints at all and I would definitely use Kirsten to catsit Theo again!
