Hi, I'm Mei Hsin, though most people call me Suzanne. Animals have been a big part of my life. I’ve had dogs, rabbits, fish, a pig and a goat, as well as caring for injured birds and more. Over the years I’ve volunteered in animal shelters, including 4 years at Battersea Dogs and Cats Home, which gave me hands on experience with dogs and cats of all personalities and backgrounds. I’m especially comfortable supporting nervous or shy dogs, helping them feel safe at their own pace. I also have plenty of experience caring for older cats and dogs who need a gentler, more attentive approach. These days my husband and I share our home with Coco, our gentle elderly rescue cat. I’ve been DBS checked for your peace of mind, and I never miss the chance to greet a furry (or feathery) friend, whether they belong to a neighbour or a stranger on the street. I’d love to offer the same care, calmness and attention to your pets, making sure they feel secure, happy and loved while you’re away.

For the comfort of my own shy rescue cat, Coco, I’m not able to host other pets in my home. However, I’m very happy to care for your pets in their own familiar surroundings. I’ll treat your home with respect and your animals with kindness, making sure they feel safe, relaxed and well looked after while you’re away

Suzanne is absolutely amazing! Both of my dogs were so happy and very well taken care of. She followed everything we had discussed, from their meal plans and walks to keeping us fully updated throughout the day. She sent us lots of pictures and detailed updates, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We’re extremely happy with the service and will definitely be booking Suzanne again very soon. Highly recommended!
We couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter than Suzanne. She looked after Maggie and Howard, as well as our home, while we were away, and we came back to two very happy, relaxed cats. Suzanne was incredibly caring, trustworthy and attentive, and it was obvious from the start that Maggie and Howard were in very safe hands. She kept us updated while we were away, which gave us complete peace of mind, and went above and beyond to make sure they were happy and comfortable. It’s not easy leaving your pets and your home with someone else, but Suzanne made the whole experience completely stress-free. We felt totally confident that everything was being looked after, and her genuine affection for the cats really came across. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Suzanne and will definitely be asking her to look after Maggie and Howard again. She is exactly the kind of person you hope to find when looking for someone to care for your pets and your home.
Mei is a fantastic new friend for Barney to take him on walks, I have booked a good few times now when I need a walker and would highly recommend :) - great communication, very flexible and helpful when it comes to getting keys, lots of lovely updates during the walk, knowing what Barney does and doesn't lke, and cute photographs and a round up post walk. x
Suzanne provided an incredible service. She was very attentive and considerate when learning about our dog Winnie who has a few behavioural issues. Suzanne kept us well informed and was a fantastic house sitter - keeping everything clean and very kindly watering the plants for us. She also built up a great rapport with Winnie which is very difficult to do, We are so grateful to Suzanne and can’t recommend her enough.
Mei (Suzanne) was absolutely fantastic. She walked our working cocker spaniel Mila while we were away and provided very detailed thoughtful updates after each walk for complete peace of mind. We really appreciate the all around care, consistency, diligence, training focus, and patience she had with our dog while being super alert around new environments and situations. We knew Mila was in excellent hands and would not hesitate to use Mei again for future dog care. Highly recommend. Thank you so much from us and Mila!
Suzanne stayed at our house for 2 nights with our young lab and looked after him extremely well. We got lots of mesaage and updates and felt very comfortable leaving him in her care. We’d highly reccommend her

Schedule
I work from home three days a week, which means I can easily fit pet care into my daily routine, whether that’s cuddles on the couch, playtime in the garden or a calming walk. My schedule is flexible, so I’m happy to adapt to your pet’s needs and rhythms. Weekends are also wide open, making it easy for me to offer consistent, loving care whenever you need it.

- To give your pet the best possible care, I’d love to know a few key things ahead of time. Any special needs, medical conditions or behaviours I should be aware of, from anxiety triggers to quirky habits, these will all help me ensure they feel safe and understood. I also like to know what they enjoy most: favourite toys, games, walking routes or comforting routines. If there are treats they love (or ones to avoid), feeding instructions or house rules you'd like me to follow, just let me know. Every pet is different and I’ll always tailor my care to suit their personality, preferences and wellbeing
