I’m currently working as a part time, freelance Divemaster so I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule but also a lot of free time. I love to walk and will be doing it anyway so why not go with a little pooch that would highly appreciate all the beautiful places I love to explore? Or why not spend my days with a beautiful cat that I can stroke all day long? Sounds like heaven!

So the animals safety and comfort is always my priority and main focus. I can assure your pet will be kept on a leash if needed, they will not be under or over fed, they will not find trash or choking hazards in my house and they will not be in any need of attention, cuddles and love because I will ensure all of this is readily available to them 95% of the time. I have a securely fenced garden and would always be with your pet watching over them if necessary. I am a very attentive and affectionate soul and just adore making animals happy!

I do not have any breed preferences although I would like to know how well behaved your pup is so I can prep precautions! Are they potty trained? Etc. Please also specify if your dog has any special needs or requirements, what they really like or don’t like and anything else you think I should know!
A typical day
I live in the Surrey hills and you know what they say about these hills... an outstanding area of natural beauty! With me, your pooch would enjoy that beauty; woodland, forests and hilly fields of abundant green. I like to visit lakes, ponds and waterfalls when I can, and love a good game of fetch or tug of war! I understand dogs need mental stimulation as well as their walks so I enjoy playing games like hiding treats for them to sniff out, or offering a licking mat / slow feeder for meal times. For cats I would give a lot of massages and cosy places for them to rest, I have a lot of experience with keeping cats entertained having done it for 16 years!

Hey I’m Mads and welcome to my profile! I am lucky enough to be able to say I have grown up with animals around me and have had a dog in my family since I was a newborn! I’m a vegetarian and total animal lover! Caring for the earths creatures is my passion. I also love walking and exploring in nature so I’m always going on adventures and it would be really nice to have some company on the walks. I’m a very energetic and playful person so kittens and dogs love me almost as much as I love them. I understand how hard it is to leave your beloved fur baby with a stranger, and how scary it must be for your pet to experience that as well, with me your pet would feel so loved and special, he or she would be properly fed, walked/entertained, groomed and let’s not forget all the belly rubs and cuddles. It would be an honour to care for and befriend your furry family member. Please get in touch if you’re needing a trusted sitter, walker or feeder to tend to your beloved pet! I give regular updates, photos and videos and ensure all needs are met!

Maddie looked after our house, dog, cats, rabbits, chickens and ducks over a long weekend. They were all well cared for and I really appreciated her regular communication and updates. She took the time and care to familiarise herself with my pets routines so they could be followed, and I came home to a happy menagerie. I’d definitely ask Maddie to sit for us again in future. Maddie was an absolute dream. She bonded immediately with my pets and kept me up to date everyday with photos. I felt completely relaxed leaving her in charge and will absolutely ask her to sit again in the future.
Maddie looked after our house, dog, Guinea pigs and cat while we were on holiday. She was absolutely fantastic. We received daily photos and videos of all the animals and she took our dog for lovely walks, even when it was pouring with rain. The house was immaculate when we returned. We were very, very grateful to have found her.
Maddie was great with Halo! We got lots of updates and Halo got a ton of attention. They went on nice long walks and we returned to a very calm and relaxed dog. Would definitely recommend Maddie.
