“Aimee was absolutely FANTASTIC with my cat. My cat is 13 years old and she is pretty shy with any strangers and I was worried she would just hide under the bed the whole time however she warmed up to Aimee really quickly (record time for my girl). Aimee played with my cat, kept her entertained, fed her, administered her medication and really look after her so well. Aimee took multiple photos of my cat for me daily which really gave me peace of mind. Aimee is lovely and really fast to respond. I highly recommend Aimee and would absolutely book with her in the future. THANK YOU Aimee for taking such amazing care of my Valentine!”

About: I’m a caring, trustworthy companion for your pets whether it’s daily walks, cuddles, or attentive care while you’re away. I treat every animal like family, making sure they feel safe, loved, and happy. Pet care fits naturally into our weekly routine. We work from home every Monday, Friday, and some Tuesdays / Thursdays, which means your pet will have plenty of company and attention throughout the day. We're also flexible on weekends and happy to accommodate boarding or walks. Living just two minutes from Priory Park in Reigate, we’re perfectly placed for regular, enriching outdoor time. We offer a safe, welcoming space with a walled garden full of grass and trees — perfect for sniffing and exploring. We have dog beds, bowls, and toys ready, and our car is equipped with dog seatbelts for secure travel. Whether caring for pets in our home or yours, we focus on comfort, routine, and gentle handling to make every animal feel relaxed and loved.
“Alvin was an amazing cat sitter and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was very polite, kind, reliable, and clearly cared a lot about my cats. He kept me updated with photos and messages, made sure everything was clean and taken care of, and really gave me peace of mind while I was away. Most importantly, my cats were very comfortable around him, which says a lot because they can usually be a bit cautious with new people. It was obvious they felt safe and relaxed in his care. I would absolutely recommend Alvin to anyone looking for a trustworthy and genuinely lovely pet sitter. Thank you again for taking such good care of them!”

“Marina took great care of my cat Frank, I would highly recommend her! She offered a visit beforehand to get to know my pet's routine, and went out of her way to play with him, brush him, and go the extra mile. Thanks Marina!”

About: I have experience caring for pets with different needs, including my own elderly dog and a cat who requires regular medication. This has taught me to be patient, attentive and responsible, and to make sure pets are comfortable and well cared for. More recently, I house sat for a family friend, looking after three cats and a reactive dog. This gave me experience managing multiple pets at once while being mindful of a dog’s individual needs and boundaries. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and take pride in providing them with the same care, attention and reassurance I would give my own pets. I currently work full-time in Surrey, but I’m available to provide pet care around my working hours. I’m available for dog walks and drop-in visits in the mornings and evenings during the week, as well as throughout the weekends. I also have weekend availability for house sitting, and I’m happy to discuss specific dates and requirements with owners. I provide pet care in the owner’s home, as I have my own pets and therefore don’t offer boarding at my house. I’m happy to follow each pet’s usual routine, including feeding, walks, playtime and any medication they may need. I understand that every pet is different, so I take the time to learn their individual personality, needs and boundaries. When house sitting, I’ll make sure pets are comfortable and cared for while also keeping their home clean and secure. My aim is to give owners peace of mind knowing their pets are happy, safe and receiving plenty of love and attention while they’re away.

About: Hi! I’m a massive animal lover based right here in Reigate, living with my girlfriend (who is also an active sitter on Rover!). We both grew up completely surrounded by pets! Back home, my family has two ridiculously energetic Pomeranian-Cockapoo mixes. Thanks to them, I am very well-versed in keeping up with high energy pups, training routines, and endless games of fetch. I’ve been the go to dog sitter for friends and family since I was 16. Over the years, I’ve handled just about every shape, size, and personality you can imagine. I am fully comfortable managing tiny Dachshunds , all the way up to a massive, goofy Flat coated Retriever called Lenny who thinks he's a lap dog. Working from home two days a week and having my weekends entirely free gives me a great balance of dedicated time to spend with your dog. On my WFH days, I can provide steady companionship and easily pop out for short 10–15 minute loo breaks and leg stretches between tasks. Since my weekends are wide open, I have a lot of free time at home to host longer boarding stays, take them on extensive walks around Priory Park, or handle multiple drop-in visits. Whether your dog needs a weekday desk buddy or a weekend companion, my routine is easy to adapt to their needs. Because I work from home two days a week and have weekends completely free, I have plenty of flexibility to pop over for morning, midday, or evening drop-in visits. Living centrally in Reigate makes it easy for me to fit visits around my routine, ensuring your cat gets their food, fresh water, and attention right on schedule. Whether you need a quick weekend drop-in while you're away for a night or daily visits during the week, my schedule is easy to adapt to your cat's routine. I live in a secure, dog-friendly apartment with my girlfriend, meaning your pet will often have two experienced dog lovers keeping an eye on them and giving them double the attention! For quick toilet breaks during my WFH days, we have direct access to a safe communal garden just a quick journey downstairs. When it is time for a proper walk, we are incredibly lucky to have the beautiful Priory Park just a 2-minute walk from our front door, offering plenty of space for your dog to explore and burn off energy. Your dog's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I treat every dog I watch with the exact same vigilance I use with my family’s own energetic pups. I know cats are happiest and most comfortable in their own territory, so my top priority is keeping their environment safe, clean, and completely stress-free while you're away
“I was really worried about leaving Eti on his own for 5 days but the moment he met Sadie he loved her and I knew he was in good hands. Sadie kept me updated with pictures and videos and made sure he was well taken care of with lots of playtime and cuddles. Thank you Sadie! Eti is already looking forward to the next time you visit!”

“Abbie has looked after our energetic Labrador Leon a number of times, he always looks happy in her care. Abbie communicates very well with updates, photos and is very prompt. Thanks again.”

“Sara looked after our fur babies over the Xmas period. She was absolutely fantastic. The cats clearly loved her and she was to tentative towards them. She done what we asked and more and kept us updated with pictures and videos. Thank you again Sara, we will definitely try to book again with you when we need to ☺️”

About: I grew up with dogs around (red setter, staffie, golden retriver) and currently have a 1 year english springer spaniel. Happy to work with all sizes, breeds and ages and to tailor walks and play to your requirements. Hello, I am currently on career break so available throught the week and at weekends as needed and to work around their exisiting schedules and routines. I'll follow your lead in caring for your pets in your home. I don't offer boarding as my own pets (2 cats, 1 young dog) are enough in ny house!
About: Hi, I’m Joss! Dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with dogs as family pets and have had my own Staffy and Beagle, so I know just how much our four-legged friends become part of the family. I’m now excited to offer dog boarding, daycare and dog walking, giving other people’s dogs the same care, attention and affection I’ve always given my own. I’m naturally active and love being outdoors, so walks, playtime, fresh air and having a dog around are things I genuinely enjoy. For boarding and daycare, I want dogs to feel relaxed and at home, with plenty of companionship, attention, cuddles and play, balanced with quiet time when they need it. I’m happy to follow their usual feeding, walking and sleeping routines and adapt to their individual personality and needs. I also have experience looking after dogs for family and friends, including my cousins’ Dachshunds and a friend’s Corgi. I understand that every dog is different and some are energetic and adventurous, while others need a little more patience, reassurance or a slower pace. I take the time to get to know them and make sure they feel comfortable and settled. I currently have a flexible routine, which means I can dedicate plenty of time to pet care throughout the day. For boarding and daycare, dogs will have lots of company and won’t simply be left alone for long periods. For walks, I’ll make sure they get the exercise, stimulation and sniffing time that suits them. I know leaving your dog with someone else is a big decision, so I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages while they’re in my care. My aim is for you to feel completely reassured that your dog is safe, happy and having a lovely time because I know how much they mean to you. 🐾 Pet care fits really naturally into my daily routine. I enjoy being active and getting outdoors, so walks, fresh air and having a dog around are things I genuinely enjoy. I have a flexible routine, which means I can give dogs plenty of attention, company and exercise throughout the day. I’m happy to adapt to each dog’s normal routine whether that means energetic walks and playtime for a younger dog, or a slower pace and plenty of cuddles for an older one. For daycare and boarding, I want dogs to feel relaxed and at home, with lots of love, attention and companionship rather than simply being somewhere they’re being “looked after”. And for walks, I’ll make sure they get a good dose of exercise, stimulation and fun. 🐾 When caring for pets in my home, I want them to feel like part of the family. I’ll take the time to understand their usual routine, personality, feeding and walking needs before they arrive, so they can settle in as quickly as possible. I’ll make sure they get plenty of attention, play, exercise and cuddles, while also giving them space and quiet time when they need it. I’m happy to follow their normal routines as closely as possible, including feeding times, medication or any specific care instructions. For walks, I’ll tailor the pace and length to the dog whether they’re full of energy and ready for an adventure or prefer a gentle stroll and lots of sniffing! I’ll also keep owners updated with messages and photos, because I know how reassuring it is to see that your dog is happy, settled and having a great time while you’re away. 🐾

“Eleanor and her partner Scott were fantastic. Sent us updates after every visit and made friends with our cats so easily. We will definitely be booking them again and recommend them to any other fur babies parents. ”
About: I’ve had dogs all my life and, after losing my family dog a few months ago, I’d love to spend more time caring for dogs again. I’ve puppy-trained my own and other people’s dogs, and have experience looking after dogs with specific medical needs. I’m very comfortable adapting to different personalities, energy levels and routines, and making sure each dog gets the care and attention that’s right for them. I love hiking and being outdoors, so I’d be very happy to bring your dog along for an adventure, but I’m equally happy spending a cosy evening on the sofa with a dog who’d rather relax! I’m Reigate-based (but can travel by car) and available for daytime walks and visits Friday–Monday, as well as overnight stays any day of the week. I'm based in Reigate and work from home Mondays and Fridays, when I like to go for lunchtime walks and split the day up with play breaks! Evenings involve walks to the Common and cuddles on the sofa. I like to go for longer hikes in the countryside at the weekends, and can adapt this to dogs' specific requirements. I have a big garden which is fenced off, and plenty of space in the house for crates. Dogs are very welcome on a blanket on the sofas, and I'm happy for them to have free range of the house. For overnight stays, dogs can sleep where they're most comfortable (in the bedroom if they prefer!).
About: I pride myself on giving a loving and fun filled day especially tailored to your dogs needs, treating them like part of the family. Only caring for a small amount of dogs at one time allows me to offer bespoke individual care, play times, rest areas and walks. I provide a free meet and greet service to introduce myself to your dog at a familiar place of your choice and at your convenience. I am blessed enough to run my own part time accountancy and administration business from home, which allows me to be available all day whilst your dog is in my care. My main focus when sitting your dogs is safety and fun. I have a fenced back garden and live in Surrey surrounded by a wealth of countryside. My home is very peaceful and safe with no young children.

About: What sets me apart as a pet sitter is my hands on experience caring for pets of all ages and my genuine love for animals. I have looked after both young and senior dogs, so I'm comfortable adapting to different needs, whether that's keeping an energetic puppy entertained or providing gentle, patient care for an older dog. As a pet owner myself, with two cats and one dog, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for your pets as if they were their own. I'm reliable, attentive, and committed to making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. I always take the time to get to know each pet's routine and personality so they receive the best possible care. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine as I have a very flexible schedule and am available every day of the week. This allows me to accommodate your pet's usual routine, whether they need early morning visits, midday check-ins, evening care, or overnight stays. I understand that every pet has different needs, so I'm happy to work around what suits you and your pet best. I can also provide care in your own home, helping your pets stay comfortable and relaxed in their familiar environment while you're away. My goal is to provide reliable, loving care that gives you complete peace of mind. When caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, loving, and comfortable environment where they can feel relaxed. I have a secure garden for dogs to enjoy supervised outdoor time, and I also have a friendly, well-socialised dog who gets along well with other dogs. I always make sure introductions are done carefully and that every pet feels safe and comfortable. When caring for pets in an owner's home, I understand the importance of keeping their routine as normal as possible. I'm happy to adapt to your pet's usual schedule, including feeding times, walks, playtime, medication, and any specific instructions you have. I believe every pet is unique, so I'll provide personalised care based on what works best for you and your pet, ensuring they feel happy, secure, and well looked after while you're away.
“I couldn’t recommend Emma enough! She was absolutely brilliant with Jax and her care genuinely went above and beyond my expectations. She really took the time to understand him and his needs, even doing enrichment activities with him knowing that, as a Kelpie, he loves plenty of mental stimulation. He was also treated to a little pamper, which was such a lovely extra touch! Most importantly, Jax was so happy and clearly felt completely comfortable and cared for with Emma, which gave me such peace of mind. I wouldn’t hesitate to leave him with her again and will definitely be using her in the future. Thank you so much, Emma!”
“I can recommend Roxane without hesitation. She is highly trustworthy and clearly skilled in working with animals. She provided daily drop-in visits for us over the course of a week while we were away, and she did an excellent job.”

Aimee looked after our 2 cats and had 4 drop in sessions while we were away. We got photos of them after each visit. Aimee took great care to do the practical tasks as well as spend quality time with them and put our minds at ease. Thank you Aimee we hope you can take care of them next time !

Rebecca was brilliant with our cat, Maddie who had not been left on her own before so we were a bit worried, turns out she did great! Rebecca came in twice a day but stayed long enough for extended cuddles and fusses and managed to get Maddie to eat all her food which is rare even when we are here! I would thoroughly recommend and very happily have Rebecca look after Maddie in the future.

Mary was amazing! She managed to step in at the last minute for me as my original cat sitter wasn’t available, she was so friendly and both my boys loved her. Arlo is usually very timid and I was surprised to see he was downstairs playing on their first meet, so I told Mary she must have good energy! I would highly recommend Mary and will definitely use her again in the future! Xx

Momoka was an excellent cat sitter for my indoor ragdoll. She accepted a last minute booking and visited him 2 times each day. Her communication was brilliant and I was able to feel relaxed on my holiday knowing that my cat was being well looked after. She gave Ember lots of attention and gave him the supplements I’d left. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Momoka again.

This was the first time I had needed to use a cat sitter, so was worried about how my cat Hanna would get on with a stranger. Sarah was great, she was patient with Hanna and provided me with daily updates and photos, so I could see for myself that Hanna was growing in confidence over the course of Sarah’s visits. Sarah also managed to administer the daily tablet that Hanna needs to manage various health problems. I highly recommend Sarah. Thank you, Sarah, for taking good care of Hanna while I was away.

Kelly is the best cat sitter. She looked after my three cats so well during the recent heatwave and sent me daily updates, pictures and videos. She also went out of her way and swept my kitchen floor and put out my bin on the day I came home. What a total star ⭐️ !

Emma was excellent with my dog Ruby and I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again. She helped me out at short notice with a one-hour house visit and was reliable, calm, and professional throughout. She first came over for a quick re-meet beforehand so Ruby could refresh with her, which I really appreciated. During that visit she was very measured and confident, even when Ruby got a bit over-excited on seeing her again, and handled the introduction really well. On the day itself she communicated clearly, showed initiative, checked details when needed, let Ruby out for a toilet break, gave her the treats I’d left, and made sure she was settled and comfortable. When I got home, Ruby was calm and happy — always the best sign of good care. Emma also kindly brought in an Amazon parcel while she was there, which was a thoughtful extra touch. She’s a trustworthy, capable, former veterinary nurse who’s great with dogs — highly recommended.

Kate went above and beyond to take care of Luna while I was away. She made sure that Luna was clean ,brushed and had fresh water and food with treats to eat. She would even play for a brief period of time with lunes and give her head scratches and lots of pets so that she doesn't feel like she was missIng anything.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
