I am delighted having found Gabi. She did an outstanding job walking my dog for hours, showed me where she went and sent me loads of pics and videos. Kevin evidently had fun, got plenty of exercise and responded brilliantly to Gabi. She clearly has formed a bond with him in such a short time frame. Being passionate and professional, I've found my ideal sitter and cannot recommend Gabi enough!!

I booked Alan to walk our elderly (and occasionally grumpy) Fourche Terrier Buster, who needed to be walked while we were away on holiday, on the days when there was no-one at home during working hours. Alan was very professional. He responded promptly to all my messages and came to meet Buster beforehand and clarify all his requirements. We received updates and photos of each walk and Buster was obviously very happy with his outings. We were relieved to have found and booked Alan and were confident that Buster was in good hands. Highly recommended.

Felicitas has looked after Sidney twice now, once for the day, and once for a walk. She is very reliable and responsible, and Sidney absolutely loves her! She left the house in a very clean state when she stayed here for the day, and she provided me with regular updates on Sidney while she looked after him. She was very receptive to hear about his needs (which are a lot, being 11 years old now!), and she was understanding about his requirements. I would definitely recommend her, and will be using her again as a very reliable and safe pair of hands to look after my precious boy. His excitement at seeing her shows he enjoys Felicitas looking after him too!

About: I cared for a dog when I was younger, the past couple years I care for 2 cats that we own as a family, yet I miss times when I would take dog for a walk or play in the park. I am self-employed as a taxi driver, so I am very flexible, yet school run in the morning is blocked as I am taking my child to school around 8-9 am. House with fenced garden, a big park near home, 2 polite indoors only female cats to keep the company. I respect your home as I do my own.

About: Let’s start with the crux, I adore dogs. I have grown up with dogs including a Greek rescue dog (he has some quirks, but we work with them and love him regardless!) I am also the proud parent of a wonderful rescue dog from Bosnia, called Ivy. For around 2 years I was a volunteer at Holbrook Animal Rescue centre, in which I gained experience with a variety of breeds and temperaments. With this combined experience, I feel like I have mastered the art of dog play, scratches and fetch (even if sometimes it means doing most of the fetching). I am reliable, loving and committed to providing the best care possible for your dog. Please reach out if you have any questions 🐾 I am currently working full time (Mon-Weds 8-4, Thursday and Friday 9-5:30). This gives me availability in the evenings and on weekends. I am happy to accept bookings with a short notice period. In your home, I make sure to respect any rules and routines that have been set in place. It is your home, but it is also your dog’s home so I understand that a stranger could be unsettling for them. I will also research your area to locate walking areas and the emergency vets.

About: I have been around dogs since I was a young child and have had a dog of my own. Dogs bring me a lot of happiness and I promise to treat your fur-baby as if they were my own. I’m currently working full time but looking to leave my job. Currently, I could look after your pet Friday-Sunday all day & night. That would be boarding, drop-in visits, walking, sitting. I hope that this will become a full time job for me! Our garden is a decent size and is fenced so your pet will be able to roam freely. I will be happy to continue with your crate training if that’s a preference you have.

About: l've grown up with dogs my entire life and have many years of experience providing trusted house sitting for friends, family, and neighbours. I currently own a miniature dachshund, so l truly understand how important routine, reassurance, and companionship are for pets while their owners are away. My approach is calm, attentive, and tailored to each individual animal - from energetic puppies to older pets needing gentler care. I have experience with a wide variety of breeds, as well as cats, and I hold a valid DBS, offering extra peace of mind. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, and I'm able to offer flexible, attentive house sitting that prioritises your pet's normal lifestyle. I plan my time around feeding schedules, walks, play, and downtime, ensuring your pet receives consistent companionship rather than rushed visits. My goal is to provide a seamless, stress-free experience for both pets and owners. I take safety, trust, and comfort extremely seriously. When caring for pets in your home, l follow all instructions closely, maintain routines, and ensure pets are always secure and supervised appropriately. About: Hi! I’ve grown up with dogs from the age of 7, so caring for animals has always been a huge part of my life. I’m also a professional dog groomer and have completed my Level 3 in Dog Grooming, which means I have a strong understanding of dog behaviour, handling, and welfare. I’ve walked and cared for dogs for family and friends, and I’m confident with dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities. I’m calm and patient, but also energetic and playful when dogs need stimulation and fun. I always adapt my care to each dog’s individual needs and routine. I can recognise dog body language and signs of stress or discomfort, so I’m able to respond appropriately and keep dogs feeling safe and relaxed. I also have experience with senior dogs and administering medication, as our family dogs required medication and extra care in their later years. I’m currently transitioning into full-time dog grooming and pet care. At present, I have dedicated availability on Tuesdays, with plans to expand my schedule in the near future. I’m happy to discuss future recurring bookings as my availability grows. Your pet’s safety and wellbeing are my top priority. As a Level 3 qualified professional dog groomer, I’m trained in safe handling, dog behaviour, and recognising signs of stress, anxiety, or discomfort. I’m calm, patient, and confident reading dog body language, so I can adapt my approach to suit each dog’s personality and needs. I have lifelong experience caring for family dogs and have supported senior dogs with health conditions, including administering medication and adjusting routines around meals and comfort. I always follow owner instructions carefully and keep routines consistent to help pets feel secure. I’m happy to provide regular photo and message updates so you can feel reassured that your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for. I understand how important it is that someone understands the needs and routine for your dog and that it can be hard to trust that someone will fulfil this.

Couldn’t have been happier with the service that Lauren offered. I needed some last minute care for our Whippet and Lauren was the first person I messaged on Rover and I’m so glad I did! She was more than happy to pre-meet with Rue, ahead of our booking, so that Rue could familiarise herself with Lauren but safe to say that there were absolutely no issues there and Rue loved her from the get go!
