About: Hi my names themariah and i am (in my opinion) the biggest animal lover i know:3 Alongside having growing up with a number of different pet species, ive had many experiences caring for many different animals,, for example studying animal care at plumpton college where i learnt how provide the proper care for a variety of animals e.g efficiently cleaning out their cages and providing them with the right type/ amount of food and learning how to properly handle them I also did a few months of work experience for my course volunteering at a dog daycare for a couple of hours each day, where i helped with socialising and entertaining the dogs there ( i also snuck a few cuddles in cause who could resist) i’m looking forward to meeting your pet and getting to know them and care for them! i am currently unemployed but working on building a buisness of my own as i love working with and looking after animals! So i will be able to be with your pets all day unless i have a scheduled dog walk / need to pop out to grab food etc! i am very clean and organised and pay attention to the small details so will work very well at keeping your pet safe and looked after,,i will need to have a settle in tour of your house so i know where all the important things are and where your pet usually sleeps ( if they have a certain spot)

About: I’ve taken care of various dogs and cats since I was a teenager (15 years), including growing up with labradors and have even boarded for my auntie’s St Bernard! I’m currently supply teaching and ad hoc wedding styling so fairly flexible with a lot of my work being booked on the day. Always more free during the week. I will treat all pets like my own and care for them in a way that is as normal for them as possible. Love different dog walks and at the owners discretion, happy to bring my own pup for a walk if your doggy would like that!!
“Felicitas has looked after Sidney twice now, once for the day, and once for a walk. She is very reliable and responsible, and Sidney absolutely loves her! She left the house in a very clean state when she stayed here for the day, and she provided me with regular updates on Sidney while she looked after him. She was very receptive to hear about his needs (which are a lot, being 11 years old now!), and she was understanding about his requirements. I would definitely recommend her, and will be using her again as a very reliable and safe pair of hands to look after my precious boy. His excitement at seeing her shows he enjoys Felicitas looking after him too!”

About: I’ve always been around animals and genuinely love caring for them. I have experience looking after both dogs and cats, including walking dogs of different sizes and temperaments, and providing calm, attentive care for cats in their own homes or in my own home. I understand that every pet has their own personality and routine, so I always take the time to get to know them and make sure they feel comfortable and safe. Whether it’s an energetic walk, a relaxed visit, or just keeping them company, I treat every pet as if they were my own. I’m reliable, patient, and attentive to detail, and I’ll always keep you updated with messages and photos so you know your pet is happy and well cared for. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine as I work from home and part-time, so I’m able to give pets plenty of attention throughout the day. Dogs in my care won’t be left alone and will enjoy regular walks, playtime, and a consistent routine. I have children who are at school during the week, and they are gentle and used to being around animals. For pets that are comfortable with children, they’ll receive plenty of love and attention in a family environment. I also have a secure, fenced garden where dogs can safely relax and play. If your dog or cat prefers to stay in their own home, I’m more than happy to offer drop-in visits for feeding, playtime, and companionship, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for in their familiar surroundings. I care for every pet as if they were my own, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well looked after at all times. I follow each pet’s usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding times, walks, play, and any specific care instructions, so they experience as little disruption as possible. Before any booking, I like to arrange a meet and greet so I can get to know you and your pet, understand their personality, likes, dislikes, and any special requirements. This also gives you the chance to feel confident and comfortable with me. In your home, I make sure your pet feels relaxed in their familiar environment, providing companionship, playtime, and lots of attention while respecting their space. In my home, pets are welcomed into a calm, safe, and loving environment where they’ll be supervised and included as part of the household. I’m attentive to each pet’s needs and behaviour, whether they’re energetic and playful or more shy and independent, and I always prioritise their comfort, safety, and happiness.
“Very professional and friendly- kept me informed of how the walk went with photos. Totally trust Alex with my dog and will be using her for a regular weekly walk without hesitation”

“I booked Alan to walk our elderly (and occasionally grumpy) Fourche Terrier Buster, who needed to be walked while we were away on holiday, on the days when there was no-one at home during working hours. Alan was very professional. He responded promptly to all my messages and came to meet Buster beforehand and clarify all his requirements. We received updates and photos of each walk and Buster was obviously very happy with his outings. We were relieved to have found and booked Alan and were confident that Buster was in good hands. Highly recommended.”

“Dishita has been great with my dog Maggie. Very friendly and confident with walking her, great communication and felt very safe and comfortable with her coming to pick Maggie up from our home. She deals with some of Maggie’s more stubborn quirks perfectly and I’ll definitely be asking her to walk regularly again!”

“Joanne is a life saver. Really helped me out last minute. Looked after my dog really well, sent lots of pictures, detailed updates and was a lovely person when we met her. So glad to have found her and would definitely recommend!”

House with fenced garden, a big park near home, 2 polite indoors only female cats to keep the company. I respect your home as I do my own.

About: Let’s start with the crux, I adore dogs. I have grown up with dogs including a Greek rescue dog (he has some quirks, but we work with them and love him regardless!) I am also the proud parent of a wonderful rescue dog from Bosnia, called Ivy. For around 2 years I was a volunteer at Holbrook Animal Rescue centre, in which I gained experience with a variety of breeds and temperaments. With this combined experience, I feel like I have mastered the art of dog play, scratches and fetch (even if sometimes it means doing most of the fetching). I am reliable, loving and committed to providing the best care possible for your dog. Please reach out if you have any questions 🐾 I am currently working full time (Mon-Weds 8-4, Thursday and Friday 9-5:30). This gives me availability in the evenings and on weekends. I am happy to accept bookings with a short notice period. In your home, I make sure to respect any rules and routines that have been set in place. It is your home, but it is also your dog’s home so I understand that a stranger could be unsettling for them. I will also research your area to locate walking areas and the emergency vets.

When caring for pets in an owner’s home, I respect their space and follow all instructions closely to maintain consistency in the pet’s routine. I make sure they get the right balance of attention, play, and rest, while also keeping the home tidy and cared for. No matter where I’m caring for pets, I treat them like part of the family and give them the same love and attention I’d want for my own. I don’t have a garden but I have a big field at the end of my road!
“Couldn’t have been happier with the service that Lauren offered. I needed some last minute care for our Whippet and Lauren was the first person I messaged on Rover and I’m so glad I did! She was more than happy to pre-meet with Rue, ahead of our booking, so that Rue could familiarise herself with Lauren but safe to say that there were absolutely no issues there and Rue loved her from the get go! Will definitely be booking with Lauren again 🐾”

About: Hello! I'm Emma and I'm very pleased to meet you. I look forward to hearing more about you and your pets and what I can do for you! Bit about me!: I have had pets (aka furry side kicks!) my entire life and wouldn't have it any other way! In that sense I am very well-versed in the daily needs of dogs and cats and am not phased by any 'surprise' presents either. I have spent hours upon hours on hikes in the country with dogs and cuddled up on the sofa with dogs+cats - my absolute favourite places to be. Additionally, the majority of my family pets have been rescue animals, so I always remain conscious of the specific history or needs of any pets I meet, to ensure my approach to caring for them is tailored accordingly, for minimal stress and maximum waggy tails! Currently I own a handsome 7-year-old cat and then frequently visit and look after my parents' 2-year-old dog and 13-year-old cat, whom I very much class as 'my own!' They are quite the bunch of personalities and supply hours of entertainment - much to my delight. Our pets are our family and I understand how hard it is to leave them. I would be thrilled to look after your pets however you need and you can rest assured they would be loved as much as if they were my own! Please do get in touch :) I work from home Monday-Friday 9-5:30 so I am flexible to whatever you may need, including: 1. Pop-ins or dog walking before 8:30am, between 12-2pm and after 6pm 2. All-day house sit if I can work from your home 3. Overnight stays I love to go out for walks during my lunch break, and would always love some furry company! Just let me know if you have a preferred walking area too and I'd be happy to explore. I am mostly available during the week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, but would be open to discussing weekend trips if I am free :) Whilst at your home or out for a walk as appropriate, I would ensure that: 1. Your pet is in my sight at all times 2. Your pet's water and food (if relevant) bowl is at the right level 3. Your pet gets play time with their favourite toy! 4. Your pet's discipline routine is upheld. 5. Your dog is kept on the lead around other dogs, until it is clear everyone is safe to say hello. 6. Any 'surprises' are cleared up 7. Any muddy paws are washed 8. Lots of cuddles are given! 9. Pictures/updates are taken and sent! 10. Any special request you have is adhered to precisely, for your own peace of mind and for your pet's optimal health and wellbeing 11. Any emergency numbers (yours or your vets) are nearby and accessible.

“Bronn walked out Frenchie for a few days while we were away on holiday. We arranged to meet a few days before our trip, along with our dog (Princess - our rescue), so we could put a face to the name and check Princess liked her! Princess was collected each day on time for her walk and was excited each day to be going out. We also received a daily report and a photo of Princess out snd about. I was a bit unsure about using a dog walker because my dog is very strong and isn’t great on a lead, but I would recommend Bronn.”

Reliable, punctual, and fantastic with our dog. David really tailors each walk to our dog’s individual needs and always make sure they get a proper walk rather than just a quick trip to the park. Communication is excellent — we’re always kept informed about how the walk went. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog walker.
