When I take your dog on a walk, their safety, happiness, and well-being are my top priorities. I tailor each walk to your dog’s energy level and personality, ensuring a balance of fun and exercise. I keep a close eye on their behavior, offering plenty of positive reinforcement and breaks when needed. I always choose safe walking routes, avoiding busy streets or dangerous areas, and use secure leashes and harnesses for extra peace of mind. If your dog loves socializing, I facilitate friendly interactions with other dogs, or if they’re more reserved, we stick to quieter paths. Hydration and comfort are key, so I’m prepared with water and anything else your pup might need. Every walk is a chance for them to explore, stay active, and feel loved.

About: Hello I’m Nic 👋 I’m a lifelong dog lover who’s been lucky to share my life with 3 beautiful dogs at different chapters. Most recently 12.5 joyful years with our amazing, energetic “mad as a box of frogs” working cocker who kept us on our toes! 🤭 I’ve cared for many dogs too over the years from loveable Labradors, beautiful Boxers to sofa snoozing whippets. 🐕 We don’t have a dog currently, so excited to be able to give my time, care and love to your loving pet 🐾 Here’s how I can help: • Dog Walking (in your local area) – choose from short or longer walks tailored to your dog’s needs. • Drop-in Visits including feeding (if required), plenty of fuss, play and toilet breaks. • Day Care (includes 2 x walks) we welcome one dog per day, or two (from the same owner) on weekdays. A quiet home with fully enclosed garden. Our space is child free from 8:15am-5pm, early evening our son will be around (please advise if your dog is unable to be around a 10year old). 🚘 I travel to you for walks & drop in visits ⏰ Flexible schedule I’m super-flexible especially Mon - Thurs, a little less flexibility Fri-Sun but not all the time, so do ask me, with enough notice I try to accommodate as best I can. I work part time hours from home each day, and my husband mainly works from home too, so if your dog is booked in for Daycare they will receive plenty or fuss, attention and care. 🐾 Safety, trust & environment ✨ We have a large kitchen extension for daycare with secured garden. Towels supplied to dry off any wet fur or muddy paws after walks, plenty of blankets, and a secure place to store food & medication, these can also be kept in the fridge if need-be. 🔑 If I’m coming to you, I’ll take care of your pet as well as your key, making sure I fully lock up before I leave.

He sends pictures and enough info so you know all is well. About: I have had dogs in my family since childhood, and as an adult I have owned and loved dogs for over 35 years. I love the outdoors so my dog gets a good walk twice a day, every day! I work from home, so I amalways on hand to keep dogs company, making sure the can go outside when they want, and are never left alone for prolonged periods. I have a fenced and gated garden with a lawn, so your dog can safely be outside if they wish, with enough space to play.

About: I know how hard it is to find reliable care that fits around real life, and how important routine consistency is for your dog. I realised that I can help and am excited to offer solo, on-lead neighbourhood walks. With a one-on-one, your dog gets my full attention and sets the pace. Whether that's a slow sniffy walk or a heart-raising stomp. I'm a very active, all-weather walker. So you can be assured that I will show up in all conditions and ensure your dog gets a good, consistent walk experience. I currently focus on one-to-one walks and am offering introductory pricing while I build my Rover profile. I take caring for your dog seriously and will treat your dog as my own, and can send you updates on the way. Once we've built trust, if you are comfortable, I may optionally suggest an occasional walk with my own friendly Labrador. I currently work from home on Tuesdays and Fridays so can offer walks before 9am, lunchtimes, and after 4pm on those days. I can also be flexible at times, so please ask if you are unsure as it might work out. I keep my availability realistic so I can be dependable for the walks I accept. On weekends, I'm much more flexible so if you're looking for regular or last-minute help, let me know and I will do my best to help you out. I'm not offering home care right now, as I prefer to take time to properly understand each dog and their routine first. Let's have a conversation when we meet if this is something you require.

About: I’ve taken care of a different range of dogs my whole life and have experience working at a kennels in my teens. I also have experience with terriers having grown up with them and their mixed personalities. I also regularly look after a large reactive dog and walk him regularly. If trained on the lead and doesn’t pull I can also walk large dogs. I currently do not have any pets at home. But I do work from home so now have capacity to look after dogs during the week or dog and cats in their own homes. I can be flexible with my days and change my office days to suit. I have a fenced garden with enough room to play. I also live near some nice walking routes and have a car to take any dogs further a field (if appropriate). I live in a house with other adults so dogs will have lots of love, company or space depending on the dogs need. However I will be the only person caring for the dog. I can accommodate dogs that need to sleep on the bed, have room for dog beds and or crates depending on what the dog is used too.

About: I am recently retired and I have never owned my own dog but I’m grandma to a rescue dog who I look after often. She’s quite tricky on walks as she is reactive to other dogs but I have learnt to manage her well I have plenty of time as I’m newly retired and I really enjoy walking so I’m looking forward to taking some company along with me I have an enclosed garden and live a couple of minutes walk from lots of fields and woods where there are lots of pleasant walks

About: Had dogs in the family or around me since I was small. Have always loved dogs and quite often walked family/ friend's dogs. From short but slow strolls to long and active woodland walks. Full time work has wound down for the summer so I’m available to care/ walk your dogs any day of the week other then Sundays, but happy to have a conversation if desperate! As I would be caring for your dogs in your home I would do as you do as that is what is familiar and comforting for the dogs.

About: I’ve been around dogs and other pets for most of my life and love caring for them. I often look after my daughter’s dogs - a lively working cocker spaniel and a sweet bichon mixed breed. Before that, we had a much-loved Airedale who was a member of our family for many years, who we got as a puppy. I’ve also had other pets in the past who lived long, happy lives, so I understand the commitment, patience and love they need. Family, friends and neighbours have trusted me over the years to walk, feed and keep their pets company. Having cared for dogs with different temperaments and needs, I make sure each pet feels comfortable, safe and well looked after. Whether it’s walks, playtime or cuddles, I’ll treat your pet as if they were my own. My work is very flexible at the moment, which means I have plenty of spare time to dedicate to pet care. I love being around dogs, and I’m looking to spend more time looking after them because it brings me a lot of joy. With a little notice, I can easily fit walks, playtime and general care into my daily routine without any problem. I’m also available some weekends. In my home, pets are cared for as if they were my own. I have a safe, fenced garden where dogs can play and explore securely, and they’re always supervised. I make sure they feel comfortable, with plenty of walks, playtime and cuddles to suit their needs. In a pet owners home, I follow their usual routines closely so pets feel settled and cared for, keeping to their feeding, exercise and rest schedules. About: Since a young age I have always loved animals. I have grown up in an environment filled with pets and always loved understanding each ones quirks and qualities. I have cared for many family and friends pets and I find a real joy in doing so. I love any animal big or small and any temperament. I am excited to start my Rovers journey!. I am a Play Therapist, work part time (Thurs/Fri) in a school and care for SEN children. I am available morning and evenings for drop ins or if over night care I can do this at any point. I have a Level 3 Certificate in Animal Management and have worked for places such as RSPCA and Cats Protection so you can be sure that not only will your pet be treated with love and care, but will be in very safe and knowledgable hands! I have grown up my whole life with dogs and cats, including our gorgeous family dog who sadly passed away last year. She was a rescue with some food and fear aggression towards dogs so I am also very comfortable with these situations too! I have also grown up with cats, from kitten age to seniors, including cats with special requirements such as medication needs! I trained Nala from a puppy so am very comfortable with looking after puppies of any age and can offer lots of cuddles and attention with some training games mixed in! I currently have a full time office job but animals are my true passion! I am available week days from 6pm and weekends at any time! Your pet will have my undivided attention while in your home or out and about on our fun walks! I will walk your dog close to your area so you can be sure they will be comfortable and feel safe in their surroundings!
