About: I have a huge love for dogs and animals in general, what I may lack in direct experience will definitely be made up in effort and patience! I volunteer for an animal rescue so am not afraid to get stuck in as well as being trusted to look after friends smaller pets. I work a flexible office role so currently work from home on Fridays which I can increase if needed. This also means I can regularly take any pets out as and when they need. I am free for overnight stays Thursday-Saturday so happy to board pets! I have a safe and secure 2 bedroom flat which has space to bring a cage in if needed. We have bottom opening windows so very safe for animals as they cannot jump out! Access to all rooms for the pets so they’re not restricted. I live close by to the sea and green space as well as owning a car so there are plenty of options for long or short varied walks.

About: We’ve had dogs our whole lives and now have our own little fur baby, Hiccup. We love watching pups gain trust and feel at home during their stay with us. Before moving to the UK in 2020, we spent over three years dog-sitting in South Africa. Now, we continue pursuing our passion for animals by caring for dogs together, with Hiccup as our friendly sidekick. We promise to treat your furry friends as if they were our own, with endless kindness, cuddles, and love. 💕🐾 A normal day in our life with Hiccup: wake up then feed him & take him for a quick walk. Play at lunchtime then evening walk and dinner We have a back garden which is fully enclosed so it’s very safe for the dogs to enjoy. Hiccup spends several hours out there enjoying the fresh air and sunshine.

About: I’ve cared for dogs for several years, including my own dog as well as family members’ and family friends’ dogs. Through this experience, I’ve looked after dogs with different personalities and routines, taking care of feeding, walking, playing, providing companionship, and ensuring they feel safe and comfortable. I’m confident with daily care, sticking to owners’ instructions, and giving each dog plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. I understand how important it is to keep owners updated and to treat every dog as if they were my own. I also have experience caring for a young dog, so I’m familiar with puppy routines, basic training reinforcement, toilet breaks, and providing lots of patience and positive encouragement. I’m currently working part time on Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday early mornings so I am available from around 9am on those days. On my days off I have a very flexible schedule and I always ensure my calendar is up to date with my availability. Whilst house sitting my main priority is to ensure that your pet feels minimal disruption and feels safe and comfortable in their home with me. I will follow all care instructions including feeding schedules, walks, medication and any house rules you may have for your pet. I will treat your home with respect by ensuring it is secure and clean so that you can feel minimal disruption from my stay. I will send regular updates and photos so you can see exactly what your pet is doing.

About: You don't have to chose. I love cats and dogs equally. I've got a lovely and affectionate tabby cat and a wired miniture Daschund who are my whole world. I always put them first and want them to be happy and safe. I would treat your pets with the same care and provide you with pictures and updates of their day. I have plenty of time to take care of your pup or kitty. I can take them outside every 2 hours and for 2 walks per day. I have a spacious ground floor flat where they'll be free to roam with no restrictions. I have a front garden and live next to a large green. I have and take my dog on 2-3 walks a day. They will have company with my friendly cat and dog. I can't look after male cats due to territorial behaviour from my male cat.

I have grown up surrounded by rescue dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities, which has given me a real understanding of how different every dog’s needs can be. As an adult, I’ve regularly looked after my mum’s three rescue dogs when she’s away. This includes daily care, safe and enjoyable walks and making sure they’re happy, settled, and well looked after at all times. I’m very attentive to routines, safety, and individual needs, whether that’s exercise or plenty of fuss and cuddles on their terms. From personal experience, I know how important it is for dog owners to feel reassured that their pet will be treated as part of the family, and that’s exactly the level of care, love, and respect I give to every dog I look after. One of us currently works part-time from home, so your dog will have plenty of company, attention, and cuddles throughout the day. Alongside us, we share our home with our dog, Dolly, who loves to play and is always happy to give visiting dogs lots of attention. We’re available for weekday boarding, as well as doggy day care and drop-in visits or walks, and we aim to make every dog feel relaxed, loved, and right at home while they’re with us. They are welcome on the sofa and bed for cuddles, if they’re allowed at home of course 🙂 We live in a house on a quiet residential road close to Hove Park, with a fully enclosed garden where dogs can safely do their business and enjoy some fresh air. We’re lucky to have great walking routes right on our doorstep, which means plenty of long, enjoyable walks and outdoor time if your dog needs it. Our own dog, Dolly, is out and about several times a day for relaxed sniffs around the neighbourhood and trips to Hove Park, and we’re more than happy to include your dog in these routines so they feel settled, stimulated, and right at home.

About: I’ve had pets all my life from my cat who I had for 18 years to my dog that I’ve had for nearly 8 years I have worked with my dog to help me become a dog massager for my university course that I did I have full training in EMMI-pet teeth cleaning and am a qualified dog groomer I work for an agency so do find out when I am needed for work at the beginning of a week that is why it would be great to be given notice of pet sitting so that I can give you and your pets my time I will keep everything out of reach of your dog and would send you regular pictures of your pets while you away to give you peace of mind that they are looked after

About: Hi I’m Lorna, I work in the charity and well-being space and recently moved to Shoreham a few months ago. Over the past 8 years I have developed a huge love for dogs and the dream is to have one of my own one day. For now, I’m looking to meet and care for as many dogs as possible and help out where I can, giving them company, walks, love and attention to help make them feel as happy as possible. I love walking, exploring nature and being outdoors so could spend hours outside strolling with your pooch. Being a yoga teacher I have a calming nature and just love being around dogs, I think everyone should have one in their life, they are so good for wellbeing. I have done numerous accounts of dog sitting over the past few years for a friends 2 staffs and more recently many dog walks and sitting for a family members Mastiff. I also regularly walk a lovely Bichon Frise, so have experience caring for dogs both big and small. I would look after your dog like my own, so please drop me a line if you'd like me to help :) I'm currently self employed, growing my own wellness business whilst working part time at my local charity shop so I have a couple of afternoons free every week to spend time with your pooch. Communication is key when looking after your dog in your home.
