“Emily was a fabulous! She took great care of our cat, including giving her medication, and spent time every day making a fuss of her and playing with her. She kept us up to date every day with photos and videos, which was really nice. We'd 100% recommend Emily and will book her for any future trips away. ”

“We were so pleased with Inesa, who checked in on our sausage dog. She arrived at the time we had discussed and kept us updated. We will be using her again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family!”

“Marrianne took the time to meet with me and my cat before I went away and her daily updates gave great assurance that my cat was well cared for and happy. I will certainly recommend and book Marrianne again. Thank you, Marianne.”

About: I already dog sit for my family’s dogs and have realised it’s something I genuinely enjoy doing. I regularly look after a rescue dog, a sausage dog, and a Labrador—sometimes all three at the same time—so I’m no stranger to busy households and dogs with different personalities and needs. Caring for multiple dogs has given me confidence in handling a variety of breeds, temperaments, and routines. Whether it’s feeding, walking, playtime, or simply making sure they feel comfortable and cared for, I take the responsibility seriously. I’ve also done babysitting in the past, which has helped me develop professionalism, reliability, and respect when working in other people’s homes. I understand the importance of trust and will always treat your pets and home with care. I’m currently in between jobs, so from now until the end of the summer holidays I have a very flexible schedule and can dedicate plenty of time to caring for your dog. This means I’m available throughout the week for walks, drop-ins, daycare, or overnight stays. I can also help on weekends if needed. I’ll make sure your dog gets plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship while they’re in my care. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness will always be my top priorities. I take the time to learn each dog’s routine, personality, and any specific needs they may have so they feel secure and well cared for. I’m confident handling dogs of different sizes, breeds, and temperaments, and I always follow owners’ instructions closely. Whether in your home or out on walks, I’ll treat your pet with the same care and attention I give my own family’s dogs, while also respecting your home and keeping you updated for peace of mind.

About: I have loved animals for as long as I can remember. I spent my teen years pet sitting for family and friends, and for a long time, I was a regular on BorrowMyDoggy while I waited to finally have a dog of my own. That dream came true, and I now share a dog with my partner and his Mum. We also have a cat in the house, so I’m very used to managing a multi-pet household. I’m currently at home quite a bit, which means I can offer plenty of company, consistent routines, and long walks. I’ve spent 15 years working in schools and have just finished my degree, so you can trust that I’m reliable, organised, and will treat your pets like my own family. I'm currently working part time so I have lots of free time to offer pet sitting services. I'm looking to either pet sit in someone's home or offer dog walks. I make sure to be extra vigilant when looking after someone's pet in their home and to follow any instructions which may have been left.

“Laura is very punctual and quick to respond. Laura is very polite, does a thorough job and communicates well when required. Always sending a summary of her visit at the end. Thank you Laura”

About: I’ve always had animals at the centre of my life, and caring for them comes naturally to me. Over the years I’ve walked my friends’ dogs regularly and looked after a wide range of animals including horses, cats, tortoises and ducks. I’ve even gained hands-on experience working at an animal sanctuary in Australia, which strengthened my understanding of animal care and responsibility. I currently have three cats of my own, so I know just how important it is to trust someone with your pets. While I’m not able to have a dog full-time, Rover gives me the perfect opportunity to spend time with them and provide the same love, care and attention I give my own pets. I take real pride in looking after animals and will always treat yours as if they were my own. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine as I already care for my three cats every day, including feeding, grooming, play, litter maintenance, and monitoring their wellbeing. I also work flexibly from home, which allows me to easily fit pet care around my schedule and be present throughout the day. On a weekly basis, I also help look after friends’ pets when needed, including dog walking and cat sitting, so I’m experienced in balancing additional responsibilities alongside my routine. Because I genuinely enjoy being around animals, I naturally prioritise their care and make sure I’m attentive, reliable, and consistent whenever I’m looking after them. I will need to look after animals in the pet owners home. I follow the pet’s established routine as closely as possible to help them feel safe and secure in their familiar environment. I take time to understand their specific needs, habits, and preferences, including feeding schedules, exercise requirements, and any medication or special care instructions. I always aim to provide calm, attentive, and respectful care, treating every pet as if they were my own while ensuring their home is left clean, tidy, and exactly as found.

About: Hello!! I have always loved dogs!! We’ve always had dogs growing up and then when I moved to Spain I started volunteering at the weekends for a dog shelter...of course within a week I had rescued Oreo haha! He was about 18 months old and had never lived in a house before. Oreo came with many many challenges but with a lot of positive reinforcement and patience he learned what was okay to do and what wasn't! Dogs have always been a huge part of my family and life! People who don't have pets don't understand that dogs (and other animals) are just as important as humans (or even more so). Growing up we had German Shephards and Border Terriers. So I have always been around both big dogs and little dogs. My partner and I both absolutely adore animals. We both work from home so are always around to spend time with our furry friends and walk them three times a day: 1 hour in the morning, 1 hour / evening and a short walk in the afternoon. Oreo is always delighted to have the company of other dogs in the house as we also live with two cats and he says sometimes he just misses his own kind haha! I am a very active person and I love being outdoors, walking ... and exploring new parks and greens! :) I promise that if you let me take care of your pup, we will have a great time together. I can adapt the routine to whatever needs your dog has. I can also administer medication or special diet if that’s what your pup needs. I send loads of photos and videos because I know what it feels like to leave mine ...! I assure endless affection and care!! Lots of cuddles and love! Please don’t hesitate to message me with any questions or more information! We look forward to meeting you and your dog soon!! P.S My old reviews are in Spanish because I was living there for years, please translate them if you want some reassurance from previous owners! Thanks <3
“Natasha was brilliant looking after Lola for us over Christmas. Great communication before we went away and she really put our minds at rest with her daily messages and videos letting us know how Lola was. Thank you so much, we will definitely use Natasha again ”

About: Hi I’m Lorna, I work in the charity and well-being space and recently moved to Shoreham a few months ago. Over the past 8 years I have developed a huge love for dogs and the dream is to have one of my own one day. For now, I’m looking to meet and care for as many dogs as possible and help out where I can, giving them company, walks, love and attention to help make them feel as happy as possible. I love walking, exploring nature and being outdoors so could spend hours outside strolling with your pooch. Being a yoga teacher I have a calming nature and just love being around dogs, I think everyone should have one in their life, they are so good for wellbeing. I have done numerous accounts of dog sitting over the past few years for a friends 2 staffs and more recently many dog walks and sitting for a family members Mastiff. I also regularly walk a lovely Bichon Frise, so have experience caring for dogs both big and small. I would look after your dog like my own, so please drop me a line if you'd like me to help :) I'm currently self employed, growing my own wellness business whilst working part time at my local charity shop so I have a couple of afternoons free every week to spend time with your pooch. Communication is key when looking after your dog in your home. I want to ensure they feel happy and relaxed as if you were there, so I'll make sure we have a chat beforehand so I understand and can meet the needs of your dog. After all, each dog is unique :)
About: I take care of all animals with love and compassion, making sure they feel safe and comfortable under my care. With years of experience with dogs, I can handle any situation with ease and confidence. I’m told I have a calming and gentle presence which help animals to relax and trust me quickly. My passion for animals led me to volunteer at animal shelters before I became a dog owner. I gained valuable experience working with a variety of animals. I have two Corgi crosses of my own called Milo and Bella, they are my absolute world. I currently work part time and find I have days spare and would love to be able to fill that time doing something that brings me joy. I am dedicated to providing the best possible care for your pets, ensuring they receive the attention and affection they deserve. I’m more than happy to come to your home and spend time playing with or cuddling your pets, as well as feeding, walking or letting them out for toilet breaks. About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats and my family have re-homed various pets over the years. I also have experience in looking after puppies and kittens. I am kind and patient and am able to spot when a pet may be anxious or stressed. I work from home a few times a week and so am able to walk dogs or let pets out for a toilet break most days. I live locally and am also able to stay over to pet or house sit if required. My garden is secure and I have experience looking after all types of breeds including small, medium and large dogs. Chloe was absolutely wonderful taking care of our cat, Moses. She is very attentive and you can truly tell how much she loves animals. She did a fantastic job making sure Moses received all the medication he needed, and she also spent quality time with him giving him lots of cuddles and affection. It gave us great peace of mind knowing he was in such caring hands. We would definitely recommend her and happily contact her again in the future.
Jodie really went above and beyond whilst we were away. Great communication. Cole didn't seem to be doing very well the first day Jodie visited. But Jodie was able to check in on Cole even when it wasn't her check in day. I really appreciate that. Jodie is a real sweet and kind person who really loves animals and it seems Cole is a fan of hers too!!
