Roz was a lifesaver, helping me out at very short notice with litter box cleaning, bowl washing, and feeding when my carers let me down. I’m disabled and neurodivergent and was really struggling with pain and motor deficits that day — being autistic, having things done exactly how I needed and without fuss made it so much easier. This was my first time using the app, so I didn’t quite know what to expect but Roz was prompt, polite, quick to respond to messages, patient, and happy to help. If you’re after someone calm rather than a big, loud, chatty personality, she’d be a great fit — which also went down well with Sabrina, who’s historically shy and needs a quiet, calm manner to feel comfortable. She came out to say hello, didn’t hide, seem frightened or as though she disliked Roz at any point during the visit which is a huge win in our house. It’s an unusual ask to have someone visit while I’m also home, but she didn’t make it weird at all and was immediately ready to jump in and help. Really grateful — would recommend her without hesitation.

I highly recommend Roz as a cat sitter. She looked after my cats wonderfully and was so caring and attentive with them. They warmed to her straight away, which gave me real peace of mind while I was away. Roz kept me updated with regular messages and lovely photos, which were incredibly reassuring and made it much easier to relax knowing they were happy and well cared for. I wouldn't hesitate to book her again and would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, reliable, and trustworthy cat sitter.
