About: 🐱🐶 Lifelong animal lover with experience caring for cats, kittens, and dogs, including volunteering at an animal shelter and fostering cats.🐱🐶 I’ve loved animals from a very young age and come from a very animal-loving family. Growing up, we always had cats at home, and I’ve helped care for kittens since I was a child. While living in Tokyo, where pets weren’t allowed in my apartment, I volunteered at a local animal shelter walking dogs and helping care for the animals. During the pandemic, I also fostered two cats, including one with special needs, which was one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve had. I’m very attentive to each animal’s personality and needs, whether they’re energetic, shy, or require extra patience and care. I’ll always treat your pet with the same kindness, attention, and responsibility as if they were my own. I’m also happy to send regular updates and photos so you know your pet is safe and happy while you’re away. I currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time to caring for pets. I’m available for dog walking, drop-in visits, and cat sitting during the week and many weekends. I enjoy spending time outdoors and going for walks, so dog walking fits naturally into my routine. I’m also happy to adapt to your pet’s usual schedule for feeding, walks, or check-ins so they can keep their normal routine as much as possible. I always aim to create a calm, safe, and respectful environment for pets. In a pet owner’s home, I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding, walks, medications, and routines so your pet feels comfortable and secure. I’m attentive to each animal’s personality and needs, whether they enjoy lots of play and interaction or prefer a quieter approach. I also make sure doors, gates, and living spaces are secure and that pets always have fresh water and a clean environment. I treat every home and pet with the same care and respect I would expect for my own.

About: I grew up with rescue dogs and cats but my adult lifestyle never fit with having my own. So, to get my doggy fix I've walked and house sat for dogs, of all sizes and many different breeds, for friends, for work and through another app. Bernese and Hovawart, Weimaraner and whippet, as well as crossbreeds and my favourites, cocker spaniels. I'm forever stopping my run to pet someone's doggy. Happy to look after cats too and a kitty cuddle is always a bonus. I'm currently studying with open university and have found housesitting and dog walking fit perfectly with studying. I run and walk lots and enjoy adventuring with a furry companion. I am happy to travel to house/dog sit for a week or more. However, I prefer to only accept dog walking clients closer to my home near Newhaven, East Sussex. I enjoy taking care of doggies in their own home, where their routines often do not need to change much. In a previous career I spent many years managing high end private chalets and villas as well as working on superyachts, so I have experience and references in taking great care of your property as well as your doggies.

About: Me and my wife are both quite outdoorsy people. Most of the dog behavior issues are from excessive energy. So I believe all tired dogs are good dogs. We hike a lot as we had a border collie for 15 years. Training is also important. I believe all dogs can be trained. We just have to be consistent with it. Doing bit by bit everyday. I’m currently working from home. So my hours are based on my puppy’s schedule. Feeding her 8am in the morning and then walk her right after. Bathroom breaks every couple of hours if we’re not out and about, Last walk of the day at 10:30pm before everyone in the house goes to bed. We found her better behave as we stick to the schedule as much as we can. There’s some basic elements in every household that a dog needs if we recognize them and fit in to our lifestyle, it is the same anywhere we live.

About: Aside from looking after my own adorable border terrier, I've cared for dogs big and small, cuddled up to some cats, guinea pigs, birds, snakes and fed some fish! I've always loved animals and as a pet owner I understand how important it is that your animal friends are treated with love and care. I have previous experience administering medication to both cats and dogs, carrying elderly dogs up and down the stairs (just small ones, I'm not that buff!) and looking after energetic puppies. I'm more than happy to meet any animal that needs caring for. I'm sure we'll get along great! I'm currently only studying on Mondays and Tuesdays until 4pm, so the rest of the week I'm completely free! I'm also more than happy to housesit on these days if you don't mind me being out at the beginning of the week (but every other day I'm a big homebody!). I completely understand that some pets can be nervous having a new person coming into their home. Absolutely anything I can do to make both you and your pet feel more comfortable- just say the word! I have experience crating dogs and soothing nervous ones- whether it's a stroke or a run around they need. I always try to leave a place better than how I found it. No messes! I'd love to chat with you more about your pet and get to know how to best take care of your individual animal friend's needs.

About: My brother has a beautiful chow that I watch regularly. I’m very active and would love to have a companion (whether just a walk or a sleepover). I appreciate that each dog will have their own unique personalities and needs, and I’m happy to work around that. I walk each morning and evening, so I’m really interested in walking/boarding dogs. Please get in touch if you need support! My house has a fenced garden, nearby parks (< 2min), and room for them to relax. I don’t own a pet currently but watch dogs regularly x I mainly work from home so looking after pups fits in well with my weekly routine. With enough notice I can work from home which allows me to care for dogs during the working week. I’m vigilant, caring and enjoy spending time with dogs. I am happy to meet up before the booking, particularly if a dog is staying with me, so they can familiarise themselves with the space.
