“Georgie did a day sit for us whilst we were at a wedding. She seemed very experienced and knowledgeable. She sent a good amount of updates and our girls seemed very happy when we returned. I would definitely book her again (in fact I already have!).”

About: 🐾 https://www.rover.com/sit/louisf45125 Use this code to get £15 off your first sit! 🐾 I have been house and dog sitting for around two years now in my spare time. Alongside pet care, I am reliable with daily routines, administering basic care, have cared for dogs with medication needs and spending unhurried time at home so animals feel settled. I love meeting new dogs and learning about their ways and personalities. My days are quite flexible, which means I can fit my schedule around the pets I’m caring for. When I’m not at uni, I prioritise pet sitting and make sure I’m fully present for their needs. I like to stick closely to each pet’s usual routine, as I know that’s what keeps them feeling secure and relaxed. That typically means regular feeding times, play sessions, walks (for dogs), and plenty of time to rest and settle. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, whether that’s playing and engaging with more energetic pets or just being a calm, reassuring presence for those who prefer a quieter environment. I don’t offer pet care in my own home, but I’m very happy to care for pets in their own environment, where they feel most comfortable and secure. When I’m in a client’s home, I make sure everything is kept safe, calm, and consistent with their usual routine. I follow all instructions carefully, including feeding, walking routes, and any specific needs your pet may have. I’m very mindful of home security (locking doors, being aware on walks, etc.) and always keep a close eye on pets to make sure they’re safe and settled. I also keep the space clean and tidy, including litter trays, food areas, and any pet-related mess. My priority is always that your pet feels relaxed and well cared for, and that you feel confident everything is being looked after properly while you’re away.
“Ellie looked after our two dogs really well whilst we were away for the weekend. She sent us lots of updates and was very communicative. One of our dogs is nervous and refused to go on a walk but Ellie was very nice to her and didn't force her. When we got back our house was super clean and Ellie had even made us cupcakes!”

“Marcus is the perfect dog/cat sitter. Not only was he accommodating at quite short notice to stay over with my animals, but he took amazing care of my nervous rescue dog. They bonded straight away, so much so, that she didn’t want him to leave! Excellent communication and updates were provided to put my mind at ease too. Would recommend Marcus to anyone in need of a pet sitter”

“I’m hesitant to gush too much about Millie because I secretly want her to be my full-time fluff nanny. But she deserves it. She looked after my home, two beloved Birmans and VERY wiggly 4 month old Swiss Shepherd as if they were her own. It was my first extended trip since I brought the puppy home so I was very nervous. I returned to a very happy family, with great communication and pics throughout the week. Not looking forward to leaving them again but if I must I will be having Millie back if I can.”

“Very happy with the care (and communication) Sabrina provided, she left the house immaculate and even gave Ozzy a bath (not easy as he can be a squirmy monkey in the tub!). We will definitely have her back for future sits.”

About: I have had pets for my whole life. I had two border collie puppies and two kittens when I was a kid so I have had experience caring for animals at all stages of their life. I have experience giving both cats and dogs medications and following special diets. I love going on walks with dogs and spending time outdoors. I currently have a labradoodle puppy who is 10 weeks old and so I am regaining the experience of training a puppy again. I have always been an animal lover and old dogs have a special place in my heart. I am doing a Masters degree at the moment and so I will have lots of time to spend with your pets on my days off. I am unable to look after pets in my own home as I don't want to stress out my cats but I will follow your guidance and rules about caring for your pet in your own home. I am neat and tidy and I will make sure that the house remains clean and tidy and safe for your pet. Your pet will be kept on a leash for the full duration of walks. I will also only give them treats that are approved by you first and that their dietary requirements are strictly followed.

“Andrea was a fantastic sitter! She sent regular lovely updates and photographs throughout the sit which meant that we could fully relax on our holiday. I often find this hard to do away from Pina but she made me feel very comfortable and confident in her care. Andrea made sure that she was very well prepared as regards to any habits and likes for Pina. I was impressed to see that she managed to get her out on lots of walks which can be tricky with Pina. Pina seemed very happy and healthy when we returned. I would wholeheartedly recommend Andrea to any other pet owner and book again.”

About: I’ve always had pets from cats, dogs, guinea pigs, budgies, hamsters, koi carp and gerbils, I also worked in a pet shop as a teenager and loved it. I always listen to what owners tell me about their pet and pay careful attention to cat and dog body language, I’m especially experienced with anxious pets who have been adopted. I’m calm, gentle, patient and experienced in creating a harmonious environment for animals to feel safe and loved. I work part time and have a lot of working from home days so I am very flexible within the area local to me (Seaford). I drive and have a very muddy old banger so happy to take your dog to Friston for walks! This can be with my terrier Charlie or alone At our house the garden is walled in and totally dog safe, we do have Charlie so any dog boarding with us would need to be ok with that (he is very sociable and would be over the moon to have a doggy pal). He has lived with a cat but I’m not sure about introducing him to a new cat at our home so sadly can’t offer cat boarding right now

Ariah had such a lovely weekend with Marianne while my husband and I attended a wedding that she didn't want her to leave afterwards! Our flat was beautifully clean and tidy when we returned too. We have a longer sit booked in a month too and I am 100% confident leaving Ariah and our home in Marianne's capable hands!
