I'm here to help people to feel comfortable their pets are being well cared for. To care for pets who are happiest in their own home. To add a bit of variety into the pets' lives and to take the pressure off busy pet owners. Sussex has been my home for well over a decade, so I know the best local walks. I'm very happy to meet you and your pet before a booking, just to check we all get along! I have a wonderful cat, Cricket, who can stay home with my partner while I take care of your pets. I don't have a dog at the moment though, so caring for other people's pets is a win-win for me. I've lived with dogs (spaniels and collies) since childhood, and owned cats as an adult. A tidy, clean non-smoker, I am confident with pets, and take care to ensure their needs are met. Happy to follow dietary and training needs, to make sure your pet is happy and developing. I look forward to meeting you and your pet.

Safety, trust & environment
I'll look after your pet in their own environment to help them feel settled while you're away. I'll respect rules about which doors, gates and windows need to be open/closed/locked and (if you like) send you photos of what we're up to so you know your pet is in safe hands.

Our dog Banzai was thrilled to see Emily again, and when I came back from work she was happy, relaxed and had clearly had a great day together!
Emily was fantastic as always! Our nervous pooch has been working with a behaviourist to help soothe her anxiety, so she requires a sitter with great knowledge of dogs and a calm demeanour. Emily kept all the training in place and has an absolutely brilliant way with Banzai. She was very respectful of our home, and kept us in the loop with Banzai's progress. We highly recommend her as a sitter of dogs of all dispositions!
Emily was absolutely fantastic! We were originally a bit nervous about leaving our anxious dog Banzai for a few days, but from the start Emily was so reassuring and accommodating. She came to meet Banzai before the stay, and Banzai was clearly instantly relaxed in her company. Emily had great communication before and during the stay, and we got some brilliant photo updates that showed Banzai having a great time! I highly recommend Emily to all animal owners looking for a sitter.

Emily is everything you'd want in a dog sitter/walker - responsible, reliable, caring and patient. I have complete peace of mind when she looks after Maggie (our cavapoo) and I can tell by how Maggie greets Emily that she loves their time together!

Schedule
I will do my utmost to make your schedule work. I work a flexible, remote job so I can usually work in your home - meaning regular walks, play and even overnighters at yours are not a problem.
