About: Hi, I'm Santa! I've loved animals for as long as I can remember and have grown up with both dogs and cats. For the past two years I've been raising and training my own dog, Link, who has taught me so much about patience, consistency and understanding different dog personalities. So I’m super available, my house is spacious with a lovley garden, and also surrounded by dog friendly parks and beautiful walks! Ive had dogs all my life so it’s very natural for a dog or cat to be at home. I’m comfortable with assuring your pet is fed, watered, walked and entertained for their full time with me. My house is very calm as well as it’s just me during the day, so your pet will have a stress free time. Michelle followed my guidance to the letter, stuck to his routines and it sounds like they both had a wonderful time as a result. She provided daily updates dates with photos. I wouldn’t hesitate to book boarding for Trevor with Michelle again, she genuinely cares and wants to do the best for your dog.”
About: Hi! I'm an experienced dog owner with over 20 years of caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I currently share my home with my husband and our dogs Nugget, a friendly 3-year-old Chihuahua × Jack Russell cross, and Archer, my gentle 11-year-old Italian Greyhound. They're both used to having dog visitors, as I already dog sit. Your dog will be treated like part of the family here. They're welcome on the sofa for cuddles, have access to a fully enclosed, secure garden, and we'll enjoy lovely walks just a few minutes from the cliffs and the sea. I understand how important it is to know your dog is safe, happy, and well cared for while you're away. I'm reliable, responsible, and I'll make sure your dog(s) gets plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. About: I have grown up with dogs and have taken care of them my whole life. My own dog, Willow, is a one year old lab cross and will love to play with your dogs. I work from home every day, I usually give the dogs two walks, one 10 mins one around the block and one longer walk (30-45min) in the downs above my house. The rest of the time, the door to the garden is always open and the garden is fenced and free of hazards. I am happy to fit around any feeding schedule or around any other walking scheduled required for your dog. I have a fully fenced garden, free of hazards. My own dog, Willow is a one year old lab cross and loves to play. She has a lot of energy so if your dog is elderly they will be in different rooms.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
