“Lenny staying was my first time using Rover and Sarah really put me at my ease. She was brilliant with her contact prior to Lenny coming to stay and was prompt with replies. I had absolutely no worries about him staying with Sarah, her family and Buzz. Sarah sent lots of pictures and kept me up to date on how Lenny was getting on. He looked like he had a fab time and was exhausted when he came home! I would have absolutely no qualms having Sarah look after Lenny again and would definitely recommend her”

She is an exceptional dog-carer who has been at pains to ensure all W's needs have been met, promptly seeking veterinary care when we had concerns, providing fulfilling and enriching play and regular daily walks and, most importantly, lots of tummy tickles and cuddles! W has thoroughly enjoyed his time in Meli's care and we cannot recommend Meli enough.”
