“Liudmyla and Andrii were very communicative, trustworthy and followed all instructions! If you’re feeling anxious about leaving your dog/having them walked then I definitely recommend these guys. Will be using again 😊 thank you!”

“Beth has been walking our dog Merlin around brighton and he’s having the best time ❤️❤️ Beth’s always on time and very patient and gentle with Merlin - would recommend again and again!”
“Sophie was so kind and lovely, Tommy came back beaming and had what looked like a very exciting walk, came back covered in mud 🫣. he had big zoomies after his much needed bath haha. Tommy clearly had the best time. I was very nervous for this as I’ve never had someone who wasn’t me or a house mate taking him on a walk but as soon as Sophie showed up I knew he was in good hands. So so thankful and definitely recommend her for other pups!!”

About: With a lifetime of pet care experience, I've been the go-to for neighbors, friends, and family, handling walks, feeding, bathing, and house sitting since childhood. I expertly manage all life stages, adapting seamlessly to your pet’s routine and needs, including any medical necessities or young pet training. You can trust that your pet will receive loving, dependable care while you’re away. I am currently at university for my post-grad, so my schedule is pretty flexible! Pet care is integral to my routine, where I prioritize daily check-ins, ensuring they’re fed, exercised, and happy. I check in on a family friends pet on and off at the moment, adapting to specific needs, from medication schedules to special care routines. This consistent commitment ensures every pet receives the attention and quality care they deserve. In your home or mine, I provide top-notch care tailored to your pet’s needs. I ensure a clean, safe environment with consistent feeding, exercise, and enrichment activities. I follow any specific routines or instructions you provide, offering personalized attention and affection. The trail is near my home, so it's always fun (in past experiences) to go on walks/runs in the morning or evening with any pets I am caring for. Whether at home or yours, your pet’s comfort and well-being are my top priorities. Photocards/Photo updates etc are usually shared through text based on owners preferences and speedier reliability!

About: We moved from Cornwall three years ago so I could study, and my boyfriend Nathan works from home. He’s grown up with dogs his whole life, rescues and puppies included (he is verified on Rover too!!!) I’ve lived with his family dogs and helped out with dog walking and sitting for friends too. We live in a one-bedroom flat just off the seafront. While we don’t have a private garden, there’s a green space right outside and Queen’s Park is only a five-minute walk away, so plenty of room for walks and play. We just ask that no food with nuts is given due to a serious allergy, but we’re totally fine with raw food. I work part-time but during the week I am usually home. Nathan works from home, so there's always someone around. Your dog will never be left alone as we’re both usually here. Our flat is secure, bright, and comfortable, an inviting space for any dog to relax in. We do live by a road and up a flight of stairs but always carry small doggies! As stated, we live next to a garden and park so toilet trips aren’t far.
About: Hi, I'm Heli and I grew up in an animal- lover family, most of our cats and dogs are adopted. So I get along with puppies and kittens very well, even they are shy or scared, I will make sure they feel okay. And I have experiences of taking care of bunnies and birds as well. I am currently a university student with a flexible schedule, which gives me plenty of free time to care for pets and provide them with the attention and companionship they need. I am a very responsible person and understand how important pets are to their owners. While caring for your pet, I will provide real-time updates with photos and videos to keep you informed about what they’re doing. Additionally, I will carefully track and report their eating and bathroom habits to ensure their health and safety. You can rest assured that your pet will receive the most attentive and loving care!
“Andra is amazing! Our little princess can be tricky to take out for a walk sometimes but Andra took time to get to know her, made a connection and managed to have 2 lovely walks! Couldn’t recommend her more!”

“Amy has had a great first few walks with Cassia. We had an initial pre-walk meeting and Cassia was lovely, a genuine animal lover who understands the foibles of dogs with personality! Communication has been easy and speedy and I've had some detailed post walk reports and photos. Will definitely be booking again!”

About: Having grown up with 2 dogs and over 5 years experience dog and cat sitting with long term stays and regular dog walks. I have a lot of knowledge and a lot of love to give. I am working from home and I am really active so enjoy to walk a lot around the city and on the beach. I enjoy exploring new areas and walking in the downs. I am working remote so I am really available to make sure the animal is safe at my home and doesn’t feel lonely. I can also manage my planning to come and visit your home at any time that is necessary.
“Ting was my very first sitter with Rover and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to care for Vinnie and introduce me to how fab Rover is. Ting understands the needs of dogs of all sizes and breeds. She knew immediately how to look after a teenager big dog like Vinnie. He was very relaxed and well behaved with Ling, she had great control, care and came fully prepared to give him a fun walking experience! Thanks you so much Ting, we really appreciate your time and the walkies :) Lisa & Vin x”

About: Dog lover and dog owner - I had dogs growing up, and have recently adopted my beautiful Bonnie. Over the last few years I've done a lot of dogsitting, from dachshunds to rottweilers. I live with my husband in Kemptown, and our life essentially revolves around dogs, so your pooch will be in good hands. I work a hybrid role, and my husband works fully remote, so there will always be someone caring for any dog we look after. Having a dog ourselves, walking and play time are already part of our daily lives. We have one friendly dog - a female terrier mix - so are in a good routine of regular walks. We have a good inside space, with dogs allowed downstairs and upstairs, and a patio. We are right by the sea, so take dogs in our care for nice long beach walks (off or on-lead, whichever is your preference), to Queen's Park for a run around. Or, for more energetic dogs, we regularly take our Bonnie hiking in the Downs, or for long walks at Stanmer Park.
About: With years of fostering rescue cats, hands-on experience at an animal rescue centre, and now sitting on Rover, I have developed a deep understanding of diverse animal needs. My work involved caring for and walking dogs of various breeds, each with unique backgrounds and abilities. This experience has honed my skills in providing individualised attention and support, ensuring every pet feels safe and loved. My passion for animal welfare drives me to go the extra mile so your furry friends will receive compassionate care tailored to their specific needs! As a work-from-home professional, my daily routine is perfectly suited for caring for your pet. During work hours, I can take breaks for walks and playtime, ensuring your dog receives the physical and mental stimulation they need. I’m available some weekends and am happy to offer overnight stays, providing your pet with a comfortable and loving environment. My private courtyard and secure front fence ensure that your dog can play freely without the risk of escaping. With no children or other pets in the house, your pet will enjoy a calm and quiet atmosphere.

About: For as long as I can remember I have been around dogs, from helping out with my childhood spaniel throughout his younger and older years, to walking and caring for the current family sprocker. I've dog sat for family members over the years, caring for dogs similar to those I've grown up with, but also those with extra needs due to anxiety and varied routines. While I've been around dogs my whole life, I sadly cannot have a full-time pet in my current rental, but would love the chance to be around and care for an animal. I currently work from home as a marketing executive, leaving plenty of extra time in my schedule to play with, monitor and walk a pet. While I am unable to have a pet full-time in my current home, I've had pets my entire life, having had energetic spaniels who needed plenty of walks and playtime, to looking after more relaxed, affection-centred Italian greyhounds

Based in Kemptown with the ability to travel within 1 hour by public transport. I'll take note of any special considerations and preferences you have. The safety & wellbeing of your pet is my priority and I'm happy to arrange a pre-walk/sit meet. I look forward to meeting you! I am available for dog walking or pet check in's during the week or at the weekend: Monday & Wednesday 6-10pm, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 8am-10pm At the moment, I am offering a dog walking service in Brighton, or a drop in service to check on your dog/cat, providing food and water. I'll give them lots of attention and ensure they are safe and well looked after in each case!
About: I've always had pets since I was a kid and animals have a special place in my heart. They're family to me and after having experienced living both with cats and dogs, I know the difference they make in our lives. Hence, I want you to know that I'll definitely try to become the best friend to your furry one! I'm currently switching jobs at the minute, so my schedule is pretty flexible. This is all while UKVI decides to sort out my visa to stay in the UK, unfortunately, I can't do most jobs while I wait on a decision, so, yeah, I'm free all day! I currently have a cat living with me, so I wouldn't be able to sit any pets at my home, but my cat is looked after simply by doing the basics - making sure he's got plenty of food, water, litter box empty and I play with him so he can burn out the energy. When it comes to dogs tho, I'm happy to take them over for short, medium or long walks depending on the mood of the dog and time of day, always making sure they get a treat on the way back. :)
“Jaz and Owen provide a excellent service and it is clear to see what animal lovers they are! Our pup had a great time on her walk and we will 100% be using them again! Communicative, flexible and well experienced. Thanks guys! Boda Can’t wait to hang out again!”

“Sarah helped us with walking our 4-month-old working cocker spaniel, and it was a great relief and pleasure to have her for that. We know how much attention our boy can need in his outdoor explorations — with his over-the-top energy, curiosity, and confidence all at once — and Sarah handled that really well. Clayton apparently enjoyed the walks, greeting her with excitement at the start and coming back calm and happy afterwards. She was reliable and punctual throughout, sticking to the agreed schedule and procedures even at short notice. Rest assured, Sarah is professional and easy to deal with; we'll definitely come back to her when the need arises again.”

“I'd highly recommend Wendy. My dog is very nervous but she was very patient and kind with him, and he settled much quicker than I expected. Wendy's dog Nora is also so lovely and sweet ☺️. A brilliant dog walker and boarder!”

Brighton dog owners share their Rover experiences
Hannah and Ryan have done a fantastic job with our very anxious dog, Tia. She absolutely adores them already and gets so excited whenever she sees them. Tia is a reactive dog and can be very nervous and scared of a lot of things, but Hannah and Ryan handle her with patience, understanding, and confidence. They have taken the time to get to know her and make her feel safe and comfortable. Every time Tia comes back from a walk, she is happy, relaxed, and clearly has had a wonderful time. It's such a relief knowing she is in such capable and caring hands. We couldn't recommend Hannah and Ryan highly enough!

Caroline shows a deep love for dogs, warm consideration and respectfulness and impeccable organisation and communication. We wholeheartedly recommend her as a deeply reliable person; who will made us feel at complete ease while we were away from our dog. Thank you Caroline!

Absolutely brilliant dog sitter! Melissa kept me updated throughout with plenty of videos and even a video showing the property was locked up securely, which gave me complete piece of mind while I was away. She was available at short notice and I can’t recommend her more highly. Will definitely be booking again for baby Moose.

Really wonderful walker! She connected with Pepper, who is very shy and nervous around new people. Really really appreciate all her help, especially on a scorching hot bank holiday weekend when we had to be in London all day long. Sent us lots of pictures and even made sure Pepper's water bowl was full after the walk. Will definitely be booking with Balbina in the future!

Seeta took great care with my greyhound Kitty over several days when I was away. When she was caught in the rain she made dried her off and made sure she was comfortable after their walk. She is reliable and professional. She always sends photos and keeps me updated and reassured. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
