About: I’ve always had a deep love for all animals and have many years experience with cats and dogs. With a variety of breeds and ages. Count me and my husband James as reliable and trustworthy people who would love to be a part of your furry friends life. I understand all animals are unique and I take the time to learn them and stick to routine they need. I have a lovely big fenced garden for them to enjoy when staying with me and live right by a walking path to enjoy walks often. Your pet will feel right at home with me when staying at mine. I work part time as radiographer in NHS, but make sure I have the time to give your animal the attention they need. I set my schedule to work around your needs and only put availability when I’m not working. I have a fenced garden which is large and plenty of space to play and roam around. I make sure they feel at home at all times

About: No dog to big or small. Walks are always in the forest, typically Friston or Abbots wood, I am happy to let dogs off lead and experience is tailored to each individual dog. I have a fully ventilated van with custom crates, perfect for your dogs safety. I have 1 years experience as a professional dog walker but I have been caring for dogs my whole life, growing up with big dogs. If your dog is boarding you can expect them to have some lovely adventures with some great new friends on their walks and they would never be left by themselves as my wife works from home. I have a good group of regular customers and looking to expand the pack. I am a professional dog walker so my routine fits around the dogs. I typically do two walks a day sometimes more. When it is hot I always make sure to be up and out very early so dogs can get their walks in without getting too hot. I have a fenced garden and Bandit the friendly cockerpoo who loves a play but is happy to let your dogs chill out. My wife works from home so any dogs boarding are never left by themselves and always get a lot of attention.

About: Hi, I am a mature student looking for pet-sitting jobs. I work in healthcare and have a DBS certificate. I had three rabbits called Theadora, Claude, and Justinian. Thea lived to 12 years old, which is a good age for a rabbit. I had a border terrier called Ruby. I also had a cat at university that was imaginatively called Cat. I look after my neighbour's cats while they are away, and I also had my friend's Chocolate Labrador called Oscar live with me for several weeks while they had housing difficulties. I love walking outdoors and spending time with pets. I am currently working part-time on a Friday. I am starting university in September, and I will be required to attend class every other Wednesday; apart from that, I am a free agent. I have a fenced garden with a very high wooden fence. “Tasha has been great at supporting with dog walks when I’ve had to go on a last minute trip to London with work. She is good with my boxer and trust worthy. I’d recommend!”

About: Hi! Here’s a little about me- I grew up with dogs (cocker spaniels & boarder collies) and then I got my beloved Chase, a Finnish Lapphund, when she was just 8 weeks old, up until the age of nearly 15. I have looked after many friends’ and family members’ dogs over the years and so not only do I have experience looking after dogs of all ages/ stages of their life, I also understand the bond and love that there is between a dog and its owner. My home is perfectly set up for a dog- gates are in place, beds, food & water bowls, anti-slip carpets for senior dogs whose paws are less stable, etc. The walled garden is secure and there is a convenient park just down the road too. I know how difficult it is to find somewhere that offers complete peace of mind, which is why I would like to offer a home from home for your dog(s), by providing a loving and reliable service for those who benefit and thrive so much more from being in a warm and welcoming household with 1-1 attention. I’m a teacher and therefore I will be able to help during school holidays in particular, as well as weekends. I am also available most Thursday afternoons from 1pm onwards. I have a walled garden and plenty of space for your dog to roam around. I don’t mind them sitting on the sofa (unless you have taught them not to!) and I can easily accommodate a crate should you want your dog to sleep in one rather than on a dog bed. I will typically walk your dog twice daily unless stated otherwise- I will always cater to your dog’s needs.
About: I have always taken care of my families or neighbours dogs while growing up. I enjoy meeting new dogs and taking care of them when I can. I offer reliable dog walking services with flexible availability throughout the week and most weekends. I’m happy to accommodate regular schedules as well as occasional walks, ensuring your dog gets the care and exercise they need. I can take your pet out regularly for toilet breaks, a walk along the beach or to explore some of the beautiful surroundings around me. I have a cat at home but she can be put away if your pet isn’t comfortable around cats.
About: I was lucky to grow up with dogs around me, I would walk my grandma's and my neighbour's dog on a weekly basis. I recently volunteered at a dog shelter in Shoreham where I got to walk, train and take care of many dogs, it was an amazing experience and further confirmed my love for them. I always bring water, snacks and toys for my walks! I have recently moved to Eastbourne and renovating a house so I am very flexible with my availabilities. I am available most days and can build your dog's regular walks and playtimes in my schedule for consistency. I have a lot of experience in dog walking and have accumulated a lot of knowledge from my experience at Dogs Trust Shelter in Shoreham.
About: I have cared for dogs & other animals for over 25 years & just love it! I’ve done training with the IMDT & every 3 years update my dog first aid training. I used to work as a veterinary nurse but I now have a fully insured dog walking business, with many happy customers. My longest running customer has been with me for 18 years! It’s a joy to walk in the countryside that surrounds us, so this is where all my walks take place. I have safe & comfortable van to transport your pooch to the downs, woods & forests surrounding Eastbourne. Your dog will join a couple of other friendly dogs for an hours walk. I cover Willingdon, Hampden Park, Old Town, Upperton, Meads & East Dean areas. Walk times are 9am, 11am & 1pm. Before any walks, I offer a free meet & greet so you and your pet can meet me and we can discuss your needs. Please note, I can only look after sociable dogs who enjoy the company of others, & who are over 1 year old. Please reach out with what you are looking for before booking, as to avoid any disappointment. If you are looking for regular walks then just click one date on the Rover calendar & add in the notes what you are looking for. Many Thanks, Liz Generally my walks take place Monday to Friday but I am on occasion able to offer weekend walks. Walk times are 9am, 11am & 1pm. Whether you need me every day, or just once a week, I’m here to accommodate for you & your dog. All walks take place in risk assessed areas, away from roads and livestock. My specially fitted, air conditioned van ensures your dog will be transported safely.

“Kerry walked Max twice last week. Max really enjoyed his long neighbourhood walk, and came home joyful as ever. It was lovely to hear from Kerry how much better Max is very on around other dogs and how well he walks, pulling less, etc. Max's second walk with Kerry was on a sunny day down the Harbour. I really appreciate how Kerry goes out of her way to take Maxie to different environments to stimulate his senses. Every walk is an adventure with Kerry. No wonder Max is always ready for a snooze when he comes home! 😊 Thank you so much, Kerry! 💙💛”
“Darcy was amazing with atlas and over was so sweet! Atlas absolutely loved his walk with Darcy and was so tired after!! She sent little update messages on how he was the whole time! Couldn’t have picked a better person for my first time using rover! Definitely would recommend :)))”

About: I’ve had all kinds of pets growing up including 3 cats, 6 rabbits, and a handful of smaller pets. After that my family decided to introduce our golden doodle, Suki! She is just adorable!!! We have had her for almost 14 years now. I’ve had lots of experience looking after her and have also helped friends and family look after their furry friends too! I now live alone in a studio flat with no pets, so I am able to help look after yours! I currently work part-time as a sales assistant on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays with occasional overtime on other days. However, I would love to spend my time out of work looking after your gorgeous pets! Leaving your fur baby in the care of someone else takes a lot of trust, to help achieve this I am more than happy to share any details/photos about the environment provided for them. Before leaving your pet in my care I will always make sure to communicate with you properly and have all the information about your pet to ensure they are in the best care for them as possible.
“Having some mobility issues I needed my Cavalier walked for a few weeks Alice has been great. She messages when she’s coming is on time and has been very careful of Bobby, moving times to cooler periods on hot days. Most importantly Bobby has fallen in love with her. I would happily recommend her.”

About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and I genuinely love being around them. I grew up with a Husky cross and a Belgian Shepherd cross Labrador from the age of 7, so caring for dogs has always come naturally to me. Later, I raised my own Rottweiler from a puppy, which gave me valuable experience with training, socialisation, and understanding the needs of larger breeds. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities, whether they’re energetic and playful or prefer a slower-paced walk. I know how important it is to build trust, stick to routines, and make every dog feel safe, happy, and loved. I’ll care for your dog as if they were my own, making sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and affection while they’re with me. I can’t wait to meet you and your furry best friend! I work a hybrid schedule, which gives me flexibility throughout the week. * Monday & Friday: Available for dog walks after 4:00 PM. * Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: Available for evening walks after 5:30 PM. * Saturday & Sunday: Fully available for walks throughout the day. If you need a walk outside of these times, feel free to send me a message—I’ll always do my best to accommodate where I can! Your dog’s safety, happiness, and wellbeing are always my top priorities. I take the time to get to know each dog’s personality, routine, and any specific needs before every walk, ensuring they feel comfortable and secure in my care. I always keep dogs on a lead unless you’ve specifically requested otherwise and it’s safe to do so in a secure, designated area. I stay alert to our surroundings, avoid busy roads where possible, and choose safe, enjoyable walking routes that suit your dog’s age, energy level, and confidence. Building trust is incredibly important to me. I use positive reinforcement, patience, and kindness to help every dog feel relaxed and happy. I’ll treat your pet with the same love, care, and respect as I would my own, and I’ll keep you updated so you can have complete peace of mind while they’re with me.

Big Thank You Hugs to Freya for giving Max wonderful hour of adventure today 💛 Freya came to collect Maxie straight after she'd finished work, which meant a lot to me and I'm so thankful for it 💖 We haven't seen our Freya for a few weeks and Maxie was all over her when he saw she was back. It was so touching and heartwarming to see Max's tail wag at top speed as he kissed Freya to the floor! It was then really funny to peep out of the window and see Freya being taken for a run up the road by an excited Max! Freya must've decided it was her turn to take control, as she later drove Max to the big Hampden Park. I was very pleased to hear that Max is more relaxed in Freya's car, now, as he's previously expressed anxiety. He has another lovely lady who sometimes takes Max out in her car, so between thes

This was my first experience of using Rover and I was impressed by the selection and booking process. There was excellent communication with Abi before and after their walk. It was lovely to receive updates and photos of Rosie. I will definitely be using Abi again.

Katie has a lovely manner with dogs which gives us confidence. Honey remembered her initial meeting and was keen to see her. Katie dealt calmly with Honey’s separation issues. She sent a reassuring message and photo and video. She clearly loves dogs and they love her. We trust Katiee and know she will keep Honey safe.
