“Bethany and James are a wonderful! They took amazing care of Bramble over our summer holidays. She’s an excitable young pup and they cared for her with love and experience. Their place is perfectly set up for dogs. Communication is first class - with regular pics and anecdotes. Bramble was treated to days out and new experiences on her ‘holiday’. I would recommend without hesitation and will 100% go back to them for future holiday boarding. It really was a home from home for Bramble which made our holidays completely relaxing too.”

About: I’ve grown up with multiple pets including many breeds of dogs from small dachshunds to Great Danes and including rescue dogs! I have also cared for cats, Guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters and also done voluntary work caring for ferrets and birds. I work as an occupational therapy support worker so I love to pet sit in my spare time to get away from my stressful job! I’m studying to be an occupational therapist and completing an apprenticeship so I tend to be at work or university Monday-Friday. I live in a small house with a small garden! I have 2 indoor rabbits so I prefer to not have dogs come to my house but I am open to discussing this as every pet is different! I like to meet the dogs and their owners to get to know them and what works best for everyone!
About: I have a 1 year old cocker spaniel who I adore and want to be able to offer a safe environment to look after your pet whilst you are away. Our dog is extremely friendly but does love to play so would love to have another dog to play with occasionally. I currently work full time, but I am around evenings and weekends. My partner, Joe (pictured) who has also been approved by Rover, works shifts so between us there is always someone around to care for your dogs. I have a fenced garden and a young dog to keep your fur baby company. We have lots of toys to play with and live on the cuckoo trail to go on nice walks.
“Just collected a very happy Saffee today. She had a lovely stay with Lauren. We received regular updates and photos . Will definitely book with Lauren again in the future. Can thoroughly recommend her.”

“It was an absolute dream to leave our two big boys with Jordan and Sophie! We’d love them to be our go-tos even though we aren’t super local. Their house is beautifully set up for happy dogs and their pup Bandit was an ideal playmate. Such lovely people and our dogs were so well looked after.”

“Hannah went above and beyond for our boy Kenji. We had a great experience with this dog boarder! He was well cared for, and we got regular updates that gave us peace of mind. When I picked him up, he was happy and relaxed. Highly recommend and will definitely use again!”

“Thank you Mary for taking such good care of my girls. I usually worry about leaving them but I didn't this time. Both were happy and contented when I got back. So glad I have you coming again in August 😸”

“I was concerned about leaving Alfie and Tikki when I had only adopted them in January. My concern was completely unnecessary. Janet so clearly is used to being around cats and likes being around cats. She spent a lot of time with them, not only with the necessaries but also tending to Alfie and Tikki's emotional needs. I came home to two relaxed cats who immediately forgave me for leaving them. Janet's diary of events awaiting me was comprehensive and entertaining. I would definitely recommend her for cat sitting duties.”

“Jo looked after Blue, my beautiful cat. When I came home, he was happy and settled. She was excellent at communicating, and I would recommend her to pet sit.She really does love animals, and I felt relieved she was loving him whilst I was away.”

“Hi Liz thanks so much for taking care of Bean today. He was relaxed when I got home so he was clearly happy. The photos you shared are lovely too! Look forward to seeing you again soon.”

About: I’ve taken care of cats for over 10 years and have always had atleast 2 in my house growing up. I currently have a Maine coon but have experience with a variety of different cats. If you simply need someone to spot by to play and give your kitty some love in the person for you, or if you prefer me to spend the night to give them extra company I can provide that as well. I have a large cat tree, litter trays and baskets of cat toys.

“Jade was brilliant - she was so accommodating despite being a last minute request, did everything we asked and more. She sent us pictures whilst we were away which is always reassuring, and both our cats seemed totally happy on return which we can’t argue with. Would happily recommend Jade to anyone looking for someone to check in or take care of their pets! Thank you, Jade :)”

“Tasha was very flexible and picked up all our little ways with our cats very quickly. They seemed to have enjoyed being able to stay at home this time rather than going to a cattery. Would recommend to others.”

“Georgina has been really lovely with my old girl with great communication and updates. She’s attentive and will make sure your 4 legged companion (and plants) get the care they deserve 😊”

“Thank you for looking after our 2 cats and the house as well. Monika updates me all the time and made sure that everything is okay. Will definitely book her again if we go on holidays.”

“Morgan was absolutely amazing when she came to meet the dogs yesterday. One of the dogs was a little nervous, but Morgan handled it absolutely perfectly and by the end they were best friends! Morgan took her time to get to know each of the dogs, she paid them real attention and although they’re super hyper nothing put her off at all!! I trust her completely with Cooper and Winnie and know they’re going to be in loving hands when we go away🐾❤️”

“Stephany was excellent from the initial enquiry to our doggy day-care conclusion. Our puppy seems to have had an enjoyable day in Stephany's company. She's come home in good spirits and is enjoying a well deserved nap. This was our first experience of using Rover and day-care in general. We were able to enjoy some much needed family time knowing that our dog was well cared for”

“Jose looked after my husky last week and he did a brilliant job. Knowing that he used to have an Akita made me feel like he was in safe hands with him and he had a blast. He kept me updated with videos during the day and my my dog was shattered by the time he got home (which if you know the breed, that is hard to accomplish). I would highly recommend him and will definately be using his services again when the time comes. Thank you again!”

I have a fully ventilated van with custom crates, perfect for your dogs safety. I have 1 years experience as a professional dog walker but I have been caring for dogs my whole life, growing up with big dogs. If your dog is boarding you can expect them to have some lovely adventures with some great new friends on their walks and they would never be left by themselves as my wife works from home. I have a good group of regular customers and looking to expand the pack. I am a professional dog walker so my routine fits around the dogs. I typically do two walks a day sometimes more. When it is hot I always make sure to be up and out very early so dogs can get their walks in without getting too hot. About: Hi! Here’s a little about me- I grew up with dogs (cocker spaniels & boarder collies) and then I got my beloved Chase, a Finnish Lapphund, when she was just 8 weeks old, up until the age of nearly 15. I have looked after many friends’ and family members’ dogs over the years and so not only do I have experience looking after dogs of all ages/ stages of their life, I also understand the bond and love that there is between a dog and its owner. My home is perfectly set up for a dog- gates are in place, beds, food & water bowls, anti-slip carpets for senior dogs whose paws are less stable, etc. The walled garden is secure and there is a convenient park just down the road too. I know how difficult it is to find somewhere that offers complete peace of mind, which is why I would like to offer a home from home for your dog(s), by providing a loving and reliable service for those who benefit and thrive so much more from being in a warm and welcoming household with 1-1 attention. I’m a teacher and therefore I will be able to help during school holidays in particular, as well as weekends. I am also available most Thursday afternoons from 1pm onwards. I have a walled garden and plenty of space for your dog to roam around. I don’t mind them sitting on the sofa (unless you have taught them not to!) and I can easily accommodate a crate should you want your dog to sleep in one rather than on a dog bed. I will typically walk your dog twice daily unless stated otherwise- I will always cater to your dog’s needs.
“Morgan was so good to my dogs. She met us at our flat a few days before the walk so our dogs could get use to her, she was on time and took the best pictures. Will definitely look to her again in the future”

Our labrador loves running in the woods and seeing how many tennis balls she can find! Both our animals love a cuddle of an evening with us on the sofa.

“Rachel is incredible- she looked after our Dachshund so well.. Rachel is an animal lover and that radiates off her; my dog warmed to Rachel instantly- which was so comforting and reassuring. I highly recommend Rachel; she is professional, kind and very knowledgeable in pet care. When I fetched my dog after our holiday- he was happy and looked like he had - had a good holiday himself!! Rachel sent daily updates of my dear dog daily…. Which was very nice to receive as our dog is very much part of the family and we missed him so much but Rachel’s amazing care put us at ease.”

About: I’m a 33-year-old animal enthusiast and professional dog walker, previously a Zookeper on the UK for Meerkats, Penguins and Lemurs . I have a deep passion for providing love and support to animals of all shapes and sizes, from dogs and cats to horses, reptiles, and even goats and Alpacas. As a proud pet parent myself, I’ve raised an 8-month-old Aussie pup, my adventure pal . Whether it's teaching a new trick or providing enrichment activities for pets of all ages, I thrive on creating positive, fun experiences. I’m well-versed in everything from long sniffy walks to adventurous hikes and interactive playtime. When you book with me, you can rest easy knowing your furry friend will be treated like family. Whether it’s a day full of outdoor adventures or plenty of pets and playtime, I’m here to make sure your pet has the best time while you’re away. I am off fully on the days I have put available on the calendar, as I currently only work, so would have lots of time for cuddles, play, training and walks and flexible to suit the needs of your pet! Your pet would never be left alone. I live by some wonderful trails- and I am an avid hiker for those with more adventurous needs! I have a fenced yard and one very social and friendly puppy to ensure you dog or puppies needs are met, and can provide lots of enrichment such as lick mats, Kong's, snoop etc. Your dogs will never be left alone inside or out. I love to take photographs on my Camera of Pets while they stay with us!
“Thank you!! Left our 8 month puppy in Nelsymar’s care and knew she was in good hands. She gave us many updates and reassurances. Our puppy Fern was disappointed to get in the car afterwards so we knew she had a good time 🤣 Thank you so much- would leave in your care again 😌”

“Charlotte was very easy to contact and very flexible, Loki enjoyed the freedom that she had at Charlotte's and came home happy and well looked after, some great photos too Will bring Loki back next time I need a sitter!..”

“Candace was fantastic at caring for my dog with sight and hearing impairments. I was able to go away and feel at ease that she was being cared for and loved. Candace has a natural way with animals and was great at communicating and sending pictures of their day. I wouldnt hesitate to use her again!”

About: I’ve owned a dog for 12 years which sadly has passed away recently, i love having dogs around, i mainly work from home so it’s very easy to keep an eye on them and let them outside when needed, and i always like to go on walks and provide treats. I work from home 4 days a week and I can take your dog for a walk on my lunch break and when I finish work with no issues and I am rather flexible and I do drive. I have a fenced and secure garden which they will always be able to access so they can roam freely inside the house and in the garden.

“Paul was great with Freddie and we are already booking more dates with him. He kept us updated with Freddie’s stay with pics and messages and always communicated well. Paul met Freddie in advance and we were more than happy for him to look after our Border Terrier.”
