“Helen, Steve and the kids are what any dog owner could ask for. Monty had a blast, not sure he wanted to come home ; ) We got regular updates on what he was up to and knew from the get go he was in excellent hands. Can’t recommend highly enough. Will definitely be booking again. Thanks guys for giving Monty a real home away from home.”

“Phew !! What a relief ! As soon as Emma opened the door, my partner and I knew that our one eyed, half deaf, overweight rescue pug would be loved and cared for pretty much in the same way as he would be at home with us. Emma was warm and loving straight away with our dog Chief and really reassuring with us. Thanks Emma - now we’ve found someone we trust to care for Chief, we will DEFINITELY allow ourselves to have a proper holiday soon and will be bringing him round to you and Tom !!”

About: I have had dogs for many years, most recently a spaniel, Ted and a Labrador, Alfie, who I said goodbye to this year, aged 15. I am surrounded by the most beautiful West Sussex countryside, so your dog will have plenty of lovely walks. I absolutely understand how important it is to be reassured that your dog is in safe hands whilst you are away so will always send pictures of their day and be in regular contact. I am retired, so will have plenty of time to devote to your dog, often meeting friends for dog walks and coffee on weekday mornings. Weekends are generally around the house, visiting family/friends and your dog will Always come with me. I have a 3 bedroom home with fenced garden and lots of space. I can walk straight from The door to miles of dog friendly, countryside walks so there will always be plenty of fun for your dog.
“Alice was taken care of extremely well by Monique and Portia. She is a blind, senior dog so has some special needs but they handled her wonderfully and took her for long walks and included her in their lives which alleviated her anxiety. We were updated with daily photos and reports. I highly recommend them for your dog. Alice came home calm and happy.”

“I couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter than Nicola. Despite it being a last minute booking, she and her family took such kind and attentive care of my dog, especially because he was already unwell from the first day, he arrived with gastrointestinal issues and she went above and beyond to keep him clean, comfortable, and well looked after, even cooking rice to help him feel better and making sure he felt right at home. I also really appreciated the level of communication. Nicola kept me updated all the time, which gave me great peace of mind and reassured me that my dog was in safe, caring hands. She was also very mindful of his arthritis, making sure to walk him with extra care. What truly stood out was the level of love and attention she gave him. My dog is part of our family, and it meant so much to see him treated as if he were part of hers. He was genuinely happy staying with them and clearly felt safe and cared for. He also had a wonderful time with their lovely dog, Gino, who is kind and playful. The spacious garden gave them plenty of room to enjoy themselves, and my dog really made the most of it. I’m incredibly grateful for the level of care Nicola provided and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a genuine dog lover who will make their pet feel comfortable and part of the family.”
“Charlotte was amazing with our little Cavi, she was confident, sent pictures and put us at ease. Oreo seem to have a lovely time. We will definately use Charlotte again. Thank you so much x”

“We are so grateful that Karolina and Jose could look after our cocker spaniel Indie when we recently went away for a few days. We received photos and reassurance that Indie was fine, and seeing the pictures of Indie snuggled up with them was lovely. We have already booked Indie in for 2 more stays with Karolina later in the year - I am sure Indie has a very happy time. Thank you Karolina and Jose.”

“Beth has obviously had a great time with Craig and his family. I’ve received some lovely photos and videos taken during her stay. She has had lots of exercise and fun. Would highly recommend Craig.”

About: Hello! We’re a friendly, caring and reliable pet care duo based in the Horsham area, here to support you and your pets with a calm, personal touch. We both absolutely love animals and have always had pets in our lives. We each currently have our own dogs—a small Cavapoo and a Shih Tzu—so we truly understand how much pets mean as part of the family. Between us, we have many years of experience with dogs, cats and small animals, including rabbits. We understand that every pet is different, and we always take the time to get to know their individual routines, personalities and little quirks so they feel comfortable, safe and well cared for. I work on a freelance basis so have a flexible schedule which allows me to give pets plenty of time, attention and companionship throughout the day, rather than fitting them in around a busy routine. Working alongside me is my friend Teresa who works within a school, who has regular free time in the school holidays, weekends and after school, meaning between us we can offer consistent, reliable care and ensure your pets are never left without company. During the daytime, we are also able to care for dogs in our own homes, both providing clean, safe and relaxed environments. We each have fully enclosed gardens with plenty of space for dogs to run around, explore and enjoy being outside safely. We both grew up with dogs and cats and have continued caring for family pets over the years, as well as providing feeding visits and check-ins for others’. We have experience with dogs and cats at all life stages, from playful puppies/kittens through to seniors, and understand the different levels of care, patience and reassurance they may need. One of our own cats was an indoor Bengal with additional needs, so we are confident administering medication and providing gentle, attentive and patient care, always tailored to each animal’s individual needs. Your pet’s comfort, happiness and wellbeing are always our priority. We aim to provide a calm, reassuring presence so they feel safe, settled and loved while you’re away. We also have very close links to a vet surgery in the area and are able to help with transportation to Vets visits if needed. We’re always happy to send updates and photos, so you can feel completely at ease knowing your pet is in kind and capable hands 💛 If you’d like to have a chat or arrange a meet & greet, we’d love to hear from you 😊 Between us, we can cover all weekly pet care needs. As I work on a freelance basis, I have a flexible schedule which allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care throughout the day. My colleague works within a school and has regular time off, including holidays, so between us we’re able to offer consistent, reliable cover across weekdays, evenings and weekends. This means we can be flexible to suit your needs and ensure your pets are never left without care or companionship. When caring for pets, whether in our home or the owner’s home, we always aim to keep things as calm, familiar and consistent as possible. We take the time to understand each pet’s usual routine, including feeding times, walks, sleeping arrangements and any specific needs, so they feel comfortable and settled. In the owner’s home, we respect their space and follow their pet’s normal routine closely, providing companionship, care and plenty of reassurance while they’re away. In our own homes, we offer a clean, safe and relaxed environment with fully enclosed gardens for secure outdoor time. We only take on a small number of pets so we can give them plenty of attention, care and supervision, making sure they feel at ease and well looked after. We’re also very happy to provide updates and photos, so owners can feel reassured that their pets are happy, safe and in caring hands.
“Lola had a fantastic stay with Rosie. It was Lola’s first stay and we were made so welcome on arrival. She really understood Lola’s needs, took her for walks, cuddles and got updated with lovely photos. The garden is amazing too, great for doggies to explore and sniff. We wouldn't hesitate for Lola to stay with Rosie again in the near future.”

“My dog felt very comfortable and happy in Nikki's company. She certainly knows her dogs! She was also very understanding when we had to cut short his stay due to an unexpected hospital visit. We have already booked another stay.”

“It was the first time I’d tried boarding River anywhere and I had been so concerned to find the right person to look after him. I’m so glad I found Suzanne! River spent a day with Suzanne recently to meet her and settle in. That went well and he was overjoyed when he saw her house as we returned to drop him off for his weeks stay! River had the most fantastic week with Suzanne and her dog Watson. Suzanne gave him such lovely long walks in Bushy park and elsewhere that he came home happy, relaxed and well exercised. I thoroughly recommend Suzanne and we will certainly be booking with her again 😁”

“Harley boarded with Caroline overnight. Very secure garden. Lots of welcome updates and plenty of walks. Caroline was even kind enough to return the forgotten dog bowl. Would happily recommend her services.”

“Vanessa is a great and ovely dog carer, the drop off went really well, she sorted Milo sleeping bed next to her two lovely dogs and made Milo feel welcomed straight away and totallyat home! She kept us informed every day of Milo’s days with cute photos and videos and reassured us he was doing great. We will definitely use Vanessa again thank you for taking care of our little rascal and making him one of the family!”

Indie, my labradoodle, had a brilliant time staying witn Samantha and making new friends. Samantha was incredibly accomodating with the short-notice booking and very friendly. She clearly loves dogs and kept me updated with messages and photos. I will definitely be booking again and I know Indie will be glad to see her and Rocco again!

This was the first time I’ve ever left my dog with anyone other than friends, and Monique completely eased my worries from the very first meet and greet. Her home is calm, welcoming, and full of love for dogs - it truly felt like the perfect environment for Suzie. Monique went above and beyond to make sure Suzie was happy and comfortable, and the regular updates gave me such peace of mind while I was away. When I picked Suzie up, she was relaxed, content, and clearly had been treated like family. I’m so grateful for the care and kindness Monique showed us both. Thank you, Monique, for making this experience so positive - I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend you to anyone looking for someone who genuinely loves and understands dogs.

I was apprehensive about leaving my dog for the first time overnight. Sam and her family were very kind. Our dog had a great time, photographs showed him chilled out… which was reassuring for us. We all as dog lovers want to find a family with the same values to care for our precious pets. Sam and her family far exceeded my expectations… we will be returning and am very pleased to have found her. Thank you Sam
Liz was brilliant with Poppy. Poppy looked very at home with her and the rest of the family. And despite Poppy getting a last minute allergic reaction on the day I was going away Liz gave her the antibiotics and kept me updated with lovely pics and videos throughout the weekend, Poppy looked very at home in Liz’s home especially as they have a nice garden for her to enjoy. Poppy looked excited and relaxed when I came to collect her and came back nice and tired out! 🥰

Nikki is amazing! She has just had our 2 labradors stay with her for a week, so genuinely caring, trustworthy and a true kind dog lover. We had daily photos, videos and messages. Nikki is professional and devoted, our dogs were so happy, wonderful long walks and lots of cuddles. It was so evident that our dogs love Nikki and loved being with her. Thanks so much Nikki

Brad and Katie were really attentive and took fantastic care of my dog Kobe. Kobe had a great time with both of them, with plenty of exercise and picture updates. You can tell they really care about dogs and I know that I wouldn’t hesitate to leave Kobe with them again in the future!
