About: Dogs have always been part of my life. I grew up on a small farm surrounded by horses, sheep, chickens, cats and dogs, and I’ve had my own dogs since I was four. I currently have a gentle 14-year-old dachshund x Jack Russell, so I’m experienced with senior dogs, puppies and administering medication. I work from home most of the week, which means I can stick closely to your dog’s usual routine and will happily follow care instructions carefully. We have a peaceful home, a very large garden and wonderful countryside walks right on the doorstep. My eight-year-old son is kind, calm and has grown up around animals, and our older dog is very good with other dogs. Up at 6ish - feed the animals and toilet breaks in the garden 11am - morning walk 1ish - lunch & telly cuddles 2ish - afternoon run/walk for more active dogs 4/5pm dinner and garden breaks 8/9pm bedtime I have one small dachshund x Jack Russell Jeffrey who is great with other dogs, and two cats who are out most of the time. I have a stair gate so dogs have free rein downstairs. My own dog and the cat who knows how to sleep beyond 6am (!) sleeps in my large bedroom on beds and blankets. Guest dogs are welcome to join us or can relax downstairs in the big kitchen by the Aga. We have lovely walks through the woods direct from the house and I run so my own dog enjoys a 30min stroll but I can take dogs out on a lead to run for up to an hour or more depending on their needs. I have a small upper garden which is fully enclosed/high fences. And an acre of lower garden which is fenced but I keep new dogs on a lead until we’ve established recall. I’ve used dog sitters for years so I know what owners look for - consistent, safe, reliable and genuine care. Ideally a home away from home so your dog can enjoy his/her weekend away as much as you do!

About: Always had dogs in the family and have 2 of my own. Comfortable home away from home experience for dogs of all ages. Surrounded by beautiful countryside to enjoy. I work from home full time, my meetings are in a bedroom so dogs will always have company. Only have a couple of meetings a day on teams, so aLeah’s around and available for walks, toilet breaks & cuddles. I have a fully fenced back garden which is secure. Lots of beds and/or comfortable sofas to sleep on, and miles of local countryside walks to enjoy on the common.

About: Hi, I’m Marta, I grew up caring for my parents’ Labrador, taking responsibility for feeding, walking, playing and basic training. Now, with Piper, I’ve gained full hands‑on experience in puppy training, building trust, managing routines and supporting an anxious dog with consistency and affection. My home is on a quiet road with an enclosed garden and plenty of safe walking options nearby. Although I originally planned a “no sofa” rule, Piper has happily convinced me otherwise — dogs are welcome to relax and feel at home. I’m affectionate, outdoorsy and genuinely love seeing dogs enjoy themselves. I want to become a sitter to help other owners, enjoy more cuddles, and give Piper the chance to socialise and have fun with new dog friends. I work from home on certain days, and those are the days when I’m available to care for dogs. My office days change week by week, so having an idea of your needs in advance really helps — it allows me to see whether I can flex my schedule to accommodate you. On my WFH days, I follow a calm and structured routine: morning toilet break, breakfast, and then quiet rest time until lunchtime. At midday we go for a walk, and once my workday finishes, we head out again for a second walk. I vary pace, routes and sniffing time so no two walks are ever the same. I’m flexible around my home‑working days and happy to accommodate bookings when I’m available. I I never put dogs in situations where they could be unsafe. My home has a fully enclosed, fenced garden where dogs can explore securely, and I always supervise outdoor time. On walks, I choose safe routes and adjust pace depending on each dog’s comfort, confidence and energy levels. I’m calm, patient and experienced thanks to raising my own cockapoo, Piper, from puppyhood. I’m comfortable with small to medium dogs and can administer medication when needed. I also take the time to learn each dog’s individual routine — feeding, toilet cues, walking style, rest needs — and I do my best to fit those into my own dog’s schedule so both dogs feel settled, understood and supported. My priority is always to make dogs feel safe, relaxed and cared for.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and have always had them in my family home. Caring for them has been a big part of my life, and I’ve always loved taking them on walks, playing with them, and making sure they’re happy and well looked after. Since moving out, I’ve regularly looked after my family’s two Shih-Poos, either by house sitting or having them to stay in our home. My partner and I also frequently care for their family’s dogs, including a senior Spaniel and a Spaniel puppy, so we’re experienced with dogs of different ages, energy levels, and needs. We have our own dog, who we’ve had since she was a puppy, so we’ve spent a lot of time training and socialising her. We recently moved to a home with a larger garden and beautiful nearby walking routes, as spending time outdoors with our dog is one of our favourite things to do. Your dog will be treated like part of the family and given plenty of love, attention, and exercise while they’re with us. I work full-time, Monday to Friday, and work from home every day. My partner also works from home with me at least three days a week, so there’s always someone at home for the majority of the day. At weekends, we enjoy getting out and about, but we typically choose dog-friendly activities so our dog can come along with us. We always walk our dog at least 1-2 times per day, depending on the weather and schedules. We have a fully fenced, secure garden where they can play safely, as well as our dog to keep them company if they enjoy being around other dogs. We’re happy to accommodate your dog’s usual routine and can provide space for a crate if that’s what they’re most comfortable with. If we need to leave the house for a short period, the dogs stay in our spacious kitchen/dining area. We also have a Ring camera so we can keep an eye on them while we’re away. If your dog prefers their own space, we’re able to keep our dog in a separate area of the house.
