“Carey was a fantastic house sitter for our dog Stevie. She was very thorough with getting all the information on stevies care beforehand and we felt very at ease leaving Stevie with her. Carey gave updates throughout the day and sent some fantastic photos of Stevie on her walks. The house was left just as we left it and Stevie had a great day in her care. We would definitely recommend Carey and will be booking her again for future events! 😊”

“I needed a sitter last minute for my pup and Sarah was able to help us, as well as meet up before hand. Sarah clearly loves animals and treated my Clover like an absolute princess! I was very nervous leaving her for the first time but was quickly put at ease with Sarah, she also sent lots of updates throughout the day!”

“Tasha did such an amazing job taking care of Neo. She kept me updated with videos and pictures and even took the time to teach him new tricks. He was so well looked after, I would 100% use Tasha again for dog boarding.”

“Liz did an amazing job taking care of Fiona! Not only did she make herself available super last minute when our other dog sitter fell through, but she agreed to house sit following a sudden injury that Fiona suffered on her left foot that meant she’d have to wear a cone and keep out of grass and dirty. Liz sent us daily updates and pictures, and administered medication to Fiona with care. When we arrived back from our holiday, Fiona’s wound looked very clean and was healing nicely. Liz also kindly put the sheets in the wash and even replaced our milk. I would recommend Liz to anyone who needs a calm, compassionate, and trustworthy dog sitter. I’m so grateful to her for answering our call for help and treating Fiona with so much kindness.”

“Nigel was excellent - we returned to happy animals and a spotless house! Fairly last minute, our dog had to go onto a complex medical regime that Nigel was unphased by and we were very grateful. Will use again in future!”

“Beatrice was wonderful! She took such great care of our 2 dogs- 1 of which has some special needs. She is great with communication and helped ease my anxiety with regular updates and photos.”

“Tristan looked after our elderly dog Charlie for 2 days. He was kind and caring and made sure he understood Charlie’s specific needs and routine. We felt 100% confident leaving Charlie in Tristan’s care & can recommend him without hesitation .”

“Amelia is a fab dogsitter - very relaxed with our very energetic pup, to the point where he apparently just snuggled with her all day! We would highly recommend Amelia for any dogsitting needs 😊”

“We have used Elin a couple of times now and can’t recommend her enough. Both Elin and her daughter are clearly dog people. Maeby was obviously very well looked after and got lots of exercise and attention. Elin is so great at sending us photo and video updates too. We’ve come back to a spotless house on both occasions, which we really appreciate. Thanks again Elin!”

“We had an expensive weekend x I fell &cut my head I wasn’t drunk x so we spent sat evening in A&E and stayed at home & sent Brittany home as we thought she wouldn’t want to stay with us there. So It wasn’t as planned & i can’t give full feedback but I assume when she was here all was well. She had a migraine the following morning x which she tells me she suffers with.”

“Sam was a fantastic sitter. We left her with a large dog and two cats for a fortnight and were so impressed. Starting with her taking the trouble to drive to our home to meet us and the pets, meeting all our requests from feeding, walking, sending regular updates including photos, right the way to keeping my plants alive and ensuring our flight had landed before leaving etc. Oh and the house was left clean and tidy, it was a dream sit! A very lovely lady who I would highly recommend!”
About: i have raised a dog for six years, i trained him, walked him and cared for him. dogs love me and i am excellent at adjusting to their boundaries each week i am available to dog/cat sit, walk and house sit. due to the summer holidays my schedule is not too busy so i am widely available. in a pet owners home i would ensure to always be tidy, being my own food/drink, stick to any boundaries they give me and stay engaged keeping an eye permanently on the pets.
About: I am a veterinary nurse with a passion for caring for animals. I am excited to be able to give you the opportunity to leave home and trust that your pets are well taken care of, and I will take all the cuddles I can get! I am currently working as a nurse in haslemere 40 hours a week however I am more than comfortable staying overnight with your pets and will make the effort to see them during lunch breaks. When staying at your home, I pride myself on cleanliness and appreciate how nice it is to come home to a clean house, especially after being away. Unfortunately I do not offer pets in my home as I have two boisterous puppies that would probably drive your pets insane!
About: I have had a dog since I was 4 years old for about 15 years, so have always been around them and I have helped out with family and friends dogs when needed; walking, feeding, playing etc I can house sit/have dogs at mine on weekends. Perfect for when you are going on holiday! I often have odd days in the week occasionally, which are added 2-3 weeks in advance. I have a fenced garden, the front door, the front garden and back garden are all monitored with a camera. I will play with the dogs or relax with them or take them on walks etc whatever is needed.

Waverley pet owners share their Rover experiences
Ciara house sat and looked after our two cats, guinea pigs and fish for a week whilst we were away. The pets were well cared for and I suspect they didn’t miss us at all… She kept us updated with lovely photos of our pets and would message us promptly if she had any queries. The house was clean and tidy on our return and all our post and parcels had been safely collected. We will happily rebook Ciara next time we are away.

We would highly recommend Charlotte! She took the time to come over to meet our cockapoo Roxy to get to know her beforehand and sent us plenty of updates while looking after her. Roxy instantly took to her and we felt very happy leaving her in Charlotte’s care.
