About: Having been pet owners all our lives we have genuine care for pets happiness and wellbeing with a range of breeds. I’m a dog agility enthusiast with significant agility training under my belt including regular shows and competitions. We currently have a friendly 5 year old female labrador who would be around when pet sitting or walking! My partner Dan and I both manage this account so we can ensure around the clock care and responses. We’re therefore regularly walking our dog Nala and have the ability to look after your pet with as much care as we do our own. We have a fenced garden and access to lots of local parks. We have a 5 year old female labrador so the dog would have to be friendly with other dogs.

Helen was absolutely fantastic looking after our Golden Retriever, Albie. Pablo stayed with Estheffany for over a week this time and we could not be happier with how well she looked after him! We loved getting all the updates and photos throughout the day! Irina was just brilliant looking after our Jack Russell for 4 days. We had a pre-meet up which was great to put my mind at rest as the first time leaving our dog with anyone, but also for her to connect with Remy in advance. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018.
