“Jake had a brilliant time with Hannah & Jack! We met up before which was great and we never had any doubts about how well Jake was being looked after. Hannah and Jack kept me up to date with messages, pictures and videos throughout the boarding. I will 100% be booking again next time we need someone to look after Jake.”

“We booked a last minute stay for Luna with Sally and she was super accommodating. She sent updates and pictures through the stay which we really appreciated. Luna came home happy and healthy. I would recommend Sally for anyone's pooch. Thanks again for looking after her!”

“I can't recommend Sarah and Saurabh highly enough for looking after our two dogs—a German Shepherd/Malinois female mix and a Jack Russell/Poodle mix—while we were on holiday. From the moment I met them, it was clear they were experienced and genuinely loved animals. Throughout our time away, they communicated regularly, providing just the right amount of updates. While I didn’t expect updates every second, I always felt reassured that our dogs were in the best hands. They treated them like their own, making sure their individual needs were met—from managing the energy of our larger dog to keeping our smaller one happy and comfortable. It’s never easy leaving your pets, but Sarah and Saurabh gave us complete peace of mind, allowing us to fully enjoy our holiday. We returned to two very happy and well-cared-for dogs. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again in the future!”

“The fur babies enjoyed their stay with Vicky immensely! The daily updates and care taken is really exceptional and can't be recommend enough. Truly an above and beyond service provided.”
“Luiza and family took such care of Wolfie giving him the company, walks and affection he needed while we were away. From the moment I met Luiza I knew he was going to enjoy his stay. Thank you so much.”

“What can I say? Amy was excellent. The attention paid to Cookie by Amy and her family was way beyond ‘dog sitting’, It was genuine love, care and attention. The photos sent to me during Cookies visit clearly showed Cookie being happy and content. I was almost worried she might not want to come home. Definitely worth booking with the surety that your dog will be loved and cared for.”

About: I have always loved & cared for dogs. Since my last dog very sadly died I have looked after friends & neighbours pets which I've enjoyed very much. I am retired now, but am very active & walk daily. My availability is good & can fit in with any routine as I've no other commitments I have a completely secured back garden for dogs to have safe fun in. I also have plenty of indoor space for play time & rest time
“Absolutely brilliant! We’re so happy with Eirida. She has a lovely home and took care of our Bruno, taking him out for regular walks. She also kept us updated with photos and texts daily”

“Jenna was brilliant looking after our Coco. We received regular video and picture updates, the communication was easy and we left for our holiday abroad knowing that Coco was in good hands. Thank you both Jenna and Hamish!”

About: I fell in love with dogs when I was about 8 when I met my first golden retriever. In 2017 I finally got my own golden retriever with my ex but he sadly got him as I was office based. I am now fully remote and miss the cuddles and companionship. I work full time at home and have an empty house every other week as I have shared custody of my child. This gives me 7 days every other week with being at home and available for lots of cuddles and walks. I have a home with a fenced in back garden, I would typically use horsell common or the wetlands for a good walk, I’m familiar with the needs of a dog after having a golden retriever from when he was a puppy, I fully respect crate training but if they’re allowed, I would welcome cuddles on the sofa, sleeping on my bed at night and whatever their favourite treats are - carrots, apples, a little bit of banana 🥰
“Karl is very professional and really knows what he’s doing when it comes to dog care, Ron our cocker spaniel was a very happy dog and have booked a second visit for the future already. Plenty of long walks, loving to our dog and overall he has been excellent. Would recommend to anyone.”

“Our vizsla Luca had the best time this weekend with Orla! It was really home from home, Orla is so relaxed with dogs and just knows what they need. We had photo updates too! I couldn’t recommend anyone better to look after your dog and I will definitely book Orla in the near future-thanks again. Caroline”

Surrey Heath dog owners share their Rover experiences
It was our first time of leaving our elderly dog so obviously we were wary, but we needn’t have been as when I met Nita I knew she would be in safe hands. Nita was very kind, gentle and attentive to our dog’s needs and administered her medication without hesitation. Nita provided us with regular updates and photos and we are very grateful for her taking such good care of our dog. We would definitely recommend to others.

We can’t thank Orla enough. It was our first time going away for a long trip and leaving our dog with someone else for 10 days, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter. Orla sent us daily updates and photos, which was such a comfort, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. We were able to completely relax knowing our dog was so well looked after. Highly recommend Orla – we’ll definitely be booking again!

Nathan was outstanding once again. My pup went into her first season on day one with him while I was overseas. He attended to her every need, buying her pads (which she tore up 😆) and made sure she was supervised at all times, particularly around male dogs. Nathan seems to be an absolute natural and took what was a very challenging situation completely in his stride. I felt really relieved my little Kolisi was in such capable hands. Thank you so much! 🙏

Lisa took care of Buster for us for a long weekend. She kept us up to date with messages and pictures throughout his stay with her. She met us beforehand so we could introduce Buster to her and he had a lovely time. We’ll definitely be in touch with Lisa again about future stays for Buster.
